Wars and Rumors of War

Matt 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Whats going on in the world these days?  Exactly everything the Lord told us would happen.  And?  And, we were told not to be troubled, these things must come to pass.  We see the nation rising against nation, kingdom against kingdom, famines, pestilences and earthquakes.  Where does that put us?  The beginning of sorrows.  The trick is we do not know where the sorrows end and the tribulation begins but we do know we are getting closer to the time of the tribulation day by day.

The Lord also told us He is coming back at least two more times.  One is the unexpected coming, the other is the expected coming (the "second coming").  We see both of these two distinct comings laid out for us in Matt 24:

Matt 24:29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Matt 24:36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven,

but my Father only. 37But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the

Son of man be. 38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating

and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into

the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also

the coming of the Son of man be. 40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall

be taken, and the other left. 41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall

be taken, and the other left.

42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43But know this,

that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come,

he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Words matter.  Specifically, His Words matter.  When He talks about "they" and "ye" we need to pay attention.  He is clearly making a differentiation between different groups of people here.

2 Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

To be understood correctly, the Word must be ^^^ rightly divided.  Right division of the Word to correctly interpret the Word can only come from the Spirit of the Lord:

John 16:13 King James Version (KJV)

¹³ Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Do we know how much time we have left?  Absolutely not.  What do we know?  We know with absolute certainty that we have less time today than we did yesterday.  One way or another, either through death or the unexpected coming of the Lord we are one day close today to standing before the Lord than we were yesterday.  Nobody guaranteed us we will see tomorrow which requires readiness today and every day to meet the Lord.  This is exactly what our Lord counseled us in Words like this:

32But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven,

neither the Son, but the Father.

33Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34For the Son of

man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his

servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35Watch

ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at

midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36Lest coming suddenly he find

you sleeping. 37And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

The Lord is not wordy so when He repeats something over and over again He is putting a neon sign over it.  Watch, be ready.  Ready for what?  To meet the Lord.  When should we watch and be ready?  Since we do not know (purposefully) the number of days allotted for each of us on this earth, nor do we know the day of His unexpected coming we must be watching and ready to meet our Lord right now, today.

Everything is going according to plan.  We are exactly where we need to be on the Lord's timeline because He Himself is managing that timeline.  The election of Trump (which pretty much nobody saw coming) is evidence of this.  The Lord is able to put the brakes on current events and He is able to put the accelerator down to keep this world and all of its inhabitants exactly on the timeline He has prescribed to work out His Word with flawless perfection.

The Opioid Epidemic

There is a scourge sweeping the world we know as the opioid epidemic.  VICE news has done some eye opening videos on this issue:

Even President Trump has mentioned this epidemic in some of his recent speeches.  What is going on?  What brought on this epidemic?  What is the source of this scourge?  The answer can be given in one sentence:  the loss of hope.  That's it.

We have a generation of young people who look around at the world and have become so depressed by what they see, the only answer they see (within their reach) is opioids.  What this amounts to is wholesale murder of a generation.  These kids see and hear what is being preached to them by the media and society and many of them nod their heads yes to it but deep down inside their spirit, their conscience tells them it is wrong.  Many of them likely cannot put their finger on the problem.  They see the whole world marching down this road to destruction so the reasoning goes, if everybody else is doing it, and agreeing with it, it must be right...right?  Wrong.

The media has blood on its hands.  Those in government who advocate the perversions we see around us also have blood on their hands.  Here is what it boils down to:

When a society removes the God of hope from every square inch of public life, people become hopeless.  Its that simple:

Romans 15:13  May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

So we know the bad news, that's what is all around us.  The good news is right here ^^^^.  There is a Spirit, who can fill you up to the point where you literally overflow with hope.  That sounds like an answer to me....Unfortunately, our enemies in high places-both spiritually and in this world have done everything in their power to remove our God and His Spirit from the eyes, ears and hearts of every living creature on earth.  Now we see the consequences of such actions.  Do the research, how many mass shootings were there before prayer was removed from the schools?  Such things were unheard of.  How many opioid epidemics were there before prayer was removed from schools?  Such things were unheard of.

We serve the God of hope, who can cause people to overflow with hope.  One would think people, especially today would be beating down doors to find out how to get this God, and get this hope.  There is no problem we face today that cannot be solved by a health dose of Jesus Christ and His Spirit:

Col 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

He is before all things, that means He comes FIRST.  And in Him all things hold together which is why this world is falling apart.  Fine sounding arguments wont work.  Reasoning and logic will not work, what will work is His presence and His power.  When our God shows up with His power, everything must stand down, every problem, every dilemma, every argument, every lie, every power, everything must sit down, shut up and/or be removed.

