Luke 17 Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28“It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
What am I highlighting here ^^? On "a" day, one day, destruction fell and the Lord tells us clearly there will be "a" day again just like this.

See? In one day....so, time to speculate based on more fact. As I look around the communities I have lived both in the eastern US and western US I see the malls packed even on week days, people out to eat, shopping etc etc in spite of the dire economic news we hear constantly. True jobs are hard to come by but the full parking lots at the malls dont lie, somebody is still making money. What's the point? It has baffled me up till now but here is my current understanding, up until "a" day, whichever day that is, business as usual will carry on.
I thought we would have seen an unwinding of the economic system by now but we have not. Why not? The Lord already told us why:

Business as usual up to the day Noah entered the ark. So, the stock market keeps going up and up until it doesnt. What are some of the economic indicators pointing to "it doesn't" anymore? Fed Chairman Bernanke has been more or less fired by Obama. He's out on the first of the new year. Half of the voting memebers of the Fed want zero more stimulus, not tapering but zero stimulus. 1. Interesting timing as we get our 'comet of the century-Ison' at the end of this year and starting next spring the signs in the heavens (lunar tetrad) on the Lord's feast days begin. 2. What happens when stimulus stops? Interest rates go up. What happens when rates go up? The debt bombs sitting around the world at around 0% interest begin to explode. If the national debt is around 17 trillion, do you know what even a 1% rise in rates does to the debt? It looks like Japan will go down first, then Europe then the U.S. and all of this is lining up for sometime between today and 2015.
Remember, this is speculation. The Lord already told us how it was going to go down. He also gave us signs in the heavens to watch

My best guess is we'll see some form or other of business as usual up through the last of the signs in the heavens in 2015, the full solar eclipse that is the culmination of 4 lunar eclipses and 2 solar eclipses all on the Lord's feast days. However, we must remember that the Lord could arrive or call us home on ANY DAY therefore we must be prepared in every season. But the purpose of this speculation is to wonder what will we do with the time that is left.
The signs are all around us that the 'old world' is circling the drain of history and the 'new world' is on its way in. The new world brings with it (at some point) the tribulation.
Lets say the tribulation begins in 2-3 years. Then what? The answers will be different for each of us but what will not be different is making the days count. I want to encourage you today to at least try to make the days count between now and then. While there is still some semblance of normalcy, do what you can do for our Father's Kingdom. We are His children, lets make Him proud.
