As a reminder of what happened last year, Japan experienced a 7.2 quake on 3/9, two days before the 9.0 on 3/11 in the same place.
The precursor quake was a warning for the larger one that followed, when will we learn?
We do not have long to wait to find out, but if a lowly nobody like me recognizes this pattern, why do the governments not warn their people?
