It's about that time when I start checking the earthquake page again. A reminder of why this brother would write about earthquakes on a blog belonging to the Lord:

The Lord uses earthquakes as great exclamation points. The Lord also warns us beforehand of what is about to happen. We have been warned now for years. Nobody knows when the warnings will stop and the destruction will begin.

Mon. 17 & 18 September 2012 Rosh HaShanah – Feast of Trumpets
The feast of trumpets date (I believe) is not a neon sign declaring to us that something will happen on these days. It is a giant sign to remind us that something is about to happen on an unknown day.
At this point with all the historical evidence we have seen and our knowledge of the games the enemy likes to play I believe it is wise to see things at face value. The Feast of Trumpets is a feast that I do believe is associated with the rapture/escape from all AND associated with an UNKNOWN DAY. We observe this feast day (and the others) to remember what the Lord has done and what He will do in the future. This is the only feast I know of that specifically points to an unknown day for its fulfillment.
Could the escape from all occur on the Feast of Trumpets 2012? It could but I doubt it will. I am more certain than ever now that the escape, the coming of the Thief, the coming of the Bridegroom for His Bride will be on a day that none of us expect. If you set your eyes on a certain day it is almost certain to be wrong.
So what? So we are commanded to watch and be ready EVERY DAY. Yep, we get the hard job. Getting yourself goosed up and looking good for one or two days on the calendar is easy isn't it? We can all look great and do our best on one or two days per year. But that's not what we are called to.......
What have we been commanded to do specifically tied to the escape from all?
| Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man." |
Be ALWAYS on the watch. Always means what? Yea, every day, 24/7 365 days per year. That's what always means. Watch for what? ESCAPE. Escape to where? Somewhere on this earth as the scoffers would have us believe? Not even close, the LORD tells us where the escape takes us.............to stand before the Son of Man
And where does the Son of Man stand? On earth? Negative.
Col 3:1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.
Seated at the right hand of God is in the heavens my friends. That's where Jesus is seated and that is where those who stand before Him will stand. Not my interpretation, that's objective evidence from the Word of the Most High God.
When people do not expect it, then sudden destruction comes. When we do not expect it, the escape takes place. We are watching every day but no one day stands out above another to see the escape. What are we told about the virgins in Matt 25?
Matt 25:1“At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
All the virgins became drowsy and fell asleep. The wise virgins were prepared for the long wait because they brought extra oil in preparation to wait. So when the Lord arrived, they were ready.
What is the Spirit saying to this brother today? Be prepared to wait. Our wait could be over tonight or 10 years from now, we must be ready for either. Forget dates and times. On the Feast days remember what the Lord has promised to do, that is the purpose of those days. If you really like to watch days then watch the days that nobody has predicted anything to happen. Watch the business as usual, nothing special going on (that we know of) days. It was a day like this that Noah entered the Ark and Lot walked out of Sodom, THEN destruction fell on the wicked.