This is the difference between people sitting in pews day after day, year after year and slowly rotting away, and those have life transforming encounters with our God.  The difference is His presence and power.  How many people have "gone to church" for decades without ever seeing a real miracle or ever experiencing the Lord's power?  Isnt there something wrong with that?  We cannot "go to church" because we are the Church.  Wherever a true believer in Jesus Christ is, there the Church is.  We are living stones

1 Peter 2:5 you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

We know the problem, but we also know the answer.  He is the answer.  The enemy has come to create a generation of captives, and to slay them but our God came to set those captives free

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

If the Spirit of Jesus Christ is in you, then His Spirit is in you.  If His Spirit is in you, then you are someone's answer to the hell on earth that has been unleashed against mankind.

The Fall of Babylon

Look around at what is happening to America, then compare it to what the Lord said He would do to Babylon:

Jer 51:12 Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the

watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised and done that which

he spake against the inhabitants of Babylon.

13O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come,

and the measure of thy covetousness.

14The LORD of hosts hath sworn by himself, saying, Surely I will fill thee with men,

as with caterpillers; and they shall lift up a shout against thee.

We can look at both America and the west in general (specifically western Europe) and see this is exactly what the Lord has done.  Europe has been invaded by a foreign Islamic army.  They have been trying to do the same thing to America but the logistics of the invasion are more complicated by the distance from Islamic countries.  That part of the invasion is only phase 1 of the destruction.  Phase two which is simultaneous are the indigenous politicians and population who are also working for the destruction of these countries.  Merkel in Germany and those who support her are a good example of this.  This is an unprecedented in history type of event.  The people of a nation are actively working to replace themselves with foreigners.

In America we see the same exact thing playing out in a slightly different way.  This has everything to do with the immigration debate and those who support unrestricted immigration.  They could care less about the immigrants, what they care about is the dissolution of America (and the west).  Everything that America and the west stood for is being dissolved.  Who put it in the hearts of men to accomplish all this?  Our God did.

What is playing out is nothing short of the destruction of end time Babylon.  Our Lord was very clear, there is an end time Babylon just as there was an ancient Babylon.  The common factor between both ancient and end time Babylon is the spirit working through it (our enemy).

Rev 18:1And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

If you have been wondering what is happening to Europe and America, this is it.  The Lord God is carrying out His purposes just as they are written.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  May thy kingdom come and thy will be done on earth just as it is in heaven!  His will is: Babylon destroyed.  He told us everything from the very beginning so we can understand the times we are living in.  Instead of fear, this should provide great encouragement to us who believe.  Our God is absolutely positively in 100% control of everything that is taking place in the world today.  There is no secret society, no criminal conspiracy, nor any plan of our spiritual enemy whatsoever that is hidden from Him who sees all things (our God).

Job 28:24for he views the ends of the earth

and sees everything under the heavens.

Our God has a plan for this earth and for all those who live upon it.  His plan is right on schedule.  Glory to God!

Outward Manifestations

The social, political and economic problems facing this world are all symptoms, outward manifestations of the real problem.  The real problem facing this world is spiritual.  Almost everyone we see and hear around us, unfortunately including so called Church 'leaders' are telling us to engage the social, political and economic problems.  That is treating the symptoms instead of the disease.  Imagine if a patient had cancer and the only thing the doctors treated them for was a sore throat.  What would happen?  The patient would die.  So it is with this world:

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.


If Christians want to "do something" they need to forget the ways of this world and take hold of the ways of our Kingdom and PRAY.  That's right, while people are running around trying to move a bucket full of sand by focusing on politics etc, there are a few out there who believe what our God told us when He said this:

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Through faith and prayer you can move mountains.  Getting involved in all this wordly nonsense you can move molehills.  You figure out which makes more sense....

What The Church Should Look Like Part 2

Many years ago a post was written here about what the Church should look like.  This is an important addendum to that post based on some wonderful information the Lord shared with this writer tonight.

Important characteristics:

1.  Decentralized-This one is huge for many reasons we will get into here.  First of all what did the Lord say?

Luke 22:26  

But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.

That's called ^^ leading from the bottom up, NOT the top down.  More to say on this in a moment.

What does the world look like?  Everything, all of it is top down.  Both fortune 500 companies and todays so called churches are all organized the same.  All you have to do is cut the word "pastor" and paste the word "CEO" onto today's church 'leaders' and the transformation is complete.

