Isaiah 3:1 For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,
2The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
3The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counseller, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.
4And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.
5And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.
6When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand:
7In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.
8For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.
9The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
10Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
11Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
We are at one of those crossroads in time where the world faces adversity and the Lord is watching to see how all of us respond. It is interesting to note that as advanced as mankind thinks they are with 5th generation fighters, AI, quantum computing etc, the Lord just uses the same exact old testament (thousands of years old) judgements to bring the world to its knees. Example 1 is the current scam-demic. Fake or not the panic at least initially brought the world to a standstill (the Lord's real plagues will be much more effective at this...). So thats example one, old school plagues. Example 2 is famine. How 'advanced' is this world going to feel watching the idols they created with their hands live on as they wither away with no food and no water? Just these two examples alone leave us with this score: The world-0, the Lord-2.
Rev 6:7And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 8And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
But lets leave this on a positive note. Notice that even in the midst of the calamity we read in Isaiah 3:1-9, look at verse 10-11:
10Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
11Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
Kind of rhymes with this:
2 Chron 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
The Restrainer is still hard at work on planet earth as is one of its primary components, the Body of Christ (us). As long as we are on the earth doing what the Lord told us to do (obedience) and fasting/praying then everything and anything is possible (this nobody would argue probable).
Prov 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.
Our presence on this earth combined with our faith and obedience are a major problem for the modern day Nazis like Bill Gates and his ilk (the globalist establishment who worship the devil, themselves and the works of their hands (idols).
Matt 16:18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
Continue to exert pressure through prayer. We are already beginning to see the initial green shoots of major problems developing for the enemy with their latest attack: the viruscam. As long as we the Church continue to do our work as salt and light, rot, decay and darkness are going to have some very tough problems ahead :-)
