Personal Word From The Lord

Man, I read my post from yesterday, misspellings all over the place and all. Guess that's what happens when you write at o'dark hundred in the mornings sometimes :-). Relating to yesterday's post, and what some other brothers have written elsewhere, we all need to get our own Word from the Lord. Yea, we know there are no private interpretations of scripture, but that's not what I mean. There is no question in my mind now, that the Word of the Lord is deep, layered, and full of treasure. It's up to us to draw it out. Not only that, but we need to feed. The Word is our food. Man does not live on bread alone...remember?

Is the Lord speaking to men today? Oh my YES he is, but guess what? He still speaks in a small quiet voice...Here we have the Almighty God of eternity who chooses to speak with us in a quiet and small voice. He is amazing. The longer you know Him, the more amazing he is. Men give up on prayer and seeking God's face because he does'nt appear to them like a genie and give them what they want now. Everything about today is about "now." What can you do for me "now." I was recently reminded of Daniel, how when he prayed, he was heard instantly and his answer was sent at once, however the messenger angel had to fight his way through to Daniel and that took time. Do we have any reason to believe that the Lord does not send messages to us by angel courier today? Do we have any reason to believe that they don't have to fight their way through to us today?

The bottom line is this, with our God you are going to have to learn patience. Waiting and patience, quietness and peace are where out salvation lie. Where do I get that from?

Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness will be peace, And the
... And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousnessquietness and assurance for ever.

Isaiah 30:15
15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
16 But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.
17 One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.
18 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

The coming days will be quite trying. Some may think that the extraordinary difficulty of the days ahead will require extraordinary actions from us, but I wonder about that. It is much more likely that the only things required of us in the days ahead, are the same things required of us in days past, faith, hope, patience....FUNDAMENTALS of the faith. What is it about any sports team that makes one team better than another? Many times its that one team knows and does the fundamentals better than the others. In football, blocking and tackling are fundamentals, if you don't get those right, kiss everything else goodbye. It will be the same in the days ahead. Do you rely on your daily bread from the Lord today? I hope you do, because in the days ahead, he will be the only place many will be able to find bread. The bible is full of extra-ordinary provision by the Lord for his people. Everything about what's coming will be extra-ordinarily bad....and good. The escape will be an extra-ordinary event. The Lord's provision and working in his people during the time of Jacob's trouble will be an extra-ordinary event.

If you want another example of the amazing things to come, look at the two witnesses who will show up during the tribulation period. These guys have the power to do some serious damage to people and the earth, which is why they will be hated, and rejoiced over when they are slain. Satan will be displaying all kinds of his power, so will our God....

With deception everywhere, but especially within what calls itself christianity today, you need to get on your knees before our God and get a personal word from him. There is no substitute for time in his presence...none. I can eat a potato in front of your face and explain all kinds of things about it to you, but you will remain hungry until you get a potato and eat it for yourself. The word of God is real food......

Time is short, you are dearly loved-grace and peace

The 7 Days of Noah

Last night out of the blue, Noah pops into my head again, the Lord starts showing me, asking me about what's written here about Noah. This morning I go right into Genesis 6-7 to see what kind of understanding it is the Lord is trying to open my eyes to. I'll just share with you the mini tidal wave that hit my brain this morning regarding these familiar passages:

Genesis 6
And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. 15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits. 16 A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it. 17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. 18 But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee. 19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female. 20 Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive. 21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them. 22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.
Genesis 7
And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. 2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. 3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. 4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. 5 And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.
6 And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. 7 And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood. 8 Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth, 9 There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah. 10 And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. 11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark; 14 They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort. 15 And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. 16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
17 And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. 18 And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. 19 And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered. 20 Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. 21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man: 22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died. 23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. 24 And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days.

21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.
It has been suggested by some that we should put together a 30 day supply of food for the days ahead. I think we should put together a 30-40 day supply of food. What the Lord has specifically shown me is this image of us going right up to the very day that destruction falls, then the escape occurs...just like the days of Noah and Lot, the food supply is something Noah had to take with him in the Ark, here was the next doozy:

For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. 5 And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.

Forty days and forty nights...forty is the number of temptation/trial. Our Lord was tempted/tried in the desert where he was confronted by the devil for how long? Forty days and nights.....I'm not sure what the event(s) is that's going to test our faith between now and the time of the escape, but be ready for 40 days? of trial first...

The 7 days...the beginning of Genesis 7 shows us the Lord commanding Noah to come into the Ark, then the Lord tells him "in 7 days I'm bringing the flood." 10 And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. Then we are told on the same day that the flood waters arrived, Noah went into the Ark. And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. 13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark. I asked the Lord to give me understanding about this some time ago, and it was'nt until last night/this morning that this understanding dawned.

The Lord says to Noah "come into the Ark" because in 7 days I'm bringing the flood," and yet apparently Noah and his family don't actually enter the ark until the day the flood waters arrive, which is at the end of 7 days. There are those who say "7 days waiting means the rapture is post-trib." The Lord said to me this morning (I believe) in 7 days the earth was created, he waited 7 days to destroy it, and....From the time that the command was issued to enter the ark (the 1st of 7 days) till the time Noah and his family entered the ark, what was Noah doing? Was Noah testing the Lord's patience hanging out around the ark after the Lord already told him to enter it? No, Noah was not testing the Lord, Noah was standing outside the Ark with every living creature on the face of the earth waiting to LOAD. 7 days to put things on the earth, 7 days to get them off the earth (into the ark).

All of this entered my mind in about 30 seconds this morning so it is what it is. I put no thought into the things written here other than conveying the understanding given to me. I've said it before, I consider what the Lord has given me to do, that of a herald or watchperson on the city wall, not a prophet. With that said, can and does the Lord speak prophetically through his servants, sometimes without them even knowing it? Yes he does. We will see what happens. As it has been written here earlier this week, I don't think we'll have long to wait to find out how all these things word themselves out. Our faith is being tested, and will be tested right up to the very end. Why? Because our faith is EVERYTHING. Without faith you have nothing, and I mean nothing..in the kingdom of our God. By grace THROUGH FAITH you are saved. This despite what todays babylonian preachers would tell you.

By faith, Noah built an ark that took years to complete, beleving what the Lord had said, by faith, Lot walked out of Sodom without any worldly evidence of fire and brimstone coming, by FAITH we too will walk out of the trials coming in the days ahead. We very well may see things that will test our faith. On the other hand, Noah and Lot were tested by the lawless deeds of the world around them, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage right up to the day they left.

Noah was found righteous by the Lord in the midst of a wicked world. Likewise, Lot was vexed by the lawless deeds and words of those around him. Let us be found righteous in this wicked world, with a righteousness that comes "in Christ" from knowing, loving and obeying our great Lord, Jesus Christ. Time is short, keep the faith.

