If We Want to Eat, We Need to Pray

 Here is yet another alarm going off that somebody somewhere needs to do something about our food supply.  Our beloved do nothing politicians are accomplices in the situation we find ourselves in.  We are paying record high prices for food and in other parts of the world people are starving to death.  Perhaps instead of sending billions to Ukr we could spend billions on our own food security?  Nope, and the "good guy" republi-traitors are front and center for blame here.  If politicians are going to save us why have the republirats done zero about election security/integrity/accountability?  If politicians are going to save us why have the "good guys" done nothing to defend our power supplies and food supplies from sabotage?

A war has been declared on humanity and it has been raging since its opening salvo in 2020.  "They" are actively using all the means at their disposal to kill us, steal from us, destroy us.  Sound familiar?

John 10

7So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. 10The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.

At this point it should be obvious that the priests/pastors/politicians/press are all in this together.

Jer 17:5

This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the LORD.

Now for the good news.  The good news is that when a believer prays, the enemy pays.  When our requests reach the eyes and ears of Almighty God our Savior, it does not matter what "they" have planned for us.  We have resources to draw on that this world does not.  So, for example now that the enemy has launched a pre-tribulation tribulation of their own design to wipe most of humanity off the earth, what can we do?  We can pray.  Specifically, we can pray the promises.  What promises?  How about when the enemy is trying to starve us to death we pray this back to our Lord:

Ps 33

18Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him,
on those who hope in his steadfast love,
19that he may deliver their soul from death
and keep them alive in famine.

20Our soul waits for the LORD;
he is our help and our shield.
21For our heart is glad in him,
because we trust in his holy name.
22Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us,
even as we hope in you.

Ps 37

18The LORD knows the days of the blameless,
and their heritage will remain forever;
19they are not put to shame in evil times;
in the days of famine they have abundance.

When we pray our Lord's own Words back to Him, what do you think happens?  What exactly do we think the Lord respects most?  His Word (the promises) and His name:

Ps 138:2

I bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word.

Do you think the Lord God has any interest in watching over His Word to honor and fulfill it?

Jer 1:12

Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.”

So again, what do you think happens when we pray the promises back to our Lord asking Him to honor His own Word in our lives?  We need to get in that best selling Book in world history, dig out the promises and pray them back to our Lord.  It should be obvious by now that "trust in man" should be thrown into the garbage can.  The Lord was very clear about this:

Jer 17:5

This is what the LORD says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the LORD.

Look around, the mess we find ourselves in was rooted and built up in "trust in man" and it should be no surprise that it is all teetering on the brink of collapse.  Which is why we were taught to pray this:

Matt 6:10

Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Everything that is happening going into the end of this great revealing of things is proof positive that the Lord our God was right about everything, again.  We will be able to look back and check things off the list:

1.  The Lord God said this (fill in blank 1), and it happened just like He said it would.

2.  The Lord God said this (fill in blank 2), and it happened just like He said it would.

3.  The Lord God said this (fill in blank 3), and it happened just like He said it would.

All the things taking place around us that fulfill the Word of the Lord should give us confidence that everything the Lord God told is true.

The time for "plaing church" is over and this servant thanks God Almighty for that.  Now, either Christians put their faith to work or they won't survive.  It is that simple.  Either its real or people are going to get rolled.  We have been given years to do what the Spirit of the Lord told us to do in preparation for what we find ourselves facing today.  The Lord told us what to do then and He is telling us what to do now.  Those who rebel and refuse or more enjoy playing church rather than being the Church will suffer for it.

Isa 7:9

The head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is only Remaliah’s son. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.’”

There is more good news.  That is, this is not complex.  It is all very simple.  The Lord told us to do things, we need to do what we were told to do.  Its not like we don't know what to do, we know.  Now we need to do.  Talents, skills, abillities-use them in service to the Kingdom.  Fast, pray, believe, be patient.  Stay in the Word so we can build ourselves up on the promises which are our life.  In the past there was an illusion that sufficed to sustain people.  Those illusions have been ripped away.  Now we can see clearly either the Lord God sustains us or its a curtain call for humanity.

We have our back to the Red Sea right now just like Israel did with Pharaoh bearing down on them intent on destruction.  The situation is exactly the same.  In the natural it appeared hopeless but we know better.

This servant writes to you today to testify to you that the Word of the Lord can be trusted.  The promises that the Lord God has written to us are all we have to sustain us.  The situation now is simple just as it was for Israel backed up to the Red Sea.  Either the Lord comes through for us like He did for Israel or its going to get ugly.  The fact that the Restrainer is still at work on this earth tells this servant the time of the end has not yet started.  It may be very close, but it is not here yet.  We know the Restainer continues to restrain because the enemy's "superman" has not arrived yet.  The Lord was very clear about this so we should not be confused:

2 Thess 2

6And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth and bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming. 9The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, 10and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, 12in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

There will be a las vegas style satanic show that will herald the arrival of their man of sin:

 "with all power and false signs and wonders.

This ^^ has certainly not happened yet.  It may be just around the corner or maybe not.  We dont really have to be concerned with that now.  What we do need to be concerned with is doing our job.  If we want to eat, we need to pray.  If we want our family to be able to eat, we need to pray.  The Lord gave us promises, we need to pray those promises back to Him in faith believing we will receive what we asked for.

Mark 11:24

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

The Lord has given us everything we need to do what we need to do.  What He has asked us to do is not complicated, we just have to do it.  Please join with me in prayer agreement praying every day that the Lord will watch over/protect our food supply from all the evil plans and intentions of the enemy.  Then get out that spreadsheet and pray about everything else like our power, gas/diesel, internet, water supplies and everything else that is under attack.  If we pray with faith and patience we will not be ashamed.

Heb 6:12

We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.

Glory to God.  Grace and peace
