Encouragement

1 Sam 30:6 And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

The days ahead are going to get weird.  I do not know when things will happen but a tidal wave of change is coming our way.  What do we do about it?

David encouraged himself in the LORD

This writer has zero doubt that the Lord can and will rain manna down from heaven (literally) to feed His children if that is what it takes.  The Holy Word is absolutely overflowing with promises that are worth more than gold as they concern our provision and protection.

Here's just one example:

Psalm 37:18The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care,
and their inheritance will endure forever.
19In times of disaster they will not wither;
in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

These Words ^^ are not just fluff written into the Bible.  The Lord said it and He meant it.  He continually watches over His Word to perform it:

... Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well, for
I am watching over my word to perform it.”

The darker the days get, the brighter the light within us shines.  The end days will be days of spiritual power (from both sides) manifesting spectacularly.  We are in the end days now.  Today is the day to really truly deeply decide what it is we believe in and stand on it.  We absolutely receive from the Lord's as we believe the promises.

Matt 7:7“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! Let it be done just as you believed
it would
." And his servant was healed at that moment
