The Herd Won't Save You

For some reason, people love to act like cows MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. People love to follow the herd, look like the herd, think like the herd. Is it insecurity that drives people to this? Have they been so conditioned by this world that they feel no worth outside their relationship to 'the herd?" My purpose in discussing the herd this morning is to take a peek at where the herd will lead you.

Matt 7: 13 Enter ye in by the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby.
14 For narrow is the gate, and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and few are they that find it.

The "many" in this world are headed through the broad way, that leads to destruction. I did'nt say that, the bible did^^^^^. That's the herd..headed for destruction. Thinking like the world, acting like the world, leads to death. So why do people do it? Do they not believe whats in the bible? Do they not read the bible? Do they trust their 'pastors' to lead them to the right gate? This is an important question. People's love for the herd is going to get them killed, it's no joke. People love to admire other people, that's great until it interferes with your love for the Creator. Men love to consider the things that men do, but what about the thing God has done?

Mark 8:33
... he turning about, and seeing his disciples, rebuked Peter, and saith, Get thee behind me, Satan; for thou mindest not the things of God, but the things of men

The idolatrous pastoral system stands at the head of the herd, leading it right over the cliff. If men really loved the Father, they would mind the things of God REGARDLESS of what other people thought. Nobody ever promised you that the true christian walk would make you popular. On the contrary, it will make the world HATE YOU. Todays pastoral system and the form of babylonian churchianity that dominates this world will HATE YOU. The message of the cross, the true gospel undercuts their worldly power and authority over men, and that, they will not stand for. Gosh, sounds like a familiar message don't it? Something similar to this?

Luke 19 :45 And having entered into the temple, he began to cast forth those selling in it, and those buying, 46 saying to them, 'It hath been written, My house is a house of prayer -- but ye made it a den of robbers.'
47 And he was teaching daily in the temple, but the chief priests and the scribes were seeking to destroy him -- also the chiefs of the people -- 48 and they were not finding what they shall do, for all the people were hanging on him, hearing him.

The religious leaders of Jesus' day wanted to kill him. Today's religious leaders want the same thing. They love of money and power, the true good news message impedes this worlds death grip around the throats of the sheep, therefore they HATE the message of Jesus. Dens of robbers are propped up on every corner in every city of America. The creator has always wanted the sheep to follow HIM, to allow him to be their king, their leader, but they'd rather follow men, they'd rather be cattle MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. They don't seem to mind that it will get them killed. People have believed the lie that satan, and this world have taught them. It's a lie of relativity. The cattle think to themselves that they are no worse than their neighbors, they are'nt 'bad people' they are 'basically decent.' Their conscience is 'serviced' weekly by the spiritual prostitute, and they go on, week by week, month after month, year after year. Unfortunately one day, they'll wake up to a VERY unpleasant reality. Jesus does'nt know them. I did'nt say that, HE DID

Matthew 7:23
... Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. ... And then will I profess untothem, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity

So what's the purpose of writing all this today? WARNING. Yea, thats it. It's a warning. Stop following the herd. Follow the good shepherd. Those who belong to him know his voice and they follow him wherever he goes, even when it makes them unpopular, even when it loses them 'friends' even when it makes the world hate them.

Time is short, the time for warnings might be over today or tomorrow, I don't know. The time to get right with Jesus is today. Not the false christs that babylonianity teaches, the true Jesus that you can find in your bible. He stands knocking on the door of your heart. Do you think Jesus said there would be a cost for following him for nothing? Part of the cost will be turning in your lifetime membership card to the HERD. They WILL kick you out. When the Holy Spirit enters you and sets up his home within you, you wont care what the world thinks anymore. Trust me, you don't know what freedom is until you've tasted freedom from the herd.

