Why is Israel playing Russian roulette in Syria? - RT

Link to video here.

This video hints at what was discussed in the previous post here.  Why does Israel not attack ISIS?  Because it is supporting them.  Why does ISIS not attack Israel?  Because the west (including Israel) supports them.  Outwardly there is condemnation for ISIS, covertly there is support.  That is the game that is being played.  Why is this important?  Everything that's going on in the middle east is important.  The tribulation is a middle eastern centered event:

Luke 21:20When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. 21Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city. 22For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written. 23How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

Rev 11:1I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. 2But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months. 3And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” 4They are “the two olive trees” and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.”a 5If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die. 6They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
7Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them. 8Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city—which is figuratively called Sodom and Egyptwhere also their Lord was crucified. 9For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial. 10The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.

^^ Where do these things take place?  The middle east, Israel.  Everything we are seeing play out in the middle east right now is a setup for what is coming.

Israel's Dangerous Game

11/29/1947:  The United Nations recognizes the state of Israel.  Add 70 years (one Biblical generation) that brings us to what?  11/29/2017.

6/7/1967:  Israel recaptures Jerusalem.  Add 50 years (7 sevens plus the Jubilee) and you get?  6/6/2017.

So what?  So 2017 appears to be loaded with cycle convergences.  What is going to happen?  I guess we are going to find out soon enough.

What is going on right now?  Israel, along with the rest of the western world to include most notably the United States created ISIS.  Everyone with a shred of analytic background who looks at the map, the circumstances, the logistics, the "who benefits" question can figure it out in 60 seconds.  We have this group called ISIS who is this fanatical Sunni Muslim group out to terrorize the entire middle east with one notable exception emblazoned in neon lights?  Who has this radical Sunni group not attacked?  That's right:  ISRAEL.  Why not?

ISIS was formed by the west to:
1.  topple the Shiite government in Baghdad
2.  Then to topple the government of Syria
3.  With the end game of overthrowing or severely hindering the regime in Iran.

Their plan was humming along fine until Russia drew a line in the sand in Syria and said "that's enough,"  and the Muslim invasion of Europe began.  Not that Israel is not secretly admiring Europes current situation.  Things have a way of coming back around to haunt people.  Germany was ground zero of the holocaust of the Jewish people during WW2, now Germany is ground zero for the holocaust of the European people.  Jews are leaving Europe in record numbers and being replaced by an order of 10:1 or more by Muslims.  Israel is singing a homecoming song to the Jews all across Europe (to include Ukraine) while at the same time Europe is turning into a living nightmare.

As of today, things are working out pretty well for Israel but what is the danger in this game they are playing.  The Jews are being gathered back to Israel for a purpose.  Europe (who has always had an anti-Semitic streak) is being punished with a Muslim invasion for a purpose.  What purpose?  Its all right here:

Daniel 9:24Seventy weeks are determined on your people and on your holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem to the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and three score and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26And after three score and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and to the end of the war desolations are determined. 27And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the middle of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured on the desolate.

If you are Israel today it seems like a great idea to ship all of Iraq's and Syria's Muslim population to Europe, makes their neighborhood a little nicer.  The problem is when an Muslim army from the north surrounds Israel with European weapons instead of Middle Eastern weapons.

The Lord God told us exactly what is going to happen, all we have to do is connect the dots.  Revelation 6:8 tells us this:

I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

For years I took this to mean 1/4 of the population of the earth but strictly speaking without reading anything into it, it says a fourth part of the earth which suggest more a geographic region than it does the entire global population.  Which "fourth part" of the earth is the Lord talking about?  From what we can see today, that shoe fits best on the middle east up into parts of Europe.  Don't take my word for anything, where is all the radical transformation taking place right now?  The middle east and western Europe.

