Part of the leveling up process is going through things like this: driving amongst the crazy on the roads, this servant has learned to say in his mind "the 2026 version of me doesn't do that" or say that etc. The 2026 version of me is an upgrade just like software getting an upgrade. Some things we used to do we no longer do because the 2026 version of me doesn't do that anymore. On the other side, the 2026 version upgrade does live in faith, hope and love more than the 2025 version. We are consciously, intentionally, mindfully, thoughtfully, with great patience and disciple through acts of our will, upgrading ourselves or leveling up into the very best versions of ourselves, centered in His Will. This process requires us to walk, talk, act, pray and do pretty much everything else in Him, with Him, and through Him. We cannot access the highest versions of ourselves outside Him and His Spirit. Its just not going to happen.
We are in basic training right now preparing us to spend an eternity ruling and reigning with Him.
2 Timothy 2:11-12
"The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him; if we deny him, he also will deny us."
This emphasizes that perseverance in faith leads to reigning with Christ.
Revelation 20:4-6
"Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. ... Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years."
Revelation 5:9-10
"And they sang a new song, saying, 'Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.'"
Love is the capstone lesson. It is the key that gets us into Heaven. We cannot love the way we are supposed to apart from Him. We love, "they" hate. That is the great dividing line. Love is our greatest weapon. It is love that is going to convert the enemies of the Cross to Christ. It is love that is going to mend the broken hearts, and heal the great divides that separate today. It will not be political, social, economic or other ideologies, it will be love.
This is not "feel good" doctrine, its where the rubber meets the road. All those people who are cast out in the judgement after doing all kinds of "good works" in His Name are going to regret overlooking the 1-2 punches of 1 Cor 13, 1 John 4 and many other places in the Bible that hammers on this issue of love over and over and over again.
on a slightly different note, this is why "they" fought so hard to keep Hegseth out of DoD. The Name of Jesus is being lifted up in the belly of the pentagon (and elsewhere). We need to continue to pray over all the prayer targets daily. We are praying for Mr. Trump, his entire cabinet, and this nation in order to drive out evil everywhere it is found during this Age of Grace. This is the age of the Restrainer and Grace, a time for the lost to come to the Cross of Christ for forgiveness and salvation. All the rest of the stuff we see going on is a sideshow to that.
The Lord's Will be done. Let us stand in agreement and alignment with Him and with each other to drive evil back to the gates of hell while the Restrainer is present on this earth. Let us pray that Restraint is empowered in our day and age because we are here to pray it into existence. Soon will be the midterms where the leftist satanic psychopaths will attempt to claw back some of their anti-Christian, anti-human agenda. Then as of right now they plan on putting one of their poster children for destroying the nation (Newsom from California) up to put the final stake through this nation's heart.
We will be fasting and praying against all this. We are here to be salt and light in this world. Salt retards, delays, restrains rot and decay and light drives out darkness. This is our job. We have a long laundry list of things to do. Complacency and apathy are the enemy that allowed diapers Joe and his cackling hyena sidekick in the door last time. This time we must pray, fast and do everything else possible in every way to prevent that from happening again in our lifetimes or until the Church is pulled off this earth.
