The trademark of our days is deception. Why is it that the propaganda arms of this world's "powers that be" (PTB) allow people like Glen Beck and Lou Dobbs to focus in on some of the real problems in this world? We know the extraordinary lengths the corrupt of this world go to in order to blind and re-direct our attention away from things they don't want us to know. Why would they continue harping on the AIG issue? Why do they focus on corruption in government? Why are they allowing some of these people to actually discuss things that we would normally think are counterproductive for their agenda?
If they are allowing it, its to further their agenda......From what we see out of the lame stream media, you'd think somebody was trying to stoke a revolution. The media is being used today as an instrument to agitate the people of the world. Remember what was written here not too long ago about the "hounds to the hunter." The lame stream media are the hounds, driving the people of the world to the hunter. When the hunter shows up, the people will be ready for him. What happens when this hunter does the unexpected and puts some of these scapegoats we read about every day to death? What would happen if the man of sin showed up and took some of these "new world order" types and hung them out to dry? That would really confuse some people would'nt it?
The future will look like a combination of ancient egyptian/ancient canaanite "gods" worship culture and modern day science fiction combined. Who exactly is predicting that these days? What's it going to look like when the devil and his demonic princes openly walk the earth? Everything seems to be pointing towards some kind of imminent catastrophic event that will turn this world on its head. With that in mind, what should you do? You should watch and pray. That's what we were told to do. Noah was told to build an ark, we were told to watch and pray. Specifically we were told to pray that we will be counted worthy of the escape from all that is coming. Jesus and the Holy Spirit do not write nonsense. If Jesus said to pray for an escape from all, then there is an escape from all. That's a fact.
In the last days (today) scoffers have come, they are all around us. There are many people in the world today who would steal your hope, they tell you that Noah never escaped the flood, and Lot never escape the fire and brimstone. They tell you that you will not escape anything either, thus making a mockery of the word of God. Is there an escape from all or not? That's the question. Who are the redeemed and rewarded men sitting in heaven in Rev 4-5 and how did they get there? If there are redeemed and rewarded men in heaven in Rev 4-5 that means rewards were handed out sometime before we see them sitting there does'nt it? What does being kept from the hour of trial in Rev 3 mean? That trial is coming upon the entire world so how can you be "kept" from it? If Noah and Lot were both physically removed from the flood and fire, what does that mean for us at the coming of the Son of man?
Wherever the flood is, we won't be there...wherever the fire and brimstone is, we won't be there...physically won't be there. Call it whatever you want, time it out however you want, but the facts must fit. Did Noah "escape all" of the flood? Yea. Did Lot "escape all" of the fire and brimstone? Yea. When did they "escape all" those things? During days of buying and selling, planting and building, marrying and giving in marriage. Days like today.
The Lord gave us a very specific set of words to describe very specific days that tell us when the Son of man will be expected to show up. We see the seals of Rev 6 staring us in the face today and they are anything but characteristic of eating and drinking, planting and building. What are the seals of Rev 6 characteristic of? War, famine, being ripped apart by wild animals and, in general, DEATH.
So lets see: war, famine and worldwide death vs eating, drinking, planting and building....see any contrast there? It has been said here before, people will look back on days like today with longing...they will pray for a return to days like today. People think these days are bad, but bad has'nt shown up yet......
Today is a pre-flood day, today is a pre-brimstone day. See it for what it is. People in babylon (America) see themselves as roughing it these days, but they need to see what its like living in the slums in India or Africa or other places in the third world. The "poor" here live like royalty compared to others in the world.
Everything about this world as we have known it is about to change. There are large neon signs blinking over the end of THIS WEEK , into late April, early May. We appear to be on the brink of whatever it is that's about to happen. To this, let me add the fact that our Lord, nobody else determines when things happen. Here's an example to show us that things written about can change their timing: Matt 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened
Why would the Lord tell them to pray that their flight will not be in the winter or on the sabbath day? Is the Lord talking nonsense here or does he mean what he said? Just like the "escape from all" the Lord means what he says. Obviously the prayer of people at that time WILL affect when the flight takes place. If there was no way to change the season when it happened, the Lord would not tell them to pray about the timing of the flight. But he did tell them to pray...he told them specifically what to pray for.
Then, like now, there will be scoffers, people who ignore these specific commands to their own detriment. People want to know specifics, then when the Lord gives them specifics, they ignore him. People are told to pray for the escape from all that is coming, how many are praying specifically for what the Lord told us to pray for? It's specific, its not some pie in the sky kind of general thing. Pray that you may be counted worthy to escape from ALL that's about to happen.
We are hearing warnings ring out from every corner of the city walls today. The watchmen are crying out, but who is listening?
What's required of you is not difficult. His yoke is easy and his burden is light. We are called to a simple faith in Jesus Christ...a childlike faith.....childlike.....simple. Children trust simply and completely. Do not doubt, do not waver. Figure it out today...what do you believe? Whatever it is, the time has come for you to SELL OUT to it. Get off the fence. Pick a side in this cosmic battle and sell out to it. The lukewarm will be spit out and trampled by both sides of the fight.
Time is short. Pray, pray then when you think you've prayed enough, pray some more..The prayers of the righteous accomplish much.
