20 Days and Counting

Today we can add Hurricane Irma to the disaster list that will cost America billions of dollars to recover from.  What could go wrong next?  Even the world is asking this question now, see article here.  The Lord has given us multiple warning signs starting with the re-emergence of the Shemitah cycle and the blood moons on His appointed times (feast days).  Now we can add to that list a total solar eclipse exactly 40 days from Yom Kippur. 

The Lord has been very clear with this writer about what this means.  The Lord has used 40 time and again for the same exact purpose: trial and testing.  That's what these 40 days are that we are counting down.  The fact that even the world is noticing something is not right means the warnings are registering (at least with some people).  People should be stopping and reflecting on the bigger picture.  The biggest of big pictures is what the Creator saying to us. 

Things cannot go on as they have been.  The apostasy in the Church, the wickedness in the world both have predictable outcomes.  We are seeing warnings/hints of what those outcomes are going to be.  We do not have to guess what is coming, we already know.  Global disasters that stagger the mind are what is on tap for this world (see the book of Revelation, chapter 6+).  In His grace and mercy He does warn us first.  When these things begin to happen, what were we told to do?

Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

We have 20 days left until the doors close on this warning we have been given.  We also know exactly what is going to happen (Revelation 6+).  He told us clearly to be watching and ready for His arrival whenever that may be.  Considering the season we are in (fall feast season-next up=feast of trumpets) we should be particularly watchful.  Those who refuse to watch for the return of the Lord are foolish.  We were told time and again to be watching and not watching for just anything, watching for HIM.

Meantime, while we watch and pray this world has been served notice that the clock is ticking.  20 days and counting...And just to be clear this has nothing to do with predicting what will happen when the 40 days of trial come to a close and it has everything to do with respecting the warnings.  Respect the warnings and prepare accordingly.
