Hanukkah 2025

It is this servant's understanding that the prime window for the Lord's return was and is Feast of Trumpets 2025 through Hanukkah 2025 which is just 7 days away.  Interesting notes about this Hanukkah: 1.  Comet 3I atlas will reach its closest point to earth on December 19 (Hanukkah is 12/14-12/21). 2.  Hanukkah has an anti-Christ nexus, directly related to the temple:

Antiochus IV Epiphanes, a Seleucid Greek king who ruled from 175–164 BCE, is the historical figure widely regarded as the "Antichrist" archetype who desecrated the Second Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, an event central to the origins of Hanukkah.

Our Lord could come back at any moment.  It could be today.  Yes, its a big secret.  So big in fact that even our Lord Jesus Christ does not know but only the Father, when it will take place.  It is this servant's understanding that we are to be watching and ready for our Lord's unexpected return and in a sense it should take us by surprise because we do not know the day or hour.  Not knowing the day or hour does not exclude the season which the Lord did say we should at least be aware of:

Matt 16

1The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven.

2He replied, “When evening comes, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,’ 3and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times. a 4A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” Jesus then left them and went away.

What is extra interesting about this ^^^ is the sign of Jonah is mentioned which is exactly what was given repeatedly over the X over America, crossroads, great American eclipse in 2024.  This year we have had more than enough of predictions and "confirmations" that all-100% proved false.  The Spirit of the Lord's follow up, corrective action to all that is preparation over prediction.  Preparation over prediction should not be new news to anybody, its what we were told to do.  Nowhere, not once in the Bible does it tell us to predict the day and or hour of the Lord's unexpected return.  In fact trying to do so goes directly against His Will.  He meant for this to be a "pop quiz."  He meant for there to be some element of surprise.

The parable of the virgins illustrates the dual nature of what we are to do.  On one hand, the virgins took their lamps with oil out to meet the Bridegroom which indicates they knew His arrival was soon.  On the other hand, they also took extra oil because they did not know exactly precisely when He would arrive.

Mark 13

32“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 33Be on guard! Be alert e ! You do not know when that time will come. 34It’s like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with their assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.

35“Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back—whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. 36If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. 37What I say to you, I say to everyone: ‘Watch!’ ”

First we highlight:

each with their assigned task

then this:

and tells the one at the door to keep watch.

"Each with their assigned task" means each one of us has a job to do.  It is the parable of the talents which is also in Matt 25.  Our Lord is very clear He expects some kind of return on His investment in each of us.  The parable of the virgins shows that we must be ready to leave the moment the Bridegroom shows up and we must be ready to wait.  We have done this in the past, we will continue to do this until our Lord arrives.

We "watch" for our Lord's return in prayer.

1 Peter 4:7

But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

and

Luke 21

34“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. 35For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

The Lord is clear, while we wait we are "in charge" each with our assigned task.  When He arrives, we are to be doing what we were put here to do.  It is this servant's belief that we are in "rapture season" right now between Feast of Trumpets and Hanukkah.  We are predicting nothing but are prepared for anything.  If the Lord comes back over the next week or two-great.  If He waits, we continue to do our job.

An added benefit to this approach is it completely kneecaps the mockers and scoffers who come out each and every year.  Predicting nothing takes all their perverse joy away.  This servant has backed off of news and video consumption going into the final weeks of this year and the recent post on the Manhattan Prayer Project was the result.  This servant believes we have more than one prophetic pathway laid out before us.  Which way things go ultimately rests with the Lord however He is looking at us directly while He makes His decisions.  The fact that we are here on the face of the earth right now means there is work yet to be done.

Going into 2026 (if we make it that far) we know what's on our plate to get done.  The prayer target list is extensive and each of you need to add to it whatever the Spirit of the Lord directs you to.  What that indicates to this servant is yes, there is a possibility we are here at work all the way through 2026.  Possible does not mean probable, it just another possibility.  Time will tell what the Lord has decided.  As good servants we will continue to do our job as we wait in joyful expectation for His arrival (however long that takes.)
