A Few Will Be Saved

Matt 7:Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

A FEW there be that find it. Does it make sense to you that the reason you only hear the truth from a FEW people is because only a FEW are going to be saved? Only a FEW actually "get it." What does that mean for you? Knowing that only a few will make it into the 'narrow way' how should you be living, treating other people, dealing with Jesus? I find Matt 7:14 particularly important. One guy I know asked me once "is that all you're going to talk about? Matt 7:14?" No, I'll throw in a couple other things as well, but YES, I'm going to come back to it over and over and over again.....that's what I'm supposed to do. Knowing that only a few will make it into the kingdom CHANGES EVERYTHING. It should change your outlook on everything considerably. Should you "fear' the Lord? Yes, you should. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom-look it up. We love him and we fear him, but godly fear is not worldly fear. Look up what the bible has to say about the 'fear of the Lord."

We know that only a few will be saved, thats a big perspective changer. Here's another big perspective changer: TIME IS SHORT, there is no time left. The days we live in today are unlike any other time in human history. This generation will see the tribulation. I'm sure that most of these people would rather not be distinguished in that way. How should we live our lives knowing that time is short, and only a few will be saved? Does'nt knowing those two things change everything? If it does'nt you are either perfect already, or blind and unwise. All hell is about to break loose here on earth. It appears that whatever happens next, a financial bomb is about to set the rest off. What's next for mankind? A rough ride. Do we need to worry about whats about to happen? NO. Why should we? Whether we stay here longer or are raptured, either way, we are soldiers, and guess what? Soldiers have commanders, in our case our commander is Jesus. Who is responsible for the welfare of the troops? THE COMMANDER IS. Who makes sure they get fed? The commander does. Who makes sure they have clothes on their back, the right equipment, a place to sleep etc etc THE COMMANDER DOES. Being a military guy, this really resonates with me.

Make no mistake about this: Jesus is in charge. There's not one detail of whats about to happen that he's overlooked. Our Father is an infinite, all powerful, all wise God. HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. When you put yourself under his command, meaning you do what he tells you to do, and you are faithful, then HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU. It's called being "in Christ." Remain in him, and he will remain in you. Forsake him, and he will forsake you. Look it up in your bible.

2 Chronicles 15:2 And he went out to meet Asa and said to
... LORD is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will letyou find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you

John 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Jesus also says "I will never leave you or forsake you" how can that be? How can he forsake us, and not ever forsake us? Easy, I've said it a million times, the answer is "in Christ." If you REMAIN in christ, he will never forsake you. If you abide in Christ, you will be saved. If you DO NOT abide in Christ, you get no credit, zero, zippo. If you are not "in Christ" your sins are not covered and you will be held fully accountable for whatever sins you committed, ALL OF THEM. Seems to me, people need to figure out how to REMAIN IN CHRIST, ABIDE IN THE VINE. Read John 15 for yourselves, it is a body slam to the apostate 'once saved always saved' lie. How many more times could Jesus say "abide in me?" What does abide mean? Why would he command you to "abide" in him over and over again, if it was unnecessary to do so?

The time to wake up is RIGHT NOW, TODAY. This world is being warned in many ways today. The mission our commander has given me is to warn people. Time is short. Fear is going to increase in this world. Last month 160,000 people lost their jobs, IN ONE MONTH. People with no house, no job, no food, are dangerous people (not bad necessarily). They are dangerous particularly to the "powers that be" in the world today. The powers that be know this, and they are preparing to crush the common man. This all part of the greater judgement coming on the world for mankinds refusal to love the truth. Men love lies, so they are going to get more of them. Mankind is going to get DECEPTION and trickery up to their eyeballs because THATS WHAT THEY CHOSE. Men could have chosen the prince of peace, but they like the prince of war better. They could have chosen truth, but they prefer lies. They could have chosen godliness, but they chose wickedness. And guess what, there IS A PRICE FOR THE CHOICES PEOPLE MAKE.

In the days to come, all hell is going to break loose. Time is short. BE WATCHING, BE READY for the Son of God to show up. Men have tried to put preconditions on when Jesus can show up and when he can't. If men KNEW when he was going to be here, then they would'nt be caught unawares by his coming, but they will be caught off guard. Be the wise and faithful servant who was found watching when the master arrives. Please him by being found FAITHFUL when he comes for us. Terrible wrath and judgement is coming, but also love that is so great your heart cannot contain it. One destiny for the evil, another destiny for the righteous. Do not be deceived, grace and peace