We are part of a flock, but the flock is scattered. One day soon, we will be united again, until then we do what we do, which is follow the good shepherd. Time is shorter than you think, grace and peace

And This is Love

2 John 1:4 I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father. 5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another. 6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

Think about that one. What does Jesus say "love" is? This world throws around that word alot. I read coach Jim Tressel's book recently called "The Winner's Manual." In it, he states that many people equate "love" to what gives them pleasure. I think he nailed it, that's the way this world loves. How does the bible say we should love each other? We love each other by obeying God's commands. How do we love Jesus? By obeying his commands. This world is driven by rewards, we are driven by love. We love first, the rewards follow the love. Here's an excellent example of that:

1 Kings 3
And Solomon said, Thou hast showed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day. 7 And now, O LORD my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in. 8 And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. 9 Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?
10 And the speech pleased the LORD, that Solomon had asked this thing. 11 And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment; 12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee. 13 And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honor: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days. 14 And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.

Solomon asked for an understanding heart, not so he could please himself, but out of love for his God and his people Israel. Love came first, then the Lord heaped riches and honor on Solomon. Gotta put first things first.

We remain "in Christ" through love. What is love? It's obedience.

Prov 3:3 Let not loving-kindness and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck, write them upon the tablet of thy heart.

Success in life and success with God are not a destination, they are a pathway. That's why the words "abide and remain" are used so often. You don't "make a decision" one day, then the rest of your life do whatever you want. You abide in Christ, you remain in Christ. The devil probably lived many days at peace with God until one day his heart was lifted up in pride, that day was his undoing. Think you are any different? Watch yourselves, be careful, remain on the path that leads through the narrow gate which is Jesus.

Prov 4:18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Prov 4:26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.

Psalm 119:35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

... Do not enter the path of the wicked And do not proceed in the way of evilmen. ... Do not stray onto the path of wicked people

... The path of life leads upward for the wise That he may keep away from Sheol below.

Romans 3:17 AND THE PATH OF PEACE THEY HAVE NOT KNOWN."

There are many many more places THE PATH is mentioned in the bible. Each path leads to a gate.

Matt 7:13 13 "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad the road which leads to ruin, and many there are who enter by it; 14 because narrow is the gate and contracted the road which leads to Life, and few are those who find it.

There's coming a day very soon when nothing else you've done in life will matter. The only thing that will matter is your standing with the Creator, that's it. Do you know him? More importantly, does he know you? I can tell you, this is NOT what you want to hear on the day you meet your maker:

27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. 28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. 29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. 30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

There's nothing more serious we could ever talk about. Are you going to make it in? Should you be concerned about it? The OSAS teachers tell you not to worry about it, you "made a decision" you are all set! Paul evidently did not think the same way:

1 Corinthians 9:27 but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.

Does a person who runs a race get ANYTHING if they are disqualified from the race? NO

Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but by their deeds they
... They claim to know God, but they deny him by their actions. They are detestable,disobedient, and disqualified to do anything good

2 Corinthians 13 Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?

Test myself to see if I'm "in the faith?" Why bother? I have hundreds of thousands of OSAS preachers and teachers telling me I "made a decision" for Christ and I can never be lost!

There are many many commands, much instruction in the bible that becomes meaningless when Once Saved Always Saved is introduced. I ask again, how many people will end up in hell because of this satanic doctrine. I've said it before, OSAS is satan's masterpiece. Do not be deceived. grace and peace

Broken Record

If you read things that seem repetitive on this blog, ask yourself this: If a football coach looked at his team and saw that they had a problem blocking, would the coach stop addressing the blocking problem because players were tired of hearing about it? NO

If a military unit had a problem with their shooting accuracy, would their commander stop training in that area because the soldiers were "bored" with shooting? NO

When we live in a WICKED world, with a lukewarm APOSTATE church that calls itself 'christian' but is really a lie, should a servant of the Most High God not address the problems? The so called leaders of the apostate prostitute (pastors) will pay a heavy price for the churches whoredom. The Word 'pastor' is mentioned ONE TIME in the entire bible, yet we see them EVERYWHERE, why is that? Lots of questions, no biblical answers for churchianity's behavior. Since the bible does'nt say much of anything about what a 'pastor' does (it says lots about ELDERS-PLURAL) not pastors, we would have to pray and think hard about why "pastor" is only mentioned once in the entire bible. Obviously they don't play a big part in the way the true church functions, otherwise they'd be mentioned in places like this:

Acts 13:1 And there were certain in Antioch, in the assembly there, prophets and teachers; both Barnabas, and Simeon who is called Niger, and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also -- Herod the tetrarch's foster-brother -- and Saul;-NO MENTION OF PASTORS

The Greek work for pastor is “poimen”. The literal meaning of the word poimen is shepherd. English translations of the Bible only translate poimen as “pastor” only one time in the entire New Testament in Ephesians 4:11:

Ephesians 4:11 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers (NAS)

The Greek word poimen is translates as “shepherd” 17 times in the New Testament; below are its various uses:
4 times it is used of literal shepherds caring for literal sheep;
8 times it refers to Jesus as the Great Shepherd of the church;
4 times it refers to leadership of true believers, as either true or false leaders;
1 time it is used of an office in the church.

Another Greek word derived directly from poimen is its verb form poimaino; poimaino is also used in the context of what a shepherd does when caring for the sheep. Poimaino literally means, “to act as a shepherd,” and is used 11 times in the New Testament. Poimaino is translated, “feed, “ 7 times and as, “rule,” 4 times in the King James Version. More accurate translations, (such as the New American Standard), translate the same word poimaino as “shepherd, tending, tends, and shepherding.” Poimaino is a verb, whereas poimen is a noun and therefore poimaino shows the function of a shepherd. Hence, this is why the King James translators mistranslate poimaino as, “to feed.” They make an assumption that feeding is the primary task of a shepherd, when in reality the shepherd leads the sheep to pasture, but has many more important duties. One of the foremost functions that a true shepherd fulfills includes guarding them and bringing them into the sheepfold.

Jesus said he HATES the deeds of the nicolaitans and todays pastors stand front and center under the hammer of that hatred. Without "clergy" there is no "laity" to form the CONQUERED LAITY which is what NICO-LAITAN means. CONQUER LAITY. Your 'pastor' is up, you are down, your 'pastor' is above, you are below, your 'pastor' is 'special', you are ...whatever. Are you starting to understand why JESUS HATES THIS SYSTEM? The Narrow Gate

Matt 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Verse 14 says that only a few will find the gate leading to life. Why is that? Gosh I don't know, lets read verse 15...Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

You want to know why I am so disgusted with churchianity? Right there in verse 15, it's full of false prophets. They embrace with their whole hearts that which Jesus HATES, the practices of the nicolaitans. Verse 14 tells us only a few are going to make it, verse 15 tells us why (at least partially). Another reason only a few will make it into heaven: 2 Thess 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

This weekend I saw some friends that I have'nt seen in years. We started talking and I find out that they are card carrying members of apostianity now, so I started down the road of questioning why they do what they do, asking them what certain parts of the bible mean in relation to their religious practices, asking them what Jesus meant by nicolaitans in Rev 2-3. As you might imagine, they got hot under the collar, and quickly. They hold their pastor up in such esteem, you'd think he sits at the right hand of the father instead of Jesus. I'd call their feelings for their pastor so strong that they are ...............idolatrous. Yep. I find that quite frequently, in people who love the nicolaitan system. That in fact, is the stake in the heart of it, and why Jesus says he hates it, the SYSTEM causes idolatry. Speaking the truth, even in love is not going to make you friends, it might lose you quite a few though. Who cares, I don't. We serve the true Jesus, not men, come what may. grace and peace

Them That Seduce You

1 John 2
26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.

Not only do they seduce you, they also make merchandise out of you: 2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Are you upset yet? These greedy men seduce you and think of you like a roll of toilet paper (merchandise). You are nothing more to them than a resource to extract money from.

