The Anti-Christ And Debt

This post is the result of a virtual flood of information coming together in my mind in less than 24 hours setting up the following scenario.  By faith I present this to you as what I believe to be an impression on my spirit from the Lord.

The (almost perfect) setup is coming to the people of the world.  Of course, Satan is an imitator of the things our Lord does and says.  He is not stupid and the trap set for the people of the world will be almost perfect.  What are the elements of the trap?

1.  Debt and debt creation
2.  Biometrics/the mark of the beast
3.  Human nature/greed
4.  The spiritual condition of this world.
5.  Prosperity preachers?

The powers that be in this world have been forcing debt creation on people and nations.  To what end?  The arrival of anti-christ and debt forgiveness.  The Lord teaches us here:

Luke 741 “Two people owed money to a certain moneylender. One owed him five hundred denarii,[a] and the other fifty. 42 Neither of them had the money to pay him back, so he forgave the debts of both. Now which of them will love him more?”
43 Simon replied, “I suppose the one who had the bigger debt forgiven.”
“You have judged correctly,” Jesus said.

So, what happens when the anti-Christ shows up and announces universal debt forgiveness to the people and nations of the world?  Not only that, but what if he also promises a redistribution of wealth that includes money deposited into your bank account, on top of debt forgiveness for the mere price of accepting a biometric mark?

Satan is no dummy.  If you think he will just tell people to accept the mark or die, you underestimate him.  He is a seducer of humanity.  He will sweeten the bait on the hook to near irresistible for those whose hearts are in this world.  How many self proclaiming Christians will take the bait?  If your worldly debts are erased and a fat chunk of cash is promised to your bank account, what will you do?  Many will turn in an instant.  Their desires are for this world and the things of this world.

Consider that this prolonged economic malaise we have seen is part of an elaborate setup to condition the hearts and minds of men to accept the coming bait.  What is the hope of young people today who want believe they deserve a Mercedes but drive a clunker because they cannot get a job?  What is the economic outlook for this world as things stand today?  How can the youth becomes the rock stars in their own minds without a source of income?  What will happen when someone comes along and agrees to give the people the (worldly) desires of their hearts?

There will be many other 'benefits' sold to the masses to accept the biometric mark but I wanted to cover the real bait.  People will believe that all their problems will be solved if they just accept the lie.  Never mind the eternal damnation.  Prosperity preachers have preached for years that debt is bad and prosperity is good and the anti-christ will arrive to erase debt and create prosperity, what's not to like (except you forfeit your eternal soul?)  These preachers have played their part in the coming spiritual double-cross.

The people who accept the mark will be blinded by their own desires into taking the mark.  By the time they realize that they will not be able to enjoy their new found prosperity due to massive earthquakes, plagues, disasters of every kind etc due to the wrath of the Almighty it will be too late.

The lesson here?  Never underestimate your enemy.  This writer believes the bait will be near irresistible to those who do not have the understanding and strength given by the Lord our God.  This world will wonder after the beast for good reason.  He will play the people like a fiddle.

James 113When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed.15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

... He will be a master of deception and will become arrogant; he will destroy many ... make
deceit prosper under his hand, and in his own mind he shall become great...
//bible.cc/daniel/8-25.htm - 20k
... Keep deception and lies far away from me, and give me neither poverty nor wealth

2 Thess 2:11 So God will send great deception upon them, and they will believe all these lies. 12 Then they will be condemned for not believing the truth and for enjoying the evil they do.

Let us each examine what is in our own hearts lest we be carried away with those whose end is destruction.

The Whole Ball Of Wax In Two Verses

This is how you know we worship the true and only God: power.  Only with supernatural knowledge and power could you sum up so many important lessons in so few words.

Here is what the Lord says:

Luke 10:38As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”
41“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42but few things are needed—or indeed only one.f Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”

What do we have rolled up into this ^^?

This blog was started in large part based on people's lack of concern for Matt 7:13-14

13“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Why will only a few make it in?  And why do so few care?  Why have you never heard this preached by your pastor?

People do not know the Lord and He does not know them:

21“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Which brings us back to this:

What a picture of love and mercy and grace.  Few things are needed, or indeed only one.  Know and love your God.  Again from Luke 10:

25On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26“What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27He answered, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mindc ; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’d ”
28“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. Do this and you will live.”

and

For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

How hard is this?  Walk with our God, know Him and love Him.  Thats it and a natural outflow from that will be we love one another thus fulfilling all of the law and the prophets.

