Siege warfare was tough. Castles are "strongholds" and strong-holds are strong by definition. We who believe have been given the tools we need to demolish strongholds. The Lord impressed this servants mind with a picture that resembles what you see below:
2 Cor 10:4
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
The Spirit of the Lord God has impressed this servant that the time to begin siege against the many strongholds that have been established is now. Siege warfare takes time, castles are not usually brought down in a day. We must exercise patience and dogged persistence as we disassemble the castle walls that hide our evil foes.
Please do not miss a day, get down on your knees and pray. Ask the Lord to show us mercy because our enemies are very strong. If we do what we have been predestined to do, we will not be disappointed.
Rom 8
26Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. 27And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, becauseg the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good,h for those who are called according to his purpose. 29For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.
We are here for a reason in this season. The Lord did not make a mistake, it was you and me and everyone else who is in Christ today that were supposed to be facing down this great evil.
2 Peter 1:3
His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue.
