A Merciful Moment

We are in the midst of a merciful moment.  What is happening now is the same thing that will happen in the days ahead.  The Lord strikes, then He sits back to see who took notice.  Make no mistake about what just happened this week, this is the Shemitah and yes that was the Lord who struck first. And now everything is calm again but we see some nervous jitters at many trading desks around the world.

Is this Shemitah cycle over with?  We have not even scratched the surface of it yet....The Shemitah ends on Elul 29 but this time we have a Jubilee that lasts an entire year riding its coat tails.  This world has not seen bad yet but it is coming.  What does this have to do with a merciful moment?  After this most recent stock market decline we have been given room to recover, to pause and reflect on what has happened.  We (the world) have been given time to reflect on the fact that a brother in Christ (Jonathan Cahn) wrote a New York Times Best Seller called the Shemitah warning the world of the Lord's cycle that was certainly coming and has since arrived.

What have we seen happen?  Objective evidence, proof has been delivered to the world, YES there is a God in heaven and YES His hand is still at work in the world and YES everything He said would happen will happen right on time without delay.  People do not seem to care about much these days but what they do seem to care about is their finances.  So where does the Lord strike first?  The heart of the financial world.

This goes deeper and wider and will eventually engulf the entire world, pulling it into the final cycle of change before the millenium and our Lord's return to rule and reign on earth.   What people fail to realize is the collapse of almost (maybe all) civilizations and empires are first and foremost economic collapses.  Rome did not collapse in a day.  The cracks and fault lines were observed first in the financial affairs of Rome.  Rome went broke and the rest is history.  What has happened to all of the western governments of the world?  They have a debt problem.  People are getting older, less people are paying into the ponzi scheme social security and medicare systems as less people are actually working and more are on the government dole.  What is happening?  The governments are going broke.  What happens when governments go broke?  They collapse.

The legendary trader Martin Armstrong has been warning for years that this collapse would be a collapse in the bond market.  How does a government fund itself these days?  Through the bond market (we just discussed how tax revenues are decreasing).  What is going to collapse this time?  The bond market.

Now, lets pan the camera out.  This is being written on 8/29/15, less than two weeks away from the Shemitah, Jubilee and the culmination of the lunar tetrad blood moons on the Lord's feast days.  What makes this time different?  This time we are not dealing with tin foil hat conspiracy theories, this time we are dealing with Biblical fact, feasts, and cycles established by the Lord thousands of years ago.  Sept 13, Sept 23, Sept 28:  Elul 29, Day of Atonement (beginning of Jubilee), final blood moon on Sukkot.  Its all packed up neatly in a tiny window in time two to three weeks away.

Passover begins the feasts, Sukkot ends them.  What we are looking at with these blood moons are book ends on the entire cycle of feasts on display in the heavens.  What we are looking at is a window on completion, a wrapping up of events started thousands of years ago and coming to a climax of completion in these days, our days, right before our very eyes.

For those people who demand proof, they have been given proof.  The stock markets of the world have been given a black eye, more "proof" is on the way for those who need more convincing.  Digging a hole in the sand and placing ones head in it has worked for so long it has become a go to solution for most people in this world.  "If I just pretend its not happening it will all go away!" they say to themselves.  After all, it has always worked in the past hasn't it?  Not this time.

Strike, pause.  Strike, pause.  Strike, pause.  That is the pattern and within that pattern are merciful moments between strike and pause where mankind can actually stop all their meaningless activity for one moment and tilt their head back to look up into the heavens and give the Lord God their attention.  What is the Shemitah about?  A year long pause to stop commerce, to stop busy me running around to make temporal ends meet and focus on the eternal God who does now and will matter throughout eternity.  The Lord will get this worlds attention.  My personal belief is He already has their attention but instead of bending the knee in humility and obedience they will stiffen their necks and harden their hearts in defiance.

Our God is very great.  One strike has the financial world trembling.  There is something called the VIX, it is also known as the "fear index."  This week as the market set a record for rebounding off the weeks low, interestingly the VIX stayed pegged up when normally it would decrease with the upswinging market.  Why the divergence?  Why did the market go up and the VIX not go down?  Fear remained....The VIX stands as objective evidence testimony that this world is now officially fearful of what is happening.  They know what is coming, question is what are they going to do about it?