Depart From Evil and Do Good

Psalm 34:14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16 The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

Recently the Lord impressed upon me (once again) what's required of us. How simple is this: depart from evil and do good? You need a degree to understand that? Seek peace and pursue it...another tough concept? And yet we have all these so called experts running around telling us what God 'really' means because they have a degree......ooooooooooo......ahhhhhhhh. I read some material recently by a guy who said that institutions do two things well: 1. they bury good ideas, and 2. they defend their 'turf' to the death.

The Lord has given us lakes of pure, crystal water to look through and see things from the deepest part to the surface, and men decided "no, that's not gonna work, we'll lose all our power if people can figure things out without us," so they have jumped in our crystal clear waters and kicked up mud so thick you need a knife to cut through it. Then they tell you "now you need us to see the 'deep things' of God. It's been the same story throughout the history of mankind.

Listen closely, Jesus said he HATES these men, and these institutions, he hates them...He did not mince words when he told us twice that he hates the teachings and practices of the nicolaitans. Nico means conquer, and laitan=laity. How do these nicolaitans conquer you? Through institutions..They have created a pastoral SYSTEM, they have turned something that was a living breathing powerful organism, and turned it into a lifeless, dead, powerless institution made up of the rules, traditions and doctrines of men.

This guy also said "evangelical christianity does'nt need a bailout, it needs a burial." To that I say AMENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN. Who gave these "evangelicals" the right to "brand" christianity with their own egotistical labels? Once again "branding" stuff, another business concept like having you go to "services" where you are expected to pay, just like an oil change for your car.....Do you see the word "evangelical christian" in the bible? No, you don't. You know why? The body of Christ is not a manmade organization, it is not a lifeless institution, the rules of men hold zero sway over the working of the true body because the true body has rejected the lies of the apostate prostitute calling itself a 'wife.'

Did Paul, or John, or Matthew or Luke call themselves "evangelicals?" When I hear that word I almost get sick. Who are these people who claim to follow Jesus but look like, act like, smell like, speak like, walk like the world? Oh yea, except they "go to church" (instead of being the church) and they use alot more 'christian' jargon, so that makes them different.....

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets among the people, as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly put forward wrong teachings for your destruction, even turning away from the Lord who gave himself for them; whose destruction will come quickly, and they themselves will be the cause of it. 2 And a great number will go with them in their evil ways, through whom the true way will have a bad name. 3 And in their desire for profit they will come to you with words of deceit, like traders doing business in souls: whose punishment has been ready for a long time and their destruction is watching for them.

Mankind loves to follow mankind, even when mankind is walking off the side of a cliff. WHY is the broad path that leads to destruction going to have many on it? Why will few make it through the narrow gate that leads to life? Why will many say to Jesus on that day "Lord Lord did'nt we do all kinds of great things in your name?" and he'll tell them "away from me you evildoers..I NEVER KNEW YOU" Why? Why are'nt these questions front and center, at the forefront of every preachers lips these days? Why? Because its bad for the 'churches' bottom line, thats why? Those are not popular questions to ask. Start going down that road and you'll suddenly see the people around you either dissapear en masse or you'll hear the familiar refrain "crucify him."

The prophets of God in times past were all hated and despised, men killed them because they were sick and tired of being confronted with the Holy One.

Isaiah 30:9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:
10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.
14 And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.
15 For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

The Lords wrath is being kindled against the lawlessness, the indifference, the hardened hearts of men. Look around today, warnings of imminent disaster are shouted from every rooftop and what do people do? They act like its not happening and "this too shall pass." They go to counseling, they build bunkers out in the wildnerness, they try to "stay positive" in other words they do everything but turn to the one trying to get their attention.

The way of truth has been given a bad name today because the way of truth has been hijacked (in name) by the enemy and run into a wall. The Lord pulled me off that train a long time ago. We have preachers and teachers who claim to know God on every corner of every street in America, yet where is the condemnation of the SYSTEM that has been created as a counterfeit to the true body of Christ. There is no condemnation because they are all part of it.

The people who continue to "be churched" are being "institutionalized." These are like people standing neck deep in a mud puddle saying "hey man, we're cleaning this place up! See, we're going to make our robes white and spotless by standing in this mud puddle. It does'nt seem to be working, but we'll just scrub a little harder." These people need to WAKE UP and get a word from the Lord today. A word like this:

Revelation 18:4 I heard another voice from heaven, saying, "Come ...
... Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, so that you don't participate in her sins and also suffer from her diseases.

America is a prostitute. It is filthy dirty morally, ethically, spiritually and yet everyone seems to be fond of using soothing words to address the problems of our day. America is Babylon, a great harlot. Oh yea, I know that will offend plenty of people who like to wave the flag and sing cheery songs as if a piece of dirt someplace on the earth should be worshipped like the Son of God himself. We are not of this world, something many have never understood. All of the problems mankind faces today are spiritual. President obamanation and con-gress can spend their worthless paper till they are blue in the face. People can "get involved" with this world until they are chewed up and spit out and things will continue to get WORSE. Satan is rolling on the floor laughing at all the busybodies in this world who are out "changing the world" with all their great ideas.

A 'church' building on every corner of every city in America, with 2,3,4,5+ 'pastor' CEO figures per 'church' and yet America has turned into a demonic cesspool. If what men are doing is not making things better, what's the answer? Do some more of the same and hope for better results tomorrow? That's insane, its utterly ridiculous but we see it all around us.

How about this for a change. Reject the things of this world, to include ALL of its precious institutions and all who belong to them and get on your knees before the God of Eternity and repent. How about returning to a simple faith in Jesus Christ, departing from evil and doing good as Jesus defines it, not as men do. How about getting to truly know the Son of God yourself instead of having some hireling spoon feed you with second and third hand information about him?

I was not planning on going down this road this morning, but that's where we went. The time for sweet nothings whispered in the ears with sugar plums dancing before the eyes of men is gone. Urgency is the order of the day. Time is shorter than we think. Time is on fast forward. I'm sorry for everyone who is upset by all that is written here, but if one day in the future, if you and I and as many as will open their ears to what the Spirit is saying to the churches are found "in Christ" and spotless in the eyes of the Father, it will be worth all of it.

I look back at in sorrow at every criticism, every rebuke written by these fingers but I am reminded that if men do not say what the Lord would have them say, our God will have the rocks cry it out instead. Mankind is being warned today, and has been warned now for years. The Lord has not been slack in warning anyone who would open their ears to what he is saying. Don't take my word for it, the bible is chock full of warning. I see warnings on almost every page, and only a fool would not take them very seriously. There are no idle words in the bible. The warnings to the children of Israel are also a warning to you. If they were cutoff, you can be cutoff (John 15). Playtime is over guys. Time will tell us shortly how all these things will work themselves out. You are dearly loved, the Lord diciplines those he loves. I pray to be counted worthy along with you of the escape from all that is coming. grace and peace

Promise and Warning

Here we see something often found in the Word of God, which is a promise and a warning tied together and presented to mankind:

2 Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; 7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: 8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) 9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government.