Why is this world structured top down?  Bottom line?  Because its the only way, finite, limited intelligence, limited power beings can command and control organizations.  But the Biblical church model does NOT look like this, which is why the house church or "cell" is ideal.  Why?  Think of a house church like one cell in a human body.  On its own, that one cell is somewhat insignificant (which turns out to be a strength, not a weakness).  All of the cells put together however equate to the body, and we know the Head is Jesus Christ.

Here we need to talk about military tactics 101.  This is the weakness of worldly organizations and a church structured on this world and its systems.  When we went to war in Iraq in 2003, what were the first targets?  Command and control centers.  Why?  Decapitate the leadership then you can pick off the lower levels of the military organization piecemeal.  Why does the enemy love the centralized worldly churches?  Because the so called "leaders" are easy pickings for decapitation campaigns through sex, drugs, whatever.  Then what happens to the rest of the organization once the leaders are toppled?  The enemy can take his time dismantling it as only the Lord knows how many people leave in disgust each and every time another priest or pastor is found with child porn, gay lovers, etc.  The damage is immeasurable.

This is where decentralization is key.  What exactly do you gain if you 'decapitate' a single cell in an entire body?  This is why intelligence agencies compartmentalize.  If one cell is compromised the other cells live on uninterrupted.

The part of this that left me somewhat speechless was the Spirit of the Lord's expanded explanation of why decentralization works for the Body of Christ (a spiritual organization) but not for worldly organizations?  In addition to everything above, get this..The Lord our God is the only Being in the universe that can be 100% present everywhere, with 100% of His power, 100% of the time.   This capability is reserved for Almighty God alone.  So, the Head of our Body is supremely capable of being 100% present with all of His power all the time in each and every "cell" or home Church in the body.  Let that sink in.  This is why bottom up works for the true Church but is catastrophic for the worldly church.  Our command and control, the Head, The Lord Jesus Christ is capable of something finite limited beings (including our spiritual enemies) are not.  The Head of our Church can and will be in every cell with all of His power intelligence, counsel, wisdom etc, all of the time.  Simply put, awesome.

As a small aside along these same lines, mankind thinks it has really turned a corner with the discovery of quantum computing.  They discovered that if they take an atom down to around absolute zero temperatures it can co-locate or occupy two places in space at the same time.  Bravo!  Mankind just advanced 1/8 of an inch on an infinitely long road toward being "gods."  Think about that, a real 'revolution' to be able to get something to locate in two different places at the same time.  What this really is, is the creation glorifying the Creator.  Why?  The mechanics behind quantum computing point directly toward our Creator.  Mankind after thousands of years on earth just learned how to take one atom and cause it to locate two (and only two) places in space at the same time while our God infinitely co locates across the entirety of space and time with all His power, at all times.

Bottom Line?

Decentralized is a requirement and a mandate for the true Church.  This eliminates the idolatry inherent in the pastoral/nicolaitan system:

Revelation 2:6 

But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Nico=conquer, laitan=laity.  There are no "lay people" in the Body of Christ, period.  It only exists in the world and the Babylonian styled church system setup all around us.  It makes it much harder for the enemy to compromise the Body because he has to slog it out one single cell at a time.  The more you think the more awe inspiring it is.  This is just one more piece of evidence that we serve an awesome God.

The Head of the Body-our Lord Jesus Christ is perfectly capable of performing omniscient, all powerful, omnipresent command and control of each and every decentralized cell in the Body, 100% of the time.  And with Jesus Christ Himself sitting as command and control of each cell, good luck trying to 'decapitate' the leadership.

The Last Reformation-YES!!!!!!!!!

This week I happened across the videos of this brother and everything inside me says YES to what I see!  What you have read on this blog over the past 8 years is more or less the same thing this guy is saying, except the Spirit of the Lord takes it even further with "the last reformation".

The sick are healed

Jesus and the Gospel are preached

The Spirit of the Lord working like FIRE

Churchianity is put on the sideline and the Spirit of the Lord, Jesus Christ and the true Church is put front and center!

And of course, there are still the critics.  Why?  Because by natural extension all of the monuments to man (church buildings, church organizations, church money) that exists in todays fraudulent church organizations would be wiped out by this-which is why the truth has never been popular.

The Lord Himself confirms His Word.  He is confirming His work and His Word with His presence and His power, signs and miracles.  Also notice the joy in and around this work.....