Where does that leave us?  It leaves us with 2017 being a special year.  I thought 2016 was the Jubilee but it could be 2017.  Two very important Biblical cycles find their nexus in 2017, the 70 year generational cycle and the Shemitah/Jubilee cycle.  What should we read into this?  The Lord told us to be always watching for His return.  Not the "second coming" return, but His unexpected, unannounced return:

Mark 13:32But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
33Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

The Lord was very clear here ^^.  And as the Lord predicted we have foolish virgins who are not only not watching for His return today, they teach and preach to others not to watch either.  Foolish indeed:

Matt 25:1Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

No matter how many ways the Lord tells it to us, there are those who willingly, knowing refuse to watch.  This world is being set up like chess pieces on a chess board to play out the final 7 years known as the tribulation period and the time of Jacob's trouble.  It hasn't even started yet and just what I can see from the outside looks frightening.  What is coming is going to be really, really bad.

If the Lord had told us that the Church needs to "man up" and get ready to take the tribulation period on the chin, then I would be in the process of "manning up."  But He didn't tell us that.  He gave us Noah and Lot as examples along with His direct message to the Churches in Revelation 1-3.  He told us there is an escape that may or may not be the rapture of the Church.  He told us to be watching and praying always that we may be found worthy to escape all that is about to happen so we may stand before Him.

Luke 21:34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

The Lord knows how to jerk my chain.  He knows how to nudge or pinch or slap my spirit to get my attention when I am not facing the direction He wants me to travel in and He keeps bringing me back to this.  Yes, bad things are coming for this world but the Church is in this world but not of this world.  We are aliens and strangers here:

Heb 11:13 All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.

The coming tribulation has a purpose and that purpose is NOT to punish the righteous:

Gen 18:25 Far be it from you to do such a thing--to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

Lot was physically removed from the tribulation of his day.  Noah was physically removed from the tribulation of his day.  Some of those in Christ will be physically removed from the tribulation, whenever that day comes.  This is a letter of encouragement to you to continue to do what the Lord God told us to do.  Watch for His unexpected coming and do those things He told us to do while you wait for it.

Diversity and Inclusion?

One of the many evils Mr Obama brought to this world was this push for "diversity and inclusion."  What do you mean brother D?  Isn't that racist, xenophobic, sexist, islamophobic, and all the other labels today's world like to hurl at people who oppose them?  They can call it whatever they want but one thing we need to realize is what this push for 'diversity and inclusion' is really about.  You can be sure it goes well beyond skin color and sexual orientation.  So why are they pushing it?

They are pushing it because we are called to be separate.  We are called to be holy, set apart from this world and its wickedness.  Proof?  Sure:

2 Cor 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

Why have the Jews been persecuted from the very beginning?  Because they have always set themselves apart from others.  And what was the result?  The world hated them for it.  So it is today with anyone who opposes mixing light with darkness.  If you oppose it, you are a racist, xenophobe, blah, blah, blah, etc.

Or does the Lord tell us this for nothing?

John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues; yea, the time cometh that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Yes, the calls for diversity and inclusion are everywhere-even in the Church.

This year, 2017 will be 500 years since the reformation.  The catholic church will be celebrating with the protestant church the counter-reformation.  What is the counter-reformation?  Its religious 'diversity and inclusion.'  That is, lumping everyone into one big pot and saying "this is good!"  The reformation was about separation and the counter-reformation is about reversing it.

We, like the Jews were called to be set apart and the world will hate us for it.  The satanic strategy here is desecration leading to destruction through compromise.  Unfortunately I do not see any compromise in my Bible.  I don't see where our God tells us to give one inch when it comes to His commands and His Word.  We are to love, yes, but not through compromise.  We display our love through obedience, not compromise:

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

This is going to be a very large stumbling stone for those who find themselves deeply tied into this world.  Those who love this world and the things of this world will find it nigh impossible to overcome.  What will happen when 'pastors' and entire church congregations give themselves over to this 'diversity and inclusion?'  Go along with them?  Wrong answer.  Right answer=oppose all of them.  Again, it will be a tough pill to swallow for many but it does help illustrate why our God told us this:

Matt 7:13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

and

Matt 7:21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

I spent years in the churches and never heard this ^^ honestly preached.  Not one single solitary time....Why not?  Shouldn't these pastors be shouting it from the rooftops?  No?  No, because its bad for church attendance and therefore bad for the collection plate.  It does not fit todays seeker sensitive church growth model so out the window it goes!