As we transitioned into this year I asked the Lord what He would have me do for Him.  What would He have me do?  Be a man who walks with God, spend time with Him know Him and love Him and do whatever good my hands find to do in this world.  That's it.  How hard is that?

As this world circles the drain of history let us be found as a people who walk with God, who know Him and love Him.  Everything else is secondary and flows out of knowing and loving our God above all else.

Getting What You Need From The Lord

This morning I was reading this:

Luke 8:40Now when Jesus returned, a crowd welcomed him, for they were all expecting him. 41Then a man named Jairus, a synagogue leader, came and fell at Jesus’ feet, pleading with him to come to his house 42because his only daughter, a girl of about twelve, was dying.
As Jesus was on his way, the crowds almost crushed him. 43And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years,c but no one could heal her. 44She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped.
45“Who touched me?” Jesus asked.
When they all denied it, Peter said, “Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you.”
46But Jesus said, “Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me.”
47Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. 48Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”

Notice what Jesus did and did not say.  He did not say "Daughter, the edge of my cloak has healed you. Go in peace."  What Jesus did say is "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace."

How do you know the Lord is going to answer you?  Your faith is the evidence along with the Word of God.  That fire or even that flickering ember of faith within you is power that produces results.

Our faith plus the Word tells us our prayers will be answered

... and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and
do what pleases him. ...
//bible.cc/1_john/3-22.htm - 19k
... "If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you can ask
for anything you want, and you'll receive it.

"Ask and it will be given to youseek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you.

What many people have a problem with is "when"......"When will I get my answer?" and when belongs to the Lord...

Ecc 3:1There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

Our faith is tested when the Lord does not answer immediately and some people give up.  If we give up we cannot pass the test.  Does the Word teach us persistence in prayer and faith?  Yes.

Luke 18:1Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. 2He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. 3And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’
4“For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, 5yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’ ”
6And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says. 7And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

This year we have signs in the heavens that the Lord is about to act.  The lunar tetrad on the Lord's feast days tell us to be watching and ready.

I asked the Lord about this year,  I said something like "Lord, your signs are in the heavens and I have asked you whats about to happen and I have not heard from you so we are flying blind into whatever is coming."  He said something to the effect that we have His Word and we have our faith and that is enough.  We should not be surprised that nobody is getting a blow by blow sequence of events before hand from Him.  What He wants from us is faith and we are either going to stand or fall based on that faith of lack thereof.

He has impressed upon this writer that we should be at peace and rest in Him as this storm approaches.  Yes, there is a storm coming and it will be most severe but we are not to be disturbed or upset by it.  Rest and trust and peace are what the Lord has in store for us but we will only lay hold of these things by faith.

The Lord expects faith from us.  What did the Lord say?

... Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

I pray that when the Son of Man comes, He will find you and me full of mountain moving, fig tree uprooting and thrown into the sea, miracle working faith.

And I will leave you with this today:

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him
must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him

As We Near The End

It has been weighing on my heart, what we should be doing for the Lord during the days we have left here on earth.  I believe I heard clearly from Him yesterday, and the answer is for me but it appears to have broad applicability:

1.  Spend time with the Lord, get to know Him better
2.  Do whatever good works your hands find to do
3.  Remember number #1.

That's it.

Even if we were to spend every minute of every day with Him from now through the end of this world, we would not scratch the surface of understanding the treasures hidden away in our God.

Does this resonate with the Word?  Yes.

Luke 10:25On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus.
Do this and you will live.”

... May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow
in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.

If you go back up and review that list 1-3 that I believe the Lord gave me, you would think that's not too hard right?
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Thanks be to the Lord our God for His counsel and His wisdom as it concerns His children.

Welcome to 2014

Welcome to 2014 and the Lord's signs in the heavens.  This year we will see two of the four lunar tetrad events fall on passover and sukkot/tabernacles.  A look around at the social/political/economic environment shows us this earth is primed for some real fireworks this year.

There are credible sources saying this year Europe will begin bank bail-ins.  What starts in Europe will spread and who knows what the results will be.  Could you imagine what would happen in the U.S. if one day we all woke up and the news headlines were "10% across the board account tax of all banking deposits in the US."  What do you think people would do?

I don't know what will happen but the Lord's signs in the heavens are unmistakable and they tell us something big is coming.  A reading of the book of Revelation tells us what is coming will be very unpleasant for this world.

Should we worry?  No.  Our source of provision and protection is from another kingdom that is not of this world.  Thank the Lord!!!!  Some how, some way the Lord will take care of us.  That is not a blind statement, but one based on historical evidence in this writer's life.  Thanks be to the Lord our God.