This is the only Christian organization in the history of this blog that has ever been endorsed.  Why?  Because the Spirit of the Lord endorses it!  This blog does not belong to brother D, it belongs to the Lord and the Spirit of the Lord says YES to the last reformation.

Florida School Shooting

Another school shooting took place this week, this time in Florida.  While the conversation in the media inevitably goes straight to gun control, the real cause for this horrific violence goes overlooked again....Why have our schools turned into killing fields?

Prayer was removed from our schools in 1963.

There it is ^^ in one sentence.  They removed prayer in an effort to remove the Creator from schools.  And what has been the net result?  You are seeing it in the headlines.  As with everything else, the Lord did not send lightning strikes, hail and thunder the next day to punish this nation.  No, He waited.  It has now been 55 years since they made that fatal mistake and look at our schools.  Schools have been transformed from places of learning to violence ridden indoctrination centers.

This country and most of the world has made effort after effort to remove the Lord God from every possible corner of our public space from school house to court house.  Now we see schools turned into killing fields and a "justice" system riddled with corruption from the top down.

What did the Almighty say?

Isaiah 48:22 "There is no peace," says the LORD, "for the wicked."

The evidence speaks for itself.  The not so United States is tearing itself apart at the seams.  Peace is nowhere to be found, violence and strife are everywhere.

Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

Not only does a man reap what he sows, cities, counties, nations also reap what they sow.  Apostasy and wickedness is what has been sown and now the harvest has appeared and people still have puzzled looks on their faces, "how did this happen?" they ask when the answer is staring them in the face.

All of this ^^ is the problem.  What is the solution?  I'm not sure there is a solution for the nations of this world, the Lord told us what is coming and depending on what His timeline is, we could be right on the brink of things getting much much worse.  However........

While His Church is still on this earth (we living stones-the Church- not concrete monuments built by men for men), we can pray.  The Spirit of the Lord is answering prayers and moving mountains day in and day out all around us.  We must pray for the Lord's protection over our children.  We fight the good fight of faith while we are on this earth:

1 Tim 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

While we are here, we are to continue asking, continue knocking, continue seeking our Lord's will be done here on earth just as it is in heaven.  We are to pray about everything we care about, all the time.  "Well brother D, that sounds like a lot of praying because there are many things I would like to see done!"  And you would be right, which is why brother D uses an excel spreadsheet (yes, not kidding) to list all my requests and prayers to the Lord.  When something comes to mind or spirit, it goes on the sheet.  There are so many requests it is hard to keep track of them without writing them down somewhere.  You can use paper if you want to, but yes the Lord knows how to read spreadsheets as well :P

This brother has a testimony for you and that testimony has not changed.  Our God answers prayer.  Our God performs miracles and He does both of these actively TODAY.  No, He does not always answer us when we want Him to, He decides when to answer.  We get to ask for the "what" in prayer.  He gets to answer both "when" and "how" He wants to.  When people don't get the "when" and "how" they wanted they chalk that up to no answer.  That would be wrong, they just didn't get the when and how they wanted but the Lord did answer.  Sometimes the answer is yes-here it is now, sometimes its no-full stop, sometimes its yes-but you are going to have to wait for it.  People don't like "no" and they do not like to wait.  Sometimes people also do not like the "how" our Lord answers.  We asked for request "A", but instead it looks like we received answer "B, C or D" instead.  Again, answers "B, C or D" are all answers and we may not like them in the short term but we have to ask the Lord why in His infinite wisdom and power He answered us in the way He did.  Almost always, in time, He will tell us.

The Lord uses time as an effective tool to work out His will on this earth.  We see this in the school shootings.  Why did the Lord not turn the schools into killing fields over night?  Because in 1963, the spiritual state of the population at large was not in state of decay it is now.  Why does that matter?  Because light drives out darkness, every time without fail.  If there is enough light in a room the only place for darkness to hide is in little bitty crevices and corners of the room.  As the light is taken away, the darkness advances out of the corners and crevices into the room.

The good news is we are the light that drives out darkness.

Matt 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Salt preserves and light drives out darkness.

All around us we hear people telling us we need to "get involved" with the corrupt political system to "make a difference."  When the enemy hears that he laughs.  What the enemy does not laugh at is when we get on our knees and pray.....

2 Cor 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but divinely powerful toward the demolition of strongholds,

If we want to make a difference we need to pray.  Our God answers prayer, period.

James 5:16......The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

What does that ^^ mean?  It means prayer works.