What's being said here? The same thing said in John 15, that is, a 'decision' you made 5,10,15 years ago won't save you if you are living in faithlessness, disobedience and sin today.

The promise? The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations

The warning? to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished

As with many things in the Word of the Most High God, there are layers of meaning. Of course we take the face value for what it is. When we dig a little bit to see what other treasures are hidden here, what else do we find?

Above we see which words?....Noah....Lot....to deliver the godly out of temptations..

Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed

We see a recurring theme..Noah..Lot...same day they left..destruction..Son of man revealed...keep us from temptation...being kept from the hour of temptation...lead us not into temptation...

Matthew 6:13 'And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us
... And never bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.'

Mark 14:38 "Keep watching and praying that you may not come into
... "Keep watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit iswilling, but the flesh is weak ... Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.

Luke 22:40 When He arrived at the place, He said to them,
... When He arrived at the place, He said to them, "Pray that you may not enter into temptation

Luke 8:13 "Those on the rocky soil are those who, when they
... rocky soil are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these haveno firm root; they believe for a while, and in time of temptation fall away

Time appears to be very short indeed. I don't know if you have perceived it, but there is an invisible horde at the starting gate, waiting to break out onto the stage of this world. People can sense spiritually that something's not right, something big is afoot, but many can't quite put their finger on what's happening. What we are seeing and feeling today is the close proximity of the servants of satan, the satanic hordes who are ready and waiting to flood this wolrd but are being restrained... Remember the days of Noah..

1 Peter 3:20 Who once were disobedient, when the patience of God ...
... who disobeyed long ago in the days of Noah, when God waited patiently while the ark was being built. In it a few, that is, eight persons, were saved by water.

Many many people sense something is afoot, something big is about to happen. Their spirit's sense the impending flood, the brimstone about to fall and they see that day by day, life goes on seemingly 'normal.' What they don't understand and do not perceive is our God's patience. It is he that is restraining what's about to happen. The same day that Noah entered the ark, the rain started. The same day Lot left Sodom, the brimstone fell, it will be the same..exactly the same the day the Son of man is revealed.

I cannot impress upon you enough what this means: the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations...how does he deliver the godly out of 'temptations' when he points us directly to Noah and Lot? PHYSICAL REMOVAL. There's no question, no debate, no way to weasel out of it, both Noah and Lot were physically removed from the flood and fire. We could go round and round arguing over where we will be physically removed to, but why bother, what does it matter? Noah was physically moved into the ark ( a place of safety) and Lot was physically moved into a safe city (zoar) and we will be physically moved into a place of safety. When will this happen. When did it happen for Noah and Lot? Before the flood, and before the brimstone.

There is a 7 year period before us known as the time of Jacob's trouble. 70 years were appointed to the people that Daniel belonged to...that is..the jews. The last week of that 70 is just ahead. What calls itself the christian church today is a mess. When we read Rev 2-3 where Jesus is specifically (not in veiled references) speaking to the churches, he point to one church, the church of philadelphia telling them he knows they are weak, but they have held onto his word and they will be kept from the hour of temptation coming on the entire world. How will they be kept? They will be physically removed as we have seen from the Lord's references to Noah and Lot.

Today we have both a promise and a warning before us. There is an escape promised to those found worthy of it (Luke 21:36). There is also a warning to those who continue to practice lawlessness. One way or another, we are about to find out soon what the Lord meant by "escape all." If there are "disappearances"in the near future, this world will use its lame stream media propaganda arm to call those dissapearances everything but the rapture/escape.

I think there will be many people who will be shocked at how many are left behind. I say that with a sense of real sorrow, and I hope and pray that I'm wrong. I would not wish what is coming on the worst of men. What's about to take place will appear like something out of science fiction books, and ancient mythology all combined into a hellish cauldron and poured out on the earth. Instead of choosing peace and quietness, righteousness and justice, every man has gone his own way just like in the days of Noah. The earth was filled with violence and corruption then, and it is again today. Today is a pre-flood day, the restrainer still restrains what's waiting to get at this world. Lot has not yet walked out of Sodom, but "that day" is coming. It may be today. When this happens, its going to be a whirlwind of events that will cause men's hearts to fail them for fear of what has come on the earth. The devil and his evil princes will walk the earth once again as "gods" interacting with men openly. Our God never wanted this, but men have chosen it with their own freewill.

Seek the Lord's face today while his grace is still extended. Seek him before the rain begins to fall, and the brimstone begins its decent on this world. Be assured...it is coming...

Grace and peace

We Are About To Find Out

We are on the verge of finding out a number of things. We know that the subject of "the escape" also known as "the rapture" is quite contentious. There are advocates, teachers and "experts" on every side of the issue. Soon, I think very soon we will not have to guess anymore. I have been convinced for some time now that the days of debating and arguing are over. For this reason I took down the comments section of this blog. I spent so much time refuting and debating the same points over and over and over again that I had no time to write the things the Lord has given me to write.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or a prophesy "expert" to look around today and see that this world is on the brink of something major. The "news" tells us that guns and survival stuff are selling like hotcakes, do you wonder why? You don't have to be a history expert to understand that a government like the one in Babylon (America) is rotten and corrupt from its foundations to its top. At one time, America had an inspiring foundation called the constitution, but that foundation has been gutted, shredded, and removed to the dustbin of history. If anyone in Con-gress today even mentions the constitution, you can hear the snide remarks and contemptous laughter from the servants of iniquity (politicians of Babylon).

America has become a den of vipers, the home to every unclean thing. America is the major exporter of war, pornography, financial slavery and every other form of vice and degradation known to man. Do you think this has gone unnoticed by the King of Eternity? Do you think the stench of America's sins have not reached into the heavens, just as the sins of Sodom did in Lot's days? The coming of the Son of man will be just like the days of Lot, and the days of Noah. The Lord gave us specific links to this "coming of the Son of man."

The word of our Lord links Lot leaving Sodom, and Noah going into the ark with this "coming of the Son of man." The word links sudden destruction coming on the same day that Lot left Sodom and Noah went into the Ark, with the coming of the Son of man. There are no idle words in the Bible. Read Matt 24 and Luke 17 again. This is highly significant, the link between us "going somewhere" likened to Lot leaving Sodom and Noah going into the Ark, linked to the coming of the Son of man. Where is it that we believers are going? We know for a fact it will be for us like it was for Noah and Lot.

I recently read the warning the David Wilkerson posted on his blog relating to the coming fires in New York City and across America. After reading his blog then seeing a 10 min or so video of him on youtube relating to these days, almost all of what he said resonated with what the Lord is saying to my heart. He says to have 30 days of food on hand, probably not a bad idea. He says there will be an initial flash of fear for even the most godly among us, I think he's right. What he says resonates. The Lord has given me a mind picture of us with our faces pressed against a thin pane of glass that seperates us by a razor thin margin from the 70th week of Daniel, also known as the time of Jacob's trouble.