I submit to you that worldly diversity and inclusion has everything to do with destroying souls through compromise.  Heaven will be perfectly diverse through obedience to our God's commands, not this world's 'diversity and inclusion:'

Rev 5:9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation10And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Mid-Tribulation, Pre-Wrath, Post-Tribulation=False Doctrines

Only one proof is needed to prove mid-trib, pre-wrath, post-trib rapture theories patently wrong.  What is that one thing?  This:

1 Thessalonians 5:9
... For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain
salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ

So, if we can prove without a doubt that our God's wrath shows up before mid-tribulation, pre-wrath, and post-tribulation timeframes for the rapture, we have conclusively proven they are all wrong.  Here is the conclusive proof that they are all wrong:

Revelation 6King James Version (KJV)
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

This is absolutely positively the wrath of God ^^.  Here is the proof:

Ezekiel 6:12 "He who is far off will die by the plague, and he who is near will fall by the sword, and he who remains and is besieged will die by the famine. Thus will I spend My wrath on them.

Plague, sword and famine are the wrath of almighty God.  Those who say this ^^ is the 'wrath of satan' have zero proof for their claim, zero.  The proof of whose wrath it is, is in the opening of the seals.  Who opens the seals?  Our Lord Jesus Christ does.  That's it, case closed.

Famine is seal 2, and the sword is seal 3.  Famine and sword are the wrath of Almighty God and we are not appointed to wrath.  One would think this is good news for Christians but unfortunately when many Christians hear this they gnash their teeth, their faces turn red and the veins pop out of their necks in their fury to 'debunk' the Word of the Living God.  Where does this anger come from?  Where does their hatred come from?  The Lord God told us we are not appointed to wrath and He has provided an escape for us and this just makes these people all the more angry.  But this is being written to you, not to them.  This is a note of encouragement.  Every promise will be fulfilled exactly as it is written.  Our God cannot and will not lie to us.  If He promised us an escape from all, there 100% certainly is an escape from all.  If He promised us He will come for us on an unexpected day and hour, He will show up for us on an unexpected day and hour.  If He told us to be watching and ready for His return all the time, meaning today, we better be ready for His arrival today.  We do not make the mistake of conflating the 'second coming' with our Lord's coming in the air for His Church.

Be encouraged today, you were not appointed to wrath and wrath is exactly what is coming on this earth in the form of famine and the sword.  Be watching in prayer and ready for the Bridegroom when He shows up to take us out of this place.  Glory to God.

grace and peace

One Thing I Am Sure Of

There are some things we know to some degree or another and there are other things we are sure of.  One of the things I am sure of is this:

I do not know the day or hour of the escape from all promised in Luke 21:36 but I am 100% rock solid certain on this fact:  we are to be watching, right now.  Not tomorrow, not mid-trib, not post-trib, now.  Watching for what?  For the return of the Lord.  There is a large group of Christians who are in error today.  Their error lies in this word:  conflate.  This word conflate has become popular in the news media today and it is the perfect word to describe the error of many people in the Church.  What is this error?  First of all what does conflate mean?

Conflation happens when the identities of two or more individuals, concepts, or places, sharing some characteristics of one another, seem to be a single identity, and the differences appear to become lost.

And here is the error.  Too many people conflate the 'second coming' with the Lord's coming in the air for His Church.  This are two distinct events that too many people conflate into one.  There is nothing, absolutely nothing that stands in the way of the Lord coming for His Church in the air today.  There is absolutely nothing standing in the way of the escape from all our Lord promised to happen today.  Unfortunately, this error is likely to haunt many people in the Church in the days ahead.  Matthew 25 speaks clearly of 10 virgins, 5 wise and 5 foolish.  What tripped up the foolish virgins that makes them foolish?  They were not ready.  For what?  For the coming of the Lord.

