The escape from all, unannounced unexpected coming of the Lord (distinguished from the known coming known as "the second coming") will take place exactly as our Lord said it would:
Luke 21:36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
33Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
If this event is drawing near ^^ why has it not been in the forefront of His servants mind, heart and spirit? Because on the unexpected, unknown day that this ^^ happens, we should be found doing His work and His will. What does that mean? It means we should do the one thing without forgetting the other thing. What does that mean?
We are to 1. be doing our Lords work and will on this earth until the last day we stand on this earth while at the same time 2. joyfully expecting the unknown time of our Lord's arrival (the escape from all).
Do one without forgetting the other. There is a temptation to sit back and idle knowing His arrival is near, we must resist that. If He is always working, we must be always working out His will on this earth.
Every single thing our Lord said would happen is happening or about to happen. The time is not some far flung date on the calendar, the time is upon us. The events of prophesy that generations read about but did not see, we are seeing them. It has been said here before and here it is again. What makes this time different? Why is it in previous generations believers thought "this is it" and that was not it (like Hitler being "the" anti-Christ instead of one of many anti-Christs predecessors that have walked the earth)?
What makes this different is one word: ISRAEL. In 1967 (a jubilee year), after a 2000 year wait the Jews had control of Jerusalem again. Does that change things? You bet it does. We are in a Jubilee year again. What could possibly happen? Have you been watching current events? The middle east is filling up with armies. Russia, France, Germany, England, the United States all have troops and aircraft in the middle east now, did you notice? What is the end game? Where is this headed?
What did the Lord say?
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
All of the above mentioned countries have armies fighting in Syria. How far is Syria from Israel? A stones throw away....
People in the Church deceive themselves when they fail to acknowledge that the Lord has not finished His business with Israel.
After Revelation 3, the church is not mentioned by name again for a reason.
Starting in Revelation 5, Israel is called out by name again for a reason.
Our Lord has many names, and what has He chosen to call Himself starting in Revelation 5?
5And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
The tribe of Juda? Yes, ISRAEL
The Root of David? Yes, ISRAEL
Its right there in plain sight yet many in the Church would rather argue with what has been plainly and simply written to us. No 500 page e-book needs to be written to explain what our Lord has shown us in one sentence.
It is happening, it is upon us. Yes, the escape from all is coming and we should not forget it while at the same time we work out our Lord's will on this earth.
All glory and honor and power be to the Lord our God who saves us from the wrath to come.