Today and in the days to come it will take faith to stand. If you do not stand on your faith, you will not stand at all. We live by faith not by sight. Not everyone will be counted worthy of the escape from all that's coming. What if Noah told the Lord "Uh, sorry Lord, people around here told me I have to swim through half or more of the flood before I get to crawl into the ark, so I'm just going to scrap the whole ark idea." What if Lot told the angels "hey guys I appreciate the escort and everything but I really think I need to stay and eat some brimstone before I'll feel worthy of walking out of here." Can you imagine? Well that's what you are being told today.

You can be sure that many people will enter into the tribulation and die in it, that's a fact. The fifth seal of Rev 6 shows us people slain for their testimony, for staying true to the word of God. With that said, we must ask ourselves if the souls we see slain for the word of God, under the alter in heaven, has any relevance to the stories of Noah and Lot. Does dieing in the tribulation have ANY relevance to stories of Noah or Lot? It's a simple question, yes or no?

The escape that's coming isn't for everyone, just like the Ark was only for animals and one family (Noah's), and one family (Lot's) was counted worthy to escape from Sodom before it was destroyed. I am already seeing, feeling the capitulation in many people who have resigned themselves to dieing out in the tribulation, and the tribulation has'nt even started yet. If the 7 years of hell are about to start, and I believe they are, then we should be looking for the Noah and Lot experience that accompanies the coming of the Son of man. I do not believe that someday I'll be talking to the Lord and say "hey Lord, remember that "escape from all" thing you wrote in Luke? What happened? I mean, most believers escaped from less than half of all you unleashed on the earth, why did you say escape from all if your children escaped from nothing (died out)? Lord, where was the Noah and Lot bit? Noah did'nt swim the floodwaters and Lot did'nt do a firedance trying to escape brimstone, so what happened?" That conversation will never happen because his word will come to pass just as he said it would. There will be an escape from all. The things that are coming will be bad, but some people can expect the worst they will experience will be from inside an Ark, or from inside a safe city as in Lot's case.

According to the word of the Lord, as you believe, so will things be done unto you, which is why your faith is important. What do you believe, and why do you believe it? If there is an escape from all as the Lord has said and you miss it because you do not beleive there is an escape from all, will you be a bit upset on the day it comes and you are not part of it because someone told you not to bother doing what Luke 21:36 specifically tells you to do which is to pray to be counted worthy of the escape from all that's coming?

Luke 21 is the Lord telling the apostles of what's going to happen during the tribulation period, then at the end he says, pray you can escape all of it. All of it......

Time is short. I agree with Wilkerson that something is about to happen that will test the faith of everyone...before the escape shows up. If I stood you on some train tracks and tied you to the tracks as a train was coming right at you, and I did'nt cut the ties and pull you out of harm's way till the last second, would you have a flash of fear just before the train threatened to hit you?

What if there was no escape from all that's about to happen? What would believers do then? The same thing they have always done, put their trust and faith in the Lord day by day. Give us this day our daily bread is what the Lord's prayer tells us. The requirements for living in the time of Jacob's trouble will be complete reliance on the Lord for everything. Some people live like that today without needing to be put into a furnace to learn the lesson of complete reliance.

All believers today are not in the same place. One shoe will not fit all in the days that are coming. The woman with the issue of blood touched the Lord's garment and he felt power leave him because she believed...her faith was great enough to draw on his power. The Lord marvelled at the faith of the centurian telling the apostles that he had not seen such faith in all Israel...and that centurian was a non-religous type. And so its the same today. Those invited to the wedding feast will be cast out and the servants of the Lord will be out on the streets looking for those who will take a place at the feast.

Matt 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: 6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. 7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

Out on the streets, not in this world's religious buildings is where the tax collector, the centurian, the woman with the issue of blood, the people who believe what Jesus has said, that's where they are found. The people who play religion are the ones who cried "crucify him" to Pilate. The corrupt jews of that day are no different to the so called christian leaders today. Has human nature changed? No. Has the religious spirit that leads men down the broad path that leads to destruction changed? No it has'nt. Men are still building empires to themselves in the name of God and they dare any man to touch their empires. Let the Son tell these men to sell their empires, to hate their lives here so they may gain a life that is truly life and those men would cry "crucify him."

The time that is coming will be a good time for one reason alone. Some serious sorting of wheat and chaff will occur. The fire that is coming will refine that which is truly gold and the impurities will be burned away. We are told to build on a firm foundation so that when the wind and the waves rise, what we have built will not be destroyed, for the fire will test every man's work. The work of God is believe in the one that was sent which is the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Believing in Christ is more than a 2 second event that allows you to get back to your life of sin. Belief takes faith, and it is Grace + faith combined that leads to salvation (by grace through faith you are saved). You must know him, and if you say that you know him but do not obey his commands, you are a liar. I did'nt say that..he did:

1 John 2:4 The one who says, "I have come to know Him,"
... The person who says, "I know him," but doesn't obey his commandments is a liar. The truth isn't in that person.

You and I have been warned. If you are not working to remove everything from your life that is a snare to your walk with Jesus, you will probably suffer for it. What that means literally only the Lord knows. We know what it is we must be doing today...so lets do it. Many will not be counted worthy of the coming escape, but there is still time for you to be counted worthy of it.

One last thing I agree with Wilkerson on. He said that each person needs their own personal word from God that they will only get from God alone. Here's a simple example to illustrate what we are looking at here: if you and I sit down at a table and we are both hungry. Then I take out a hot potato and start eating it, explaining to you how I'm eating it, what it tastes like, where I got it from etc etc etc, are you any less hungry than when we sat down? YOU MUST FEED on him. The word of God is real food John 6:55 ... because my flesh is real food, and my blood is real drink. Jesus is the Word of God made into flesh and blood...

I can talk to you about potatoes until we are both old and grey, but you won't be any less hungry. Time is short, you are dearly loved and in my prayers. grace and peace

The Relationship Comes First

The Lord reminded me recently of this oft forgotten gem, the relationship comes first. Our relationship with him is primary. People who get busy "doing" for the Lord and forget the intimacy, have lost their first love. We are the bride, he is the bridegroom and we must give our focus and attention to him first. This does not mean doing this that and the other in his name, this means, time spent loving him, putting ourselves in his presence, waiting on him, being close to him. This means remembering our first love, it means putting first things first.

Revelation 2
1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: 3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent

Apparently the Lord takes this leaving thy first love issue seriously. Look at all the good things the Lord commended the church for before he issued his warning. They labored, they were patient, they did not tolerate evil men and yet he says, in spite of all that, if they did not repent of leaving their first love, he would come quickly and remove their candlestick from its place. We could argue for years over what that means, but suffice it to say you don't want it happening to you...