Isn't it interesting how the Lord talks about "them that seduce you" then immediately after tells us that we need not that any man teach us? Today's idolatrous babylonian pastoral system is 100% about seducing the people, which is precisely why the Word of God here says YOU DON'T NEED THEM. The Holy Spirit himself will teach you, IF you have the Holy Spirit within you. I've said it a million times and I'll say it again, in order to have the Holy Spirit come and live in you, you have TO REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT JESUS, the Son of God to save you, you have to repent, you have to be motivated. You have to be sick and tired of BEING LIED TO. Are you sick of lies yet, or does the tidal wave of lies we live in comfort you? The Lord knows your heart, He knows if there's unconfessed sin in there, He knows if you "kinda" wanna play churchianity, or whether you've had enough of the lie and now you REALLY want the real thing. No more games, either you are 100% for real, or you get nothing from Him.

Here it is again: John 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

Notice what it DOES'NT SAY. It does'nt say "your pastor" will lead you into all truth, it DOES'NT SAY, a seminary degree will lead you into all truth, it DOES SAY, the Spirit of truth (Holy Spirit) will lead you into all truth. Exposing Wolves

Last night this guy, Jentzen Franklin , was on the beast network (TBN) preaching about Moses. The moral of the whole story according to this wolf revolved (of course) around money. According to Jentzen Franklin what was so cool about the Moses story was that Pharoh paid all of Moses's bills while he was growing up, and Moses's real parents did'nt have to. At one point Franklin said "we need more pharohs!" I could'nt beleieve what I was hearing. IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY. Last Chance To Repent

The Lord in His infinite mercy has allowed the world to fall into some economic hard times. Many people are losing their homes, people are out of work, people are going hungry. What's good about that you say? When times are good, people tend to forget about the Lord, when times are bad, people tend to cry out to Him for help. It's very possible that the economic downturn, the threat of war, bird flu, terrorism etc etc we are seeing today is a merciful "last chance" to turn back to the Creator, a last chance to repent before the rapture and all hell breaks loose on earth. How many will choose to turn back to their Creator?

So Called Christians

Time grows very short for this world. I'd like to address so called christianity today. When someone calls themself a "christian" what does that really mean? A "christian" we are told is someone who follows christ, thus a christ-ian. Here's the million dollar question though.....WHICH CHRIST? Matt 24:5 For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will mislead many. When the anti-christ shows up, guess what his followers will be? Christ-ians, the anti-christ is still a christ is he not? Especially today there are many different "christs" in the world. There's the warrior christ many follow today. These so called christians cannot spill blood fast enough in the middle east. There's the get rich christ. Followers of this christ believe that worldly wealth is the path to heaven. There's the social/religious christ. Followers of this christ believe it's enough to be a good person, to be "serviced" like my car at a jiffy lube on wednesday and sundays and trust their "pastor"/hired hand to lead them into the promised land. There's the nicolaitan christ, this one seems to be most popular today. The nicolaitan christ fits in perfectly with this world. The nicolaitan christ is kind of hard to figure out for most peons in the nicolaitan system, which is why they need "pastors" and "christian scholars" to figure things out for them. Once the "christian scholars" figure something out, they write it down somewhere for the various hired hand pastors so they can explain things to the unwashed masses. How is the Word of God revealed to man, through "christian scholars" or by the Holy Spirit? Never mind the fact that the real Son of God says He HATES the deeds and practices of the nicolaitans...The nicolaitan christ works really well for pretty much 99% of apostianity today! There are other so called christs who produce so called christians in the world. Around 85% of people in the US call themselves "christians," that means about 8 out of 10 people, yet wickedness walks more freely among us than it EVER has, how does that jive? The false pastors and today's false christians are bathed in gold and blood. They look like the world, they speak from the viewpoint of the world, they live like the world (minus the christian jargon they throw around and the social club meetings they attend on sunday and wednesday. This is a condemnation of 99% of what calls itself christianity today. Matt 7:14 clearly tells us that only a few will be saved, why don't today's pastor's preach on that? Too negative...sorry, bad for church growth. The bible advocates a plurality of elders overseeing (not ruling) the church. Today's apostianity wants none of it, they want STAR POWER!! They want rock star GURUS, they want men who can ENTERTAIN, they want what's in the kings palace, not the stable, not the manger. Today's apostianity looks for their christ in buildings that BLING, the Jesus Christ I know was born in a humble, no name stable, no bling, no glitz, no glamour.

Isaiah 53:2
He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