Our Lord could not have said it, or emphasized it any more than He did already.  He clearly tells us He is coming at an unexpected day and hour and we are to be ready to meet Him when He shows up for us.  How hard is that to understand?  Apparently is like understanding rocket science for some.  Read Mark 13:32-37 until it sinks in:  We are to be watching and ready for our Lord's return right now.

What is going to happen to those people who teach and preach against the pre-tribulation rapture, if they are left behind and the believing Church who were prepared and ready leaves this earth to be with the Lord in heaven?  They don't like to ask that question.  It will be devastating.  They like to ask us what will happen to our faith if the pre-tribulation rapture does not happen and I like to ask them what will happen to their faith when it does and they are left behind....

Wait a minute brother D are you judging these doubters?  Nope, I am applying the objective evidence of the Word of the Lord to their condition.  The Lord treats us according to what we believe, according to our faith.  No faith, no delivery on the promises.  That is not my opinion, that is the Word of God:

Hebrews 6:12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

No faith=no promise, its that simple.  The Lord wrote an entire Chapter in the Bible to drive this one home=Hebrews 11, it is all about faith.  Some say it doesn't matter what the doubters believe, they will still be caught up in their unbelief whether or not they have no faith to do what the Lord clearly told them to do (be ready, right now today for His appearing).  Here is the proof that they should be worried:

Hebrews 11:4By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. 5By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. 7By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Enoch was translated?  Yes, how?  By faith.  What else does it say?  Before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.  So let me ask, does it please God when His servants willfully, knowingly disobey His commands to watch and pray continually for the escape He promised?  Does it please God when His servants preach and teach others that He cannot come back today when He clearly told us to watch always for His return?  Always means right now.

Those who preach and teach others not to be ready today because 'the Lord can't show up until later' have a major problem.  They know what the Lord told us to do but they disregard it in favor of their manmade doctrines.  How will they explain themselves to the Lord when they stand before Him?  Were the commands too confusing?  Was there something about the commands they did not understand?  No and no, they just chose to ignore them.  Let God be true and every man a liar:

Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

There are some things in the Bible that I am not 100% sure of (that is, not sure of my understanding) but this is not one of them.  We were told to watch, period.  Now, period.  Full stop, let this soak in.  For anyone out there who still doubts whether or not we are to be watching right now I leave you with this warning:

Rev 3:1And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Many are those who refuse to watch.  They are in grievous error.  Be watching, be ready.  The Lord God was very clear about this: be watching, be ready right now.  Not tomorrow, not mid-trib, pre-wrath, post-trib, NOW.  He will come at an unknown day and hour and He will catch many unprepared.  Woe to the foolish virgins...

The Escape From All is Coming

The amount of demonic hatred that is stirred up when someone mentions the rapture or the escape from all is one more piece of evidence that it is rock solid and it is coming.  What is more amazing is that most of this hatred comes from so called Christians.  I say 'so called' because we do not know who really is in Christ and who is not.  From the enemy point of view I can understand this hatred.  He despises the Lord our God but he cannot fight directly against our God.  The next best targets are the Lord's children, that would be us.  The idea that the whole assembly of the righteous currently living on earth will escape the enemy's 7 year satanic party drives the enemy crazy.

This writer has been stirred by the Spirit of the Lord to pick this back up again.  The more opposition to the escape grows, the more insistent the Spirit of the Lord is that it will absolutely positively happen just as it is written.  Today we add another piece to the mountain of evidence in the Bible that tells us there is an escape from all and it is coming.  Here is today's evidence:

Genesis 18:22And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD. 23And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? 24Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? 25That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

^^ Far be it from the Lord to slay the righteous with the wicked.....And what is this ^^?  This is the record of what happened with Sodom, and Lot.  And what does the Word say about Lot?

Luke 17: “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 “It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. 32 Remember Lot’s wife! 33 Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it. 34 I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. 35 Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.”