This issue ties directly in with this scripture we know so well: Matt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

These people ^^ did lots of good things, unfortunately they forgot the most important thing, which was knowing him...loving him..he comes first. The example the Lord gave me to illustrate this point is the parents who work 100 hour weeks to buy their kids all kinds of stuff, send them to the best schools etc etc etc, all to find out that what their kids really wanted was just their parents, not all the stuff. The parents did did did, at the expense of never knowing their own kids. Same thing with the Lord.

If you are doing doing doing for him and not spending that time 1 on 1, in his presence, soaking up who he is. then stop everything. Stop everything and anything you are doing thats coming before your relationship, loving, quiet time with him. He is our first love. What he wants is US, not what we can do for him. What does an all powerful God "need" us to do for him anyway? He wants you...There's a place for "doing" but only after he gets you first.

More than ever we need him. All appearances are that something dreadful is going to happen soon, correction, lots of dreadful things are about to happen and we will need to stand on the the relationship built during our quiet and peaceful times in his presence. There is no substitute for simply being in the King's presence.

I've had more verizon internet problems over the weekend, was ready to post on Saturday but that did'nt happen, or Sunday. I appear to be back up. Take some time out today, maybe right now and reprioritize the things in your life if you are not getting some alone time with Him. We may be looking at days or weeks now before all hell breaks loose.

You Must Know Him

There are many people in the world today who claim the title of "christian," yet only a few will be saved (matt 7:14). Many people claim to be "christian," yet on that day when they stand before Jesus, many will be told "away from me you evildoers, I never knew you (Matt 7:21)."

I am absolutely amazed that when I look back at all the years I spent within institutionalized churchianity I never once heard that preached....EVER. Don't you think that might be important for people to know? Why was it that most people in Israel were killed over and over again and only a remnant was spared by the Lord? Why was only Lot and his family counted worthy to escape Sodom? The Lord agreed to spare the city if 10 righteous men could be found in it!!!!! Guess what? 10 righteous men could not be found in the entire city.....

Gen 18: 25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? 26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. 27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD, which am but dust and ashes: 28 Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. 29 And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake. 30 And he said unto him, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there. 31 And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake. 32 And he said, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake. 33 And the LORD went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.

Same thing in Noah's day, only Noah and his family were counted worthy out of the known world at that time to enter the ark. One family in the world....

And yet you hear religious "leaders" today whispering sweet nothings into people's ears as if it will be one big party on the day of the coming escape. I have written to you recently that the Lord has shown me how I have been prepared over a lifetime to warn people of these days we are living today. The Lord has others who I am sure have been prepared the same way, for whatever it is our Lord has for them to do. The Lord always warns first. He is patient, and he is gracious, but he does'nt warn forever. Eventually he will act, and when he does, many will learn the lessons they should have learned earlier in a hard way.

10 righteous people could not be found in an entire city....think about that. Do people think that because there are religious buildings on every corner people are any better today? Mankind tends to read history with a sense that somehow, because we live later on the world's timeline, that we are somehow better than those people who preceeded us. Has human nature changed at all from the time of creation? Do men not love, hate, get angry, show kindness, feel envy and greed, feel lust and desire any more? Yes they do, just like they always have. What does that mean? It means that men today have every reason to take seriously every warning made to every past generation because they are no better than the men who preceeded them.

This brings us back around to why only a few will find the narrow gate that leads to life, and why the Lord will tell many "away from me, I never knew you." What does it mean to know the Lord? Let's take a look:

John 8:55 And you have not come to know Him, but I
... You don't know him, but I know him. If I were to say that I don't know him, Iwould be a liar like you. But I do know him and keep his word.

1 John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God has come,
... And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus

1 John 2:3 By this we know that we have come to know
... This is how we can be sure that we have come to know him: if we continually keep his commandments.

That last one is huge. How can you be sure you know him? You continually keep his commandments..Is that a big red neon slap in the face to the "once saved always saved" crowd who tells you that you don't need either faith or obedience to be "saved" after you have "made a decision" for Jesus? Yea, that's a wrecking ball to their entire argument and one more reason that only a few will make it through the narrow gate that leads to life.

Why is it that when Jesus was asked about his coming back to this world, he started off with "be not deceived?" Because deception, and whispering honey coated, sweet sounding lies from the pits of hell would be the hallmark of our days. If you claim that you know him and you don't obey his commands, you are a liar. Wow, that sounds pretty harsh does'nt it? Where did that come from? John 8:55 And you have not come to know Him, but I ... You don't know him, but I know him. If I were to say that I don't know him, I would be a liar like you. But I do know him and keep his word.

Those who have been prepared for the days we are in today, would rather be hated for the sake of the truth, than loved for the sake of lies that self-promote. Our master was spit on, hated, and eventually crucified for the sake of the truth, by men who are just like men today. If the relgious leaders of yesterday shouted "crucify him, crucify him" to pilate, then the religious leaders of today would do the same thing. You don't think so? Ask yourself what would happen if Jesus went into any church building today and told the pastors they were practicing idolatry-sell the buildings and all their monuments to self, then turned around and told the people to follow him and never return to their institutions again, what do you think would happen? I can hear the cries already "crucify him! crucify him!"

When following the Lord costs you your social circle, causes you to be hated and despised by the world, makes you stand (seemingly) alone many times in your life, are you still willing to follow him? What's going to happen in the days to come when anti-christ lines people up by the hundreds and thousands to be "marked" and the line to accept the mark is miles long, and the line to reject the mark (and be killed) is empty? Will these people have the faith it takes to walk ALONE to the empty line while the world watches with contempt? What people don't realize is that the Lord and angels will be standing beside the few in the "reject" the line.

Our faith is being tested today. We are coming face to face with the tribulation hour, it stands right before us, can't you see it? We will look it in the eye, face to face, get a close up view of all that's about to happen just before the escape. Noah and Lot both had an eyefull of the world just before the Lord destroyed it, and we will too. As we get closer and closer to "that day" people will begin to doubt, some people might even become fearful, wondering if the day of the Lord has already begun. Did the Lord anticipate that? Yes, he did:

<< 2 Thessalonians 2 >>King James Bible

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

What's Paul saying there? He mentions 2 things, not one......1. our gathering together to Christ, and 2. The day of the Lord. What does he tell us about "that day" which is the day of the Lord? He says DO NOT BE TROUBLED.....He says don't worry about the day of the Lord. There is obviously a close line between our "gathering together" with Jesus and the day of the Lord since they are mentioned in the same sentence. They are obviously not the same event. Paul says "that day" won't happen until the falling away and anti-christ are revealed. Does Paul say our "gathering together" with Jesus won't happen until the apostasy and anti-christ are revealed? No, he does'nt, he says "that day" (day of the Lord) won't come until those things happen, huge, huge, monumental difference. The trick is, what happens when these two events happen on the same day, or within days of each other?

Let me ask you, is it possible that the escape happens in the early pre-dawn hours of some day in the future, then around 8 am that same day, the anti-christ shows up on TV screens across the world fulfilling the coming "covenant with many for one week", then that afternoon, that same day seals 2,3,4 start showing up? Is it possible?

