1 Tim 2:1I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
If Trump tries to do what is right for the people, "they" will try to stop him. Let us pray for Donald Trump that:
1. The Lord will assign an angelic secret service detail to Donald Trump to protect him from every dirty trick the enemy throws at him.
2. That the Lord will grant him supernatural strength, wisdom and insight to do our Father's will here on earth, just as it is in heaven.
Trump will need our prayers. It was not our God given duty to vote for him but it is the Lord's will that we pray for Him.