The fact is, an escape from all that is about to happen IS coming and the world hates it.  What is so sad is that so many Christians hate this escape as well.  When they argue against it, they do not argue against man, they argue against the Word of the Lord.  Yes, the Lord God, not man wrote that an escape from all that is about to happen is coming.  And the Lord God told us to pray always that we may be part of that escape.  This writer can tell you that the Spirit of the Lord that lives inside me that He is saying YES and AMEN to His own Word about this escape.  The escape from all promised to us in Luke 21 may or may not be the harpazo/rapture of the Church.  If it is, then glory to God.  If it is not then the escape deniers have one more huge problem to deal with as now we are looking at an additional escape for them to deal with.  Instead of solving one of their problems, they just added to their problems.

Just remember, we do not have to convince anyone else, we just have to convince ourselves.  The proof we see in the Word of the Lord is being confirmed by the Spirit of the Lord as these words are typed out for this blog post right now.  Yes, there will be believers in Christ during the tribulation but the question is, who are they?  We know with 100% certainty who they are not.  They are not 100% of the dead in Christ who have died in the Lord up through this very day.  Thats right, 100% of the Church in Christ who has died in the Lord through this very day have escaped the tribulation.  How did that happen?  Didn't they "need" to go through the tribulation for some arbitrary man made reason or another?  Obviously not.

So, again, who will the believers in the tribulation be?  3 groups come to mind immediately:

1.  The foolish virgins
2.  Those who believe they will be in the tribulation
3.  Jacob/Israel

1.  The foolish virgins:

Note that all were virgins betrothed to the Lord but only half made it in.  Which half made it in?  The ones who were ready to go in.  Also note the door.  We see a door in Revelation 3 and 4:

Rev 3:8I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Rev 4:1After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

2.  It is a Biblical fact that we receive as we believe.  We cannot be "in Christ" if we do not believe in Christ.  Its very simple.  This law of belief or faith applies across the board to everything.  The Lord illustrates it perfectly for us here:

Matt 8:5And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, 6And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. 7And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. 8The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. 9For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it10When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. 11And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. 12But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 13And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

As you believe, so you receive ^^.  If that is not enough, how about we add this one:

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

So yes, what you believe does matter.  Unfortunately for many who refuse to believe the Word of the Lord just as it was written, there are consequences for unbelief just as there are for belief.

Hebrews 3:12
... See, brethren, lest there be in any one of you a wicked heart
of unbelief, in turning away from the living God.

3.  Jacob/Israel

The coming 7 years of tribulation is known as the time of Jacob's trouble.  in Revelation 7, we see 144,000 Jews called out by name from each of the tribes of Israel.  What we do not see is the Church called out by name to be sealed just as the tribes of Israel are being sealed.  Did the Lord forget to seal the Church between Revelation 2-3 and Revelation 7?  Surely if the Church was on earth they would be mentioned by by name again and again after Revelation 3, at least as the sealing of the servants of God on earth is concerned but we do not see the Church, we just see Israel.

Rev 7:4And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand. 6Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand. 7Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. 8Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

What I do see ^^ is "all the tribes of Israel."  What I do not see is a single solitary mention of the Church.

The fact is, an escape from all that is about to happen is coming and no man can stop it.
The fact is, the rapture/harpazo of the Church is coming and no man can stop it.
The fact is, those who kept the Word of the Lord's patience (Rev 3:10) will be kept from the hour of trial/temptation and no man can stop it.

Just as Noah escaped the flood, and Lot escaped the fire that destroyed Sodom, and 100% that has already died in Christ has escaped the tribulation, so also the remnant that lives on earth today will escape all that is about to happen.  Any argument against this is a direct argument with and against the Lord God.  It is the Lord God who made the promises to us His Church, it is for us to believe what has been written.

It is the Spirit of the Lord who has brought the escape back to the forefront of this writer's heart.  We are to be prepared for it, praying for it always (Luke 21:36).  Our eyes are to be on the skies, looking up.

Luke 21:And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Fix your heart and thoughts squarely on the Lord Jesus Christ.  Time is short and it grows shorter each and every day.  Every promise will be fulfilled to the letter causing some to rejoice and many to groan.  All glory and honor and praise be to the Lord our God who has given us His Words of encouragement.  Keep the faith.