Where and how do the coming Noah and Lot experiences, that the Lord promised, show up in the future? There is an escape from all coming that fits hand in glove with how Noah entered the ark, and how Lot left Sodom. The words of the Lord are not idle, they were specifically chosen to convey a meaning that our God meant for us to understand. A time of eating and drinking, planting and building, right up to the point where the Son of man shows up, we are in a place of safety (just like Noah and Lot) and destruction falls. Do you remember the conversation between Abraham and the Lord?

Gen 18: 25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

The anti-christ shows up in the first seal of Revelation 6 to conquer. Death and hell, famine and attacks on men by wild animals account for 25% of the earths population slain. Make no mistake about this, the Lord our King was the only one found worthy in heaven, earth, or below the earth to open these seals....they are HIS seals, he opens them. Far be it from our God to slay the righteous with the wicked...Abraham was known as the father of faith, he said that. Your faith is your treasure, your faith is what will determine what happens to you in the days ahead. Your faith is a target, a big bullseye on your head like a beacon that the enemy hates. He will stop at nothing to steal from you, destroy you, kill you. Stand your ground, in faith, because if you do not stand on your faith, you will not stand at all.

Isaiah 7:9, “If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.”

Time is short, pray for all the brothers, you are dearly loved. grace and peace

Who Will Witness When "All the Christians" Are Removed?

There's an argument out there that goes something along the lines of: "if all the christians are removed, who witnesses to the lost?" After they ask that question, they then go on to dismiss what the 144,00o pure Jewish, sealed servants of God are going to do, but they also show their lack of understanding of what's not going to happen during the escape....

There will be millions of so called christians who will not be counted worthy of the escape when it comes. These will be people who did this, that and the other in Jesus name, but as things stand today, they don't know him..Go re-read Matt 7:21, many will say to me on that day "Lord, Lord." These will be people who have been "churched" which is to say, institutionalized, branded and packaged in so called christianity all their lives, yet they still don't know him. On the day of the escape, when they are not counted worthy, it will be a shocking wake up call to many of them. They will then know for a fact that "playing church" as they have done their whole lives does'nt cut it. Some of these people will wake up at that time, figure out what it was they were doing and change course. These people will join the 144,000 sealed servants of God in doing their part for the kingdom of our God during Daniels 70th week.

Churchianity today is big business. It's tax exempt with a largely volunteer staff to support a system of religious CEO's known as "pastors" who act as clergy over the laity in a system the Lord HATES. Read Rev 2-3 again, remember the "nicolaitans?" Nico=conquer, laitan=laity. It's a system that involves the word "laity" which is the exact idolatrous system in 99.9% of all the churches in the world today. A plurality of elders oversees the flock, not single guru, CEO types that the ungodly pastoral system has setup today. We see the word elders all over the place in the bible and the word "pastor" one time in the book of Ephesians, think there's a message in there?

What the body of Christ is and is not will become clearer as the pressure ratchets up in this world. The multi-million dollar monuments to men that have been built in the name of God are going to become ruins in the not too distant future. Think about all the money spent to sustain the glory of man, while people starve to death, are homeless and naked in this world. The body of Christ is an organic, living breathing organism, not a manmade organization. The body of Christ is not an institution to "church" people. If you are "unchurched" thank God for it, its that much less you have to unlearn.

The true body of Christ today is weak and scattered to the four winds. Re-read Rev 3, the message to the church of philadelphia, that's the church found worthy to be "kept" from the trial coming on the whole earth and what does the Lord say about them? They have little strength, but they have kept the word of his patience. Kept the word....patience....little strength. It is imperative today that people know the Lord Jesus Christ....really know him.

Many will find out they don't know him after the wise virgins (Matt 25) have passed through the open door in heaven (Rev 4). Those who are left will face a tough time, but they will not be entirely without hope. I believe the Lord showed me this morning that it will be a revisitation to the wilderness experience the children of Israel had.

Nehemiah 9:12 "And with a pillar of cloud You led them by
... "And with a pillar of cloud You led them by day, And with a pillar of fire by night To light for them the way In which they were to go.

Not only that, but the Lord fed them with the ravens and manna from heaven...the Lord himself fed them. The trial that is coming on the entire world will surpass what happened in that wilderness experience by a longshot, so will the Lord fail to provide? He will provide, just as he always has. Different people will have different destinies during the 7 years in front of us. Some will die, some will make it through the entire thing. Some will be imprisoned, there will be no one size fits all experience. The bottom line is, as long as a person finds their way "in Christ" before they die, there is always hope.

Today is a pre-flood day. There's still time to be counted worthy of the escape that is coming. It's not a foregone conclusion that you have to go through the 7 years of hell on earth. Draw close to the master today and he will draw close to you. There is'nt much time left, but what time there is we should sieze and make use of.

The Lord gave me a tour of my own life over this past year to show me that I have been prepared over the course of my lifetime for these days. Those of you who are "in Christ" were also shaped for this time, these days. We are here for a reason, with various skills and abilities to put to work for the master. I am painfully aware of all my shortcomings, and I strive today to be counted worthy along with you of the escape that is coming. Remember the parable of the talents. As long as you don't bury your talent, as long as you do something with it you will have something to show (however little or much) for what you've been given.

out of time for today, grace and peace

Our Coming Lot Experience

In Matt 24, and Luke 17 we are told that the coming of the Son of man will be exactly like the days of Noah and Lot. When the Lord says it, he means it. We can be sure that there is a 100% chance, what is coming will be exactly like the days of Noah and Lot...exactly. We will look back on what happens and say "Blessed be your name Lord, for once again fulfilling your word just as you always have." It's a sure bet.

With all the uncertainty around what the escape is, or is not, don't you think we should take a really close look at exactly what happened with Noah and Lot? I mean, the Lord gave us two examples, not one, to figure out what it is we should be looking for in the future. With these two examples, we are also able to cross reference the commonalities, to know for sure, exactly what's going to happen. Since we know that the coming of the Son of man will be just like both the days of Noah, and Lot, that means this coming event matches up with both, which means whatever conclusions we come to, those conclusion must match both stories..Noah AND Lot, remember that.

So we look at the story of Noah, and we consider this idea that people tell us about that Noah was to go into the ark, and the bible says he waited 7 days for the rain of the flood to start, so people automatically say "hey, see! Noah sat there for 7 days, and not until after the 7 days did the flood come." Yea? So? Where was Noah during those 7 days? He was in the ark. Not only do we know that Noah was in the ark, we know it was because of the flood that Noah entered the ark. Not only do we know that Noah was in the ark, did not tread water for a second, we also know that the story of Noah must match the story of Lot as it applies to the coming of the Son of man in our near future.

Do we see anything about Lot waiting for 7 days before leaving Sodom? No, we don't. What do we see?

Gen 19:15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. 16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. 17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.

