The answer to darkness is light. Its that simple. Our problem has been thinking we are "good."
Luke 11
33“No one after lighting a lamp puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, so that those who enter may see the light. 34Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness. 35Therefore be careful lest the light in you be darkness. 36If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its rays gives you light.”
We have pounded the point home again and again that the churches in America are full of darkness. We do not have to guess or speculate about this. The fact that gross darkness is over all of our cities is the condemnation of these churches. Light drives out darkness, every time-without fail. So when you see church buildings littering the landscape and yet darkness prevails over the land-that tells you everything you need to know about the so called light within those churches.
^^^This is very important. It is not a matter of just beating people over the head and saying "bad, bad" rather it is an important fact as we diagnose and remedy our problem. The problem is darkness and the solution is light. The light we need is the light of the Spirit of the Lord. The problem that America faces is we cannot lie, cheat, steal, defraud or whatever the Holy Spirit back into our lives. Either we are 100% real with nothing hidden, no tricks, no games, no gimmicks or He sits out the party. He sees everything so we cant play games and expect to win.
We must repent, then experience Acts 2/Joel 2 revival, then stand in righteousness if we expect to pull out of this mess. We must also stand in the gap for the land:
Ez 22:30
“I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.
Part of the problem that got us into our current darkness problem is everyone standing around expecting someone else to do something about it (and nobody did-as evidenced by our current situation.) That nobody doing anything problem extends to especially our priests and "pastors." Again, if we were all bathed in light in this country we could give them a golf clap and a pat on the back. Instead we are buried under thick darkness which is an indictment of both what they are and are not doing.
We must be the answer. That is you and that is me and every other "ordinary" believer that carrys within them this Treasure in jars of clay. This also illuminates another aspect of the pastoral problem that has been written about here. When the "pastors" are supposed to be the super special spiritual people who do all the "expert" heavy lifting for the church-and they fail miserably-then what? When the super special spiritual "pastors" are supposed to be the "experts" and we other members of the church are considered "lay people" (what is a "lay person", what do "lay people" do) you get the predicament we have now. "Lay people" are laying around doing nothing while the "pastors" and other super special spiritual people fill their buildings with light that is not light but is actually darkness (see Luke 11 above).
Lets re-reference Ez 22 above, the Lord says "I looked for someone" (anyone!) and found no one-no priest, no pastor, no rabbi-no one...
The Nico (conquer)- laitan (laity) system is rotten to the core which is why the Lord God says He hates it. Look at where it has brought us (to the brink of ruin). You and I-the nobodys according to this world-are supposed to be out moving mountains, raising the dead, feeding the multitudes and every other miracle the Lord Jesus did and more:
John 14:12
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
The enemy would love for us to continue to act as "lay people" because that is a prescription for their victory. Unfortunately for them, the Spirit of the Lord is doing something new and it appears their days are numbered. Why are they in such a hurry? If they are as omnipotent and all knowing as they say they are, why are they so nervous and paranoid? See, it appears they figured out before we did what the X over America means and what the blood moons on Purim for 3 years 2024-2026 means for them and their plans.
We must do our part in repentance, revival, righteousness and standing in the gap.
The Lord provided one more example of standing in the gap for the Land here:
Ps 106
19They made a calf in Horeb
and worshiped a metal image.
20They exchanged the glory of God
for the image of an ox that eats grass.
21They forgot God, their Savior,
who had done great things in Egypt,
22wondrous works in the land of Ham,
and awesome deeds by the Red Sea.
23Therefore he said he would destroy them—
had not Moses, his chosen one,
stood in the breach before him,
to turn away his wrath from destroying them.
Ps 106 gives us an example of what our prayers of repentance should look like:
6Both we and our fathers have sinned;
we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness.
7Our fathers, when they were in Egypt,
did not consider your wondrous works;
they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love,
but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea.
8Yet he saved them for his name’s sake,
that he might make known his mighty power.
9He rebuked the Red Sea, and it became dry,
and he led them through the deep as through a desert.
10So he saved them from the hand of the foe
and redeemed them from the power of the enemy.
11And the waters covered their adversaries;
not one of them was left.
12Then they believed his words;
they sang his praise.
13But they soon forgot his works;
they did not wait for his counsel.
14But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness,
and put God to the test in the desert;
15he gave them what they asked,
but sent a wasting disease among them.
It is time for us to do the work we were put here to do and throw the Nicolaitan doctrine of devils pastor/lay person stuff in the incinerator where it belongs. We have been called to do all this-not some priest, not some pastor-you and me and all the rest of us "ordinary" people who move mountain, raise the dead and perform mind bending miracles that the world will never understand because the Spirit of Almighty God lives within us and He fully intends to do all that He said He would do.
Here is another example of not the priests nor the pastors but you and me and all the rest of us:
2 Chron 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
This nobody does not see ^^^ a single mention of any "super special" spiritual types (according to this world-the "experts"-who have failed us). My people who are called by my name? Who is that? Its you me and everyone else who believes.
Repentance, revival, righteousness and standing in the gap starts with you and me. Looking around for other people to do it is the recipe for failure that led us to the edge of the abyss we stare at now. We get down on our knees and pray to Almighty God that He will once again show His grace and mercy to us and not hand over our land to the enemy and not allow the narcissistic psychopath demonic tyrants to oppress us any longer.
If we pray and do what is right in the eyes of the Lord. He will fill us with His Spirit which is light that is actually light and it will drive out the gross darkness that is over the land. This is not rocket science, we just have to do our job. Doing our job requires a paradigm shift from "layperson" to mountain mover. That shift in thinking must happen today:
