It appears this time is not a dress rehearsal. The world economy is unraveling before our very eyes. This year started off with the stockmarket down 5-6 days in a row and so far remains down from the end of 2014. The Euro is in deep trouble as we saw this past week the Swiss removed their currency peg to the Euro and later this month the Greeks will likely abandon the euro.
Hundreds of millions of dollars were lost just this past week in these unforseen economic events. The end of this year coincides with the last of the lunar tetrad blood moons. What is significant about these signs in the heavens is they cannot be faked. Neither men, no enemy principalities nor enemy powers can alter or filter what the Lord has presented to us in the heavens.
When the economy takes a nose dive, what do men do? They go to war. So we are looking at economic collapse and war at a minimum but we haven't even touched on the natural disasters (flooding, drought, animal deaths, etc). Wow, brother D, thanks for the encouragement..What we are facing in the not too distant future are events that are so much greater than us we cannot even scratch the surface of an answer for them. We will need our God in the days ahead...
It is not as though we do not need Him every day right now, however the events that are lining up on the horizon promise to take people's breath away. How do we deal with such things as they approach and arrive?
Phil 4:4Rejoice in the Lord alway: [and] again I say, Rejoice. 5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord[is] at hand. 6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let yourrequests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Be careful (or anxious) for nothing...why? The Lord is at hand. What should we do? In everything,
present prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. Every request we send to our Lord should be gift wrapped. The gift wrap is thanks and praise.
This next part is quite important to understand:
7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
I remember in the middle of being spiritually pregnant with one of my miracles I asked the Lord in my heart "okay, thats great Lord, I will have peace but what about my answer? I need your hand to move not just peace!" In time His hand did move but I did not truly understand what He was saying until now. That is, your peace IS your answer. What do I mean? Years ago the Lord taught me to understand which path we should choose and how to understand if we are still on the right path by evaluating our peace on that path........
If we have the Spirit and we are at peace, continue, your answer is on its way the Lord has everything well in hand. Wait, be patient, be faithful, give thanks and rejoice. This is how the Lord has dealt with me, our peace is our answer. Our peace is a promise.
We should begin today, to attempt to overwhelm our God with all kinds of prayers and requests wrapped with thanksgiving. We will need His protection and provision in the days ahead even more than we need it today. We should not be troubled or anxious, we should pray and give thanks. The Lord will provide. That is this brother's testimony derived from a lifetime of provision and protection. The Lord has provided and the promise is He will continue to provide as we continue to walk with Him and talk with Him hand in hand as loving children with a loving Father.