23 The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar. 24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; 25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

What do we see in both stories? Above we see that not until Lot entered the safe place, known as Zoar, did the Lord rain fire and brimstone. What do we see with Noah? Not until Noah was safely in the ark did the Lord rain the floodwaters on the earth. The same idea in both stories so you can be absolutely sure that not until we are taken to a safe place will one drop of rain, or one ember of fire and brimstone fall. As it was, so shall it be. Noah escaped all the floodwaters. Lot escaped all the fire and brimstone, we shall escape all of what's about to happen. That's verbatim out of the word of God. Ask a post-tribber or a pre-wrath teacher how much water Noah had to tread. Ask them how many burn spots Lot had on him as he walked out of Sodom. Then watch how quickly they try to change the subject.

I actually read some guy who tried to argue that Luke 21:36 has nothing to do with the rapture. At that point I say, call it whatever you want. Make them explain to you how Noah and Lot escaped all, those who are counted worthy are promised an escape from all in Luke 21:36, yet somehow men are arguing that there is no escape from all that's about to happen?

What are "all these things" that we are to pray to escape? Well, look at what Jesus said in Luke 21. He lays out an entire panorama of the tribulation period.

Luke 21:10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: 11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. 13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: 15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. 16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. 17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. 18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. 19 In your patience possess ye your souls.
20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; 30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. 31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. 32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

He tells us everything that's going to happen, then when he is done telling us what's going to happen, he tells us to pray we may be counted worthy to escape all of it.

The Lord tells us that the coming of the son of man will be just like the days of Noah and Lot. We are told that an event is coming where the Lord comes down with a shout and in the blink of an eye we are caught up into the clouds with Jesus. We know that an escape from all is coming. We can reasonably expect that the number of people who are counted worthy to escape will mirror the amount of people who make it through the narrow gate that leads to life, which is, few (Matt 7:14).

Here's something the Lord pointed out to me recently. If the coming of the Son of man is to be like the days of Noah and Lot, and the books of Daniel and Revelation work closely together to paint a picture for us of what's going to happen during the time of Jacob's trouble/tribulation period/Daniel's 70th week, then should'nt we see something in either the book of Daniel, or the book of Revelation that closely resembles the events in Noah and Lot's day? Yes, you should, but here's a question for you, can you find anything in the book of Daniel that even remotely relates to the days of Noah and Lot? No, you can't. Look at the book of Revelation. Ask yourself, if the mid-trib, pre-wrath, post-trib teachers are right, should'nt we see some kind of Noah and Lot event in the book of Revelation that proves their point relating to the coming of the Son of man? You should see that, but you don't see that.

Look for instance at the opening of the seals in Rev 6. It's become popular these days to tell us that we are going to eat all the seals right up through the 6th seal, then be raptured. Well, if they want to prove that, don't they have to line it up with the stories of Noah and Lot? Don't they have to show us being persecuted by the anti-christ, being chased down by death and hell on earth, and being killed off by famine and the beasts of the earth lines up with the stories of Noah and Lot? Yea, they do have to prove that, and they can't. They can't come even remotely close to proving that. These men tell us that we are the ones under the alter who were slain for the word of God and their testimony. I'll entertain their opinions as soon as they can prove that being slain for my testimony lines up with the experiences of Noah and Lot.

The stories of Noah and Lot must be found somewhere in the end times scenario because Jesus clearly tells us that the coming of the Son of man, will be just like the days of Noah and Lot. What possible scenario allows all the puzzle pieces to fit without leaving pieces of the puzzle out, or trying to jam pieces into the puzzle that don't fit? I'll tell you the scenario:

During a time of eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, during a time before the flood arrives, during a time before the fire and brimstone rains down, we are taken into the ark, we are led out of the city, we are told to "come up here," through an open door illustrated in Matt 25 in the parable of the virgins, and Rev 4 immediately after Jesus speaks specifically to the churches we are enabled to escape all thats about to happen. Would that explain redeemed and rewarded men in heaven (not on earth) in Rev 4 and 5 before the seals are opened? Yea, it would explain that perfectly. Would it explain how those not destined for wrath, never incur the wrath of God? Yes it would. Would it verify the fact that the sword and famine are expressions of the wrath of God as proven in Ezekiel and other places?

Ezekiel 6:12 "He who is far off will die by the plague,
... and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my wrath upon them.

Yep, that would fit perfectly. Anti-christ, sword and famine are the first seals to be opened. Use the bible to interpret the bible...

This world is staring at the sword and famine right now. It's in the lame stream media headlines almost every day now. The anti-christ is rising, the signs are everywhere. Seals 1,2,3 are in plain sight now, although at a short distance away. How much time will elapse before that short distance is closed and the seals are opened? The Spirit is speaking to the churches today, he who has ears to hear should be listening to what the Spirit says. Read Rev 2-3.

The view I see as a watchman on the wall is this: By the end of March something big is going to happen. By this summer, people on this earth will think that the gates of hell have opened. Sometime over the next month or two or three there will be food shortages. This is not prophesy, this is analysis. Jesus told us to watch over and over and over again. What's the purpose of watching? To see and understand...to be ready..to prepare in advance for what you see coming from your place on the wall.

What can you do to prepare? You can pray. You can purge your heart and mind from everything and anything that hinders your walk with the Master. You can do things that you know please him today. As an act of your will, you can forcefully engage your will to keep your eyes on Jesus and not on the storm so you too can walk on the water like Peter did. In a time of unprecedented evil and wickedness, our Lord's grace abounds more. Do you think the Lord is sitting back in an armchair watching "american idol" while all hell breaks loose on earth? Not a chance. He knows how to spare his people from temptations. He knows how to feed his people in a desert. He knows how to absolutely, utterly, completely destroy the nations of the world and all its satanic armies without breaking a sweat. Our God is not worried about what's coming. There's not a single event, that will happen in any minute of any day that our God has not already forseen and planned for. Who is in control, who has dominion, who sits above all principalities and powers with a name above any other name? Our Lord Jesus who loved us and died for us that we might not suffer his wrath.

Our Lord is our one stop shopping source for everything. If you have a need, he is the source of every good thing in this world and the world to come. Your faith is everything. Engage it today, build it today, ask the Lord for more faith today. Faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains, what can great faith do? The enemy comes to kill steal and destroy and the first thing he is after is your faith. If he can take that from you he has taken everything from you. Please pray for all the brothers, for my family and for me, that we may escape all that is coming and stand before the Son of man. Be assured that I am praying for you. You are dearly loved. grace and peace.

The Covenant With Many

Recently I was reading the enemy's playbook. Like in football, Satan and his cohorts have a playbook for getting their agenda "into the endzone" to "score." Do some reading on the "New Age" to see the playbook. It can be tedious reading because everything is twisted and warped to fit proclamations from the father of lies, but it can be instructive to see what it is they have planned.

This brings us to Daniel 9:27, which is (from the septuagint):

27 And one week shall establish the covenant with many: and in the midst of the week my sacrifice and drink-offering shall be taken away: and on the temple shall be the abomination of desolations; and at the end of time an end shall be put to the desolation.

Notice what it does'nt say. It does'nt say the anti-christ confirms a covenant with many. It does'nt say the anti-christ will confirm a covenant with "one nation" (Israel). It says a covenant with many. Do you ever wonder at how men can turn a language on its head? How, pray tell, does "many" = one nation (Israel)? Perhaps men need to invest in a dictionary?

This brings me to the plan that the enemy has outlined in his servant's writings. It appears that the plan loosely follows this framework:

1. Planned economic collapse will be the trigger for the appearance of anti-christ. Any who doubted in the past should doubt no longer. Makes perfect sense does'nt it? Bring people to their knees economically, feed them a never ending diet of bad news, depression, and fear so when the man of sin shows up and says "I can make things good again" people stampede to take his handouts. The Lord has shown me the working out of this part of the plan. The news media is especially revealing. Since they are a propaganda arm of the satanic elite, they could spin everything positively...but they are not....why not? Why not spin the news positively? Because thats not the plan. The plan is for the hounds to drive you to the hunter. The hounds are those who serve this world and its master: Satan. The hunter is the rider of the white horse, with a bow in his hand..Rev 6. Think of all the symbology attached to that idea of a rider of a white horse...knight in shining armor...come to save the day..If everything is nice and normal for you, there's no psycological need for anyone to save the day. Hounds driving you to the hunter..remember that one.

2. They have a "day of declaration" planned when the man of sin will reveal himself to the world as some kind of "world teacher" on TV and through some kind of spiritual means. This day of declaration will be in accordance with the working of Satan's power, reaching out to the entire world at once. As I read about this day of declaration, to the entire world at the same time, immediately I thought of Daniel 9:27.....And one week shall establish the covenant with many. Let those words "covenant with many" really sink in. Would a "coming out party" to the entire world where this man tells them how he can "help" qualify as a "covenant with many?" You bet it would. Realize this as well, those who are sold on this idea that people will know the anti-christ when he signs a peace treaty with one nation...Israel...will say to themselves, "nope, this guy speaking to the entire world at once isn't the man of sin. First he has to sign a "peace treaty" with Israel." Deception, deception, deception. How do magicians work? They distract your eyes away from where the "magic" is really taking place...

Along these same lines, think about this. Today's so called prophesy scholars tell you that the rider on the white horse comes riding out with a bow, but no arrows. I guess they just stop reading there with that assumption under their belt and say "he's a man of peace!" See, no arrows!

Rev 6:1 1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. 2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

So, arrows or not, what does the bible say? He goes forth CONQUERING, yet todays so called prophesy experts tell you he goes forth making peace deals. It's right there in plain english, greek and hebrew. This guy shall destroy wonderfully:

Daniel 8:24 "His power will be mighty, but not by his own
... And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and

Notice it does not say "he shall write peace deals wonderfully." It says he shall destroy wonderfully. With all that said, could the anti-christ write up a peace deal with Israel, and/or other nations in the world? Sure he could, but thats NOT what Daniel 9:27 says. Anyone who disagrees with this needs idea needs to first prove how the word "many" now all of the sudden means "one."

We must read the bible for what it says, not what men tell us it means. Read it for yourself. A covenant with MANY will be made....thats what the bible says and that is what you should look for. Of course, if we are not here.....that might be kind of difficult.

As time becomes shorter, I have been pleading with the Lord to tell me if I am off base with any of this. I do think it would be good to know if we need to stock up on food supplies, because famine is coming, or whether we should be planning an escape to the mountains, because death is coming. So far, not an inkling from Him to do anything like this. As I've said in the past, it's probably a good idea to do some small preparations for small disturbances, but should'nt we hear from our God if we are to prepare to slug it out in the tribulation? Many will enter the tribulation, some will not.

The Dow Jones just hit 6,700. The "day of declaration" that anti-christ wants to make is planned for the time when the stock markets collapse. How far off do you think that is? When you read the new age stuff about what they are planning, they go on for pages and pages explaining to people how they don't know exactly when the man of sin will "come out of the closet." They need pages to explain something that takes 2 words in the bible...."the Restrainer." They talk about "the right energies have to be flowing blah blah blah blah" when the truth is, Satan is staring at a rod of iron in his way, also known as the power of our God. When our God says "go ahead," then, and only then, can Satan do his thing.

The stock market could be close to bottoming out. It may go down to somewhere in the 4,000 range, then its very possible we could get another (very short lived) barn burner of a stock market rally. Either way it goes (rally then collapse or straight into collapse), chances are, eventually here in the near term its going to collapse. Why collapse? There's no support to keep it up. Take all the support beams out of your roof and see what happens to it, eventually the thing is coming down. From what I gather, that has been the plan all along.

Remember the story of Noah. Because of the flood, he and his family went into the ark. Lot was escorted out of Sodom by angels before a single burning ember ever fell. Luke 21:36 promises an escape from all that's about to happen. Rev 3:10 tells us that some will be kept on the trial/test coming on the entire world. There are no idle words in the bible. Every word written means something specific. When we look back at the history of the world, we will say "Yep, it happened just like the days of Noah and Lot....exactly like that." and "yep, there was an escape from all, just exactly like the bible said there was." That's not my opionion, that's fact derived from the word of the Almighty God. My life has been an experience of seeing the word of God verified over and over and over again. It has been an experience of prayers answered, one after another after another. I have lost count of all the HUGE things the Lord has done for me.

What stands out to me today is this: the word of God is true. He has proven himself to me. He has proven to me that his word is what he said it was: the word of GOD. The wisdom in it is flawless, and every prophesy will come to pass exactly as he said it would. Who can thwart an almighty God? Nobody can.

We were told to watch. I'm watching and I'm getting an eyefull as I do it. I see the coming together of everything foretold to happen in our days. I suspect that our master has allowed things to progress this far for a reason, now is the time....When you read the new age propaganda, they admit that they have tried many times before to bring us to this place, and each time they were thwarted. This time, they've brought their plan to within striking distance of kick off. They've done this because they have been allowed to do this. Our Lord always has been, and always will be in control of the where, when and how things go down on the world timeline.

Open your eyes and watch so you can see. Ask the Lord to see things as he sees them. Ask him for wisdom that you may understand things according to his understanding. Ask him to give you ears that hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches TODAY....time is short.

grace and peace

Verizon DSL

I woke up Sunday morning with a post clearly in mind, ready to write, only to find out that my internet was down. So I call verizon, go through about 2 hours of questioning to determine that the problem is on Verizon's side. Then they tell me they can come out and look at it in a WEEK. Yea, I call on Sunday morning, and they tell me they can be out to look at it sometime next Saturday. That's customer service for ya. A week? Needless to say, I'm looking for a new internet service provider...