Matt 16:19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

Our Lord has given us every spiritual weapon we need ^^ to be effective against the problems we face on this earth.  Our problems are not based in flesh and blood....

Read the story of this kid who shot up the Florida school, he said he heard demonic voices.
How many school shootings did we see prior to 1963 (before prayer was taken out of school) where kids reported hearing demonic voices telling them to shoot up their school?  Zero, case closed and court adjourned.

The New Masquerade

AI based on computers can only go so far with the mind of man behind it.  It appears that the real AI story will be the masquerade demons use to present themselves to the world in the last days.  The farther we go down this road the more we are able to see this story unfold.

Matt 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25Behold, I have told you before.

Its going to be very convincing for those who do not have the Spirit of the Lord guiding their steps.
There is a new series out on Netflix called "altered carbon."  In the first episode there is a table with AI personalities sitting around it and one of them comes right out and says "demons created us,"  I almost fell out of the chair.

Combine that with videos like this and you get the idea.  They aren't even trying to hide it.  This world is at a place in its spiritual slide away from the Creator where they can openly talk about and openly accept ideas like this.

I have lost count of how many times I thought we have to be close to the end and truth be told we are closer to the end today than at any time in the past.  How much longer with the Lord delay before He judges this world for its open wickedness?  Just when you think we have hit a new low we move down to hit another one.

Lord God help us, we need you more now than ever.  Glory to God.

Super Blue Blood Moon And Lunar Eclipse

On 1/31/18 this world saw a super moon which was also a blue moon which was also a blood moon.  Statistically speaking having all of those at once is rare indeed.  We know that the moon is a sign for Israel.  I am posting this the day after the sign and no rapture took place, Israel was not invaded, in fact nothing much apparent to the eye took place at all.  So why write about it?  It was absolutely a sign for us and for the world.  (I forgot to mention it also fell precisely on the new year of the trees for Israel (Tu Bishvat).

I saw two people in recent history give excellent summaries of what a sign is.  If you put a warning sign right at the edge of a cliff and the first time people see it is when they are going over the cliff, the sign failed to do its job.  The warning signs are put out 100 miles, 50 miles, 20 miles, 10 miles, 5 and even 1 mile away warning people that a cliff is coming up and to be ready for it.  So it is with the warning signs the Lord has given this world.  He started years and years ago, warning this world of what is coming and He has not stopped the warnings.  Nobody will be able to say "where did this come from" when the Lord drops His divine hammers on this world.  Wrath and judgement are coming.  No, its not popular to talk about it.  People want good news and ONLY good news but the Bible I read is not written that way.  Yes, there is good news but there is also warning after warning of what is coming for those who are not found in Christ in the days ahead.

We were told over and over again to be watching for the coming of the Lord.  Which coming?  NOT the second coming, the unexpected coming of the Lord:

Matt 24:36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

He could not be more clear, no man knows when this is going to happen.  This is the biggest problem I have with post trib, pre-wrath, and mid trib doctrines, they ALL deny the clear warnings in the Word that are not hard to understand, not written in some mysterious language that we have to agonize over, no, its very clear what He means.  Watch NOW, period.   Reminding you (and myself) of these things is part of the work this nobody was given to do on this earth.  The work is to throw everything that sets itself up in opposition to the Word of the Lord in the garbage where it belongs. 

2 Cor 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

The doctrines of man be damned, only the Word of Christ and the doctrines of Jesus Christ should have any standing whatsoever in our hearts, minds and spirits.  Our opinions are worthless, His Word is everything.  

We have no idea whatsoever when the Lord is coming back for us unexpectedly.  Every time this writer thought "okay now we've gone beyond the point of no return" the Lord has let things press on and stopped them in their tracks and turned back the dial so only His plan and His timing prevail.  Because we do not know, we must always be ready.  We do not know when our Lord will show up for us and we do not know if the Lord is going to give us another single day on this earth.  We must be ready, right now, today to meet our Lord.

How can we be ready?  We do the good we know we should be doing, that is walking and talking and getting to know our God better every day.  We must do what He tells us to do, when He tells us to do it.  This world is in the mess it is in because mankind thinks they know better.  Look at the mess they have made!  The one and only way things will work the way they are supposed to is when we do exactly what our God told us to do.  The entire Old Testament is a testament to that.  Do it His way or brace ourselves for major problems.

This was written to you to encourage you to do what you should be doing.  Ask, knock, seek.  Pray and obey.  Walk and talk with your God, every day at all times.  Know Him and make sure He knows you

Matt 7:21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
