Jeremiah 50, Babylon, America, Sodom and Gomorrah

You really need to stop and read Jeremiah 50-51.  The Lord describes America exactly as she is today.  For people who deny that America is Babylon, let me ask this; If the description of Babylon matches America, and the actions of Babylon matches the actions of America, even if they were not the same wouldn't they be judged the same?  If person A steals one dollar and person B steals one dollar, what does it matter what we call them their judgement is the same!

See how the Lord compares Babylon (America) to Sodom and Gomorrah:

Jer 50:35“A sword against the Babylonians!”

declares the Lord—

“against those who live in Babylon

and against her officials and wise men!

36A sword against her false prophets!

They will become fools.

A sword against her warriors!

They will be filled with terror.

37A sword against her horses and chariots

and all the foreigners in her ranks!

They will become weaklings.

A sword against her treasures!

They will be plundered.

38A drought on^d her waters!

They will dry up.

For it is a land of idols,

idols that will go mad with terror.

39“So desert creatures and hyenas will live there,

and there the owl will dwell.

It will never again be inhabited

or lived in from generation to generation.

40As I overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah

along with their neighboring towns,”

And the King of Babylon met with LGBT leaders in Russia during the G20 summit.  There was nothing more important going on that you carve out time to meet with gay leaders?  He doesn't have time to work on a diplomatic solution to Syria but he has all the time in the world to frolic with gay leaders.  What do we think the Lord thinks about this?

The Lord is not mocked.

Here is proof positive that ancient Babylon is not being spoken of, but it is America the Lord is describing:

Do everything I have commanded you.

22The noise of battle is in the land,

the noise of great destruction!

23How broken and shattered

is the hammer of the whole earth!

Was ancient Babylon "the hammer of the whole earth?"  No way, not even close.  At best ancient Babylon was a major REGIONAL power.  The Lord gives His hand completely away with this statement.  Who else is "the hammer of the whole earth" if it is not the United States?  Who else is going from country to country and overthrowing their governments and killing their people?  I am just asking, if the shoe fits wear it right?

If ever there was a time to repent and pray for our own forgiveness, our families and all the brothers it is today.  We must ask the Lord to not hold the sins of Babylon against us.  If you want to know why I do not vote or get involved with any of Babylon's politics it is to keep blood off my hands.  Did Jesus vote?  Did Jesus get involved with Roman politics?  Did any of the apostles ever encourage us to "get involved" and "make a difference" through politics?  No, we were told in no uncertain terms that our kingdom is NOT OF THIS WORLD.

This is not to condemn you if you voted.  This message is one of separation and holiness before the Lord.  The blood that is on the hands of con-gress and the king of Babylon must not be on our hands.  Look at America today and you tell me if it looks like she is ascending to greatness in the world or circling the drain of history?  What do you see happening with your own eyes?  What does the Word say about nations that act the way America acts?  What are the divine consequences for acting the way America acts?

America has the leaders she deserves because the people (that is us, the common man) are corrupt.  If the people were truly godly and righteous do you think the Lord would allow such depraved men to rule over them?  No way.....
