The Rapture-Rightly Divide The Word of Truth

2 Tim 2:14Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. 15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

As we get closer to the time of our departure, the Lord is showing me and prodding me to search for all of the unturned stones hidden in the Word relating to the escape, the rapture, being kept from the hour of trial.  2 Tim 2:15 is a big one.

The post-tribulation, pre-wrath, and mid-tribulation rapture preachers and teachers literally and figuratively do not rightly divide the Word of truth.  The key word here being divide.  Let me explain this a little more, to them there is no division at all.  All of the prophets and the entire book of Revelation are one undivided lesson telling us why and how the Church "must" go through the tribulation.

For example, they make it a point to not divide Israel and the Church in the book of Revelation.  They go to great lengths to explain to us how even though the Church is specifically not mentioned past Revelation 3 and Israel is specifically mentioned in Rev 5:5 (the names the Lord uses for Himself point directly at Israel) and beyond, somehow we should not divide the Word but ram, cram, jam the Church in there anyway by any means possible.  What is their error?  They do not rightly divide the word.

What does divide mean anyway?

Separate into parts, portions.  Perform a division. Act as a barrier between, stand between.

What does divide NOT mean?

Lump everything into the same pot and draw conclusions from it.

What is one of the most prominent errors the post-tribulation, pre-wrath, and mid-tribulation rapture preachers and teachers make?  They lump all believers, Israel and the Church, the pre-tribulation righteous along with the pre-tribulation backslidden all into one giant pot called the tribulation.

Does the Lord make divisions between Israel and the Church?  Gee, I don't know is there any difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament?  The difference is glaring yet the failure to divide error persists anyway.

Is the anti-Christ being sent to a Christ believing, faithful Church or a Christ denying, unfaithful Israel?

Are there divisions in the Word that must be made to interpret it correctly?  Obviously......

15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

If we are going to understand the Word, a one size fits all interpretation to the prophets and the book of Revelation is not going to work.

The Word must be divided.  It has been written here for some time now that we are witnessing a cycle change from the Church back to Israel.  Proof?  The prominence of the Shemitah and Jubilee teaching and the Lord's stamp on the past 49 years of financial markets on the days of the Shemitah.  Is the Shemitah cycle a Church thing or an Israel thing?  Its an Israel thing so we must rightly divide it from the Church.

The lunar tetrad falling on Passover and Sukkot, 4 in a row during blood moons, are passover and Sukkot Israel things or Church things?  Passover and Sukkot point directly to ISRAEL  so we must rightly divide it from the Church.

The two cows with 7s on their heads point us directly back  to Genesis 41, Pharaoh and Joseph.  Are Pharaoh and Joseph Israel things or Church things?  They point directly to ISRAEL  so we must rightly divide it from the Church.

Does the Lord see Israel and the Church differently as things stand today in a pre-tribulation world?  One believes Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the other rejects Him, does it make a difference?  Obviously it does.  The tribulation also known as the time of Jacobs trouble (not the time of the Church's trouble) has a purpose.  Who does the time of Jacob's trouble point to Jacob/Israel or the Church?  Obviously Israel, but this is another of a litany of example where failure to divide the Word of truth plays into the post-tribulation, pre-wrath, and mid-tribulation rapture preachers and teachers interpretation strategy.

What is the purpose of the tribulation?

Daniel 9:24  Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Here ^^ we find an absolute treasure trove of failure to divide the Word of truth problems for
the post-tribulation, pre-wrath, and mid-tribulation rapture preachers and teachers.  Where do we start?  How about:

 1. determined upon thy people-who are "thy people?"  Oh yes, its Israel....
2.  to make reconciliation for iniquity-what exactly did the Lord Jesus do for us on the cross?  Oh yes, He was the Church's reconciliation for iniquity.  So who does this passage point to?  Israel...

And I could go on but by now you get the point.  The Word of God is absolutely overflowing with divisions that are critical to our understanding.  The strategy of post-tribulation, pre-wrath, and mid-tribulation rapture preachers and teachers is to refuse to divide, rightly or otherwise and therefore
they find themselves with the grievous errors they have today.

What happens if the Lord, according to His Word ensures that everyone receives as they believe?

Matt 8:13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour

If people receive as they believe, the pre-wrath and post-trib preachers, teachers and believers are in danger of missing the pre-tribulation rapture of the Church.  Our Lord is looking for faith on earth.  Which rapture position requires the most faith?  The pre-trib position.  It requires absolute faith in the Lord's provision, protection, love for His children and promises to repeat the pattern of Noah and Lot.  The pre-wrath and post-trib positions require about zero faith.  Staying here on earth, continuing the already obvious pattern of evil going from bad to worse is something even the unbelievers believe in.

I have said this here before, I would not have any believer go through the horrors of the tribulation.  If I was judge I would not leave a single believer behind regardless of what their position was on the tribulation, but I do not decide, the Lord does.  The Lord knows our hearts.

There as so many proofs of the pre-tribulation rapture and each day that I ask the Lord for more proof He delivers.  It was written here recently that obedience to the commands is a proof.  The Lord tells us there is an escape from all that we should pray for.  For the post-trib and pre-wrath believer it is non-sense to pray for an escape from all when you do not believe we escape from all.  So their doctrine trumps the command of God, isnt that foolish?  The Lord told us to watch for Him to arrive on an unknown day at an unknown time.  The post-trib and pre-wrath believers tell us this is non-sense as their doctrine dictates the Lord can only arrive after a,b,c and d happen, in essence once again trumping the Word of God.  Their doctrine conflicts with the Word, making the Word into statements of non-sense.  So once again who should we believe, man or God?

If the Lord told us to pray for an escape from all that is about to happen we would be wise to pray to escape all that is about to happen and believe there is an escape from all that is about to happen.

If the Lord said to watch for His unexpected arrival, we would be wise to be prepared and ready for His unexpected arrival, the doctrines of man be damned.....

One of the greatest deliverance in the history of the world is about to take place and many Christians are running around teaching and preaching to others to disregard it.  This is the height of foolishness.  The Lord told us time and again 1.  there is an escape and 2. it will be unexpected when it happen but we should be ready for it.

We will be kept from the hour of trial coming upon the entire world.  The time of testing and tribulation was never intended for the Church, it is the time of Jacob's trouble.  That is a right division between the Church and Israel, faith and faithlessness, right standing and iniquity.  Even now our hearts are being prepared for this great deliverance.  The Lord rewards faith.  If the Lord told us to do something and we do it with joyful willing hearts, that gets rewarded every time.  Let us be the wise virgins and wise servants who know and do the master's will while He is away.  Let us be looking for Him on this unexpected day coming soon so when He appears we can give Him a big hug and tell Him we have been expecting Him.

A Bride who sits ready, expecting the Bridegroom will be rewarded with a wedding.  Let us do what we were clearly told to do.  The book of Revelation can be confusing but the command to escape all that is about to happen is not confusing so let us do it.  We will be kept from the hour of trial coming upon this entire world.  Glory to God.

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