With these things said, let us end where we began: a merciful moment.  Right now today we have a merciful moment.  The bond market has not crashed yet and the stock market is rebounding.  The peace we have today is an act of mercy.  What is coming in the days ahead is tribulation for this world and deliverance for God's people.  We have shades and ripples, harmonics in time of our Lord's past miracles repeating themselves in present and future miracles.  Past deliverance will repeat itself in present and future deliverance.  What is brother D talking about?

Here is an example:

1 Peter 3:20 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water,

Again, saved through water here:

Exodus 14:26Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may flow back over the Egyptians and their chariots and horsemen.” 27Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and at daybreak the sea went back to its place. The Egyptians were fleeing towardc it, and the Lord swept them into the sea. 28The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived.
29But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. 30That day the Lord saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. 31And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.

Then in the future, saved from water:

Rev 12:15And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. 16And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. 17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

What is the theme?  Deliverance, deliverance, deliverance.

4For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell,a putting them in chains of darknessb to be held for judgment; 5if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others; 6if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; 7and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed by the depraved conduct of the lawless 8(for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)— 9if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment. 10This is especially true of those who follow the corrupt desire of the fleshc and despise authority.

Noah: Delivered
Lot: Delivered
We will be: Delivered

9if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials

Trials?  What kind of trials?

This kind of trial, its the same Word being used again:

10Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.

Kept from the hour of trial?  Noah, Lot?  What happened to Noah and Lot?  They physically escaped the destruction of their day.  Escaped?  Yep, kind of like this:

Luke 21:34“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. 35For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

Escape all that is about to happen?  Like Israel escaped Pharaoh through the Red Sea?  Yes.  Like Noah escaped the flood?  Yes.  Like Israel will escape the flood from the dragon's mouth? Yes.  Like Lot escape fire from heaven?  Yes, yes, yes and yes.

The people who teach and preach that there will be no escape are probably correct as far as it pertains to themselves.  If they are so convinced they are going through the tribulation and are going to stand toe to toe with the anti-Christ then they probably will.  I am not judging them, their own words testify for or against them.

This story ends in mercy, loving-kindness, grace, peace, deliverance and victory.

This post will end with the greatest encouragement of all, courtesy of the Spirit of the Lord who just delivered it:

Those who have accepted Christ will get Christ.
Those who have rejected Christ will get the anti-Christ.

Now re-read the scripture below in this ^^ context:

36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

Those who escape will stand before who?  The Son of Man, our Lord.  Where?  In heaven.
Those who do not escape will stand before who?  The anti-Christ.  Where? On earth.

Proof?  Sure:

Rev 3:8I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. 9I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.

and

Rev 4:1After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven.

and

Rev 5: 9And they sung a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for you were slain, and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10And have made us to our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

and the nice pretty bow on top of this gift wrapped evidence?

Rev 1:4John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be to you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; 5And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. To him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 6And has made us kings and priests to God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Doors open in Rev 3 and 4? Redeemed and rewarded men in heaven (in Rev 5 BEFORE any of the seals are opened) from every kindred and tongue and people and nation calling themselves kings and priests?  Revelation 1-5 wrap up the Church age and transition the cycle back over to Israel as we see here:

5Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

the tribe of Judah?  Yes, Israel.
the root of David? Yes, Israel.

Israel and Israel, then shortly thereafter in Rev 7 we have the tribes of Israel called out by name.  What we do not see is the Church......

The Church is mentioned by name up until Rev 3.  Doors are opened in heaven, then we see redeemed and rewarded men from every nation, tribe, tongue etc in heaven calling themselves Kings and Priests (that is without reservation absolutely positively THE CHURCH in heaven.)  Then we do not see the Church called out by name, we see Israel called out by name.  Do we really have to write a 500 page book to attempt to insert the Church into the Bible where it is clearly not mentioned?

Daniel's seventieth week is for Daniel's people: Israel.  The anti-Christ is for those who rejected Christ: Israel.  It is Israel,  Jerusalem, the Jews, the tribes of Israel not the Church who are at the center of the tribulation period.  The Word of God speaks for itself.

Case closed my friends.  Its time to get excited.  Time is short.

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
