Here it is guys, the earthquake I thought we would get: a 7.7 monster earthquake. This particular earthquake is a confirmation to this writer from the Lord. Notice the magnitude, 7.7? 7 is the Lord's number, it is also my number. I usually don't get into talking about numbers but the Lord does alot of talking numbers in the Bible. Here is just one example:

A whole lot of sevens in there wouldn't you say? I asked the Lord for a large quake like the spring quake we saw this spring where nobody died but the quake was large enough to remove any doubt that we are on the right track watching these earthquakes. What we have here is a divine confirmation earthquake that tells us (and me in particular) that these earthquakes are most certainly a sign from the Lord.
This quake also hit just 3 days outside the quake window I was expecting (10/25) or so. Thanks be to the Lord for His warnings to mankind. Thanks be to the Lord for His mercy is warning us before wrath and fury show up. Thanks be to our Lord for His tender mercies on our behalf. We have been warned and we are being warned of what is coming. Knowing what is coming (read the book of Revelation for the details) what kind of people should we be and what should we be doing?
We were told to be watching and ready. We were told to be faithful and patient so we may inherit the promises. We were told to be obedient children. Obedience, faith, patience, watchfulness, and readiness that is what we have been called to.
This 7.7 very large earthquake is absolutely, positively a sign to us. Thanks be to the Lord for His sign which is an answer to this nobody's prayer. No major damage or injuries have been reported, another confirmation. Notice that these very large quakes have been occurring in unpopulated areas where nobody really gets hurt and most of the world does not take notice? There is a reason for that. The twin mega-quakes on 4/11/2012 were the same way. We had an 8.6 and an 8.2 on the same day and nobody was hurt, there was no tsunami etc.
I am in awe of this one guys. No more potent sign or signal could possibly be sent in the eyes of this writer. We have been given a sign in red neon telling us to WATCH. As I am writing this we have the 'frankenstorm' Sandy moving up the coast of the US to potentially rip up the north east coast. Things being written about this storm are "unprecedented" and "never been seen before" and all kinds of other words indicating that this thing is special. Its not one event that should have us paying attention, its all these things taken together that paint the picture for us.
Of times and dates we are all ignorant. None of us knows when the Bridegroom will call for His bride so let us be watching always just like we were instructed to. Let us pray for all the brothers, our families and ourselves that our sins may be forgiven today and that we may be counted worthy to escape all thats about to happen and stand before the Son of Man.

These are the thoughts this writer has been impressed with today. All glory and honor and power and wisdom and all the wealth and riches of ages without end be to our Lord and God Jesus Christ, King of Kings and Lord of Lords, AMEN.
