What The Shemitah Has Taught Us

The Shemitah cycle has been alive and well for decades if not longer.  Brother Cahn has proven this extensively in his book and videos.  The most interesting part is, the Shemitah cycle is affecting everyone, not just Israel.  This has been a point of emphasis here for a few days now.  It does not matter if someone things they are exempt because they think they are not "under the law."  It does not matter if they do not believe anything in the Old Testament applies to them.  The cycle and its impacts have affected everyone.  If you have a bank account, or money in any investment account or if you are involved in the world economy in any way, it affects you.


What is coming up this fall is a Jubilee which in essence is a super-Shemitah.  What happens during a Jubilee?  Debts are cancelled and slaves are released.  According to legendary forecaster Martin Armstrong, the next major crisis to hit this world will be a bond (debt) crisis.  Government bonds are in the process of pumping (up) in preparation for a catastrophic dump (down).  All of this is to happen precisely aligned with the coming Jubilee year that begins in Sept 2015.

If I did not know the time of Jacob's trouble was coming I would almost say we should all rejoice.   The world economy is built upon debt and debt is slavery.  The entire world system is built upon economic slavery and this current system is about to be wiped out by the Lord's super-cycles called the Shemitah and Jubilee.

As brother Jonathan Cahn explains in his videos, the Shemitah and Jubilee were designed as a blessing but when the people are disobedient and defiant it becomes are curse.  Are the people of this world living in obedience or disobedience to the Lord's commands?  They are disobedient.  So what is coming?  More of the curse.  Why do I say more?  Because as past Shemitah cycles have shown the economy is being wiped out in pieces.  Moreover, other aspects of the Lord's curse on disobedient children are evident now as well.  Recently we discussed some aspects of the curses laid out in Deuteronomy 28.  Now lets look at some of the curses presented in Leviticus 26.  The curses in Leviticus 26 are laid out progressively from bad to worse.  The curse we are seeing right now (in America) is just the beginning:

Punishments for Disobedience

14“However, if you do not listen to me or obey all these commands, 15and if you break my covenant by rejecting my decrees, treating my regulations with contempt, and refusing to obey my commands, 16I will punish you. I will bring sudden terrors upon you—wasting diseases and burning fevers that will cause your eyes to fail and your life to ebb away. You will plant your crops in vain because your enemies will eat them. 17I will turn against you, and you will be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you, and you will run even when no one is chasing you!

18“And if, in spite of all this, you still disobey me, I will punish you seven times over for your sins. 19I will break your proud spirit by making the skies as unyielding as iron and the earth as hard as bronze. 20All your work will be for nothing, for your land will yield no crops, and your trees will bear no fruit.

Just look at the few underlined places in the scripture above:

1.  What do we live in today?  An age of what?  Terrorism.  That would be verse 16.

2.  It has been written here many times in the past that people do not get who they vote for, they get who they deserve.  What do the people of America and this world deserve right now?  To be ruled over by people who hate them.  That would be verse 17.

3.  What is one of the Lord's signature judgements throughout the Bible?  Drought.  Look at the entire American west and in particular California today.  That would be verse 19.

Only God Almighty could have predicted what is happening with such startling accuracy thousands of years in advance.  His Shemitah cycle and Jubilee super-cycle are hitting precisely at a time of super disobedience, wickedness and corruption.

Speaking of cycles and super-cycles we are also seeing a transition from a Gentile cycle into a Jewish one.

Luke 21.24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.


All of this business of a Shemitah and Jubilee has a decidedly Jewish flavor to it.  We have been unknowingly witnessing minor cycles bloom into a major cycle.  We are witnessing the end of a Gentile cycle and the emergence of a Jewish cycle.  Thus the prominence today of the Shemitah cycle that has become so obvious that even worldly commentators and making note of it.

 We are entering the time of Jacob's trouble. 

As with the emergence of any major cycle it does not show up one day unannounced.  No, major cycles announce themselves well in advance and they take time to transition.  Unfortunately most people do not pay attention until they are punched squarely in the face by the arrival of the new cycle then they say "who saw this coming?"

Few would debate the fact that Matt 24 is an "end times" chapter of the Bible.  When we look at that chapter what do we see?  Verse 1 Chapter 24 talks about the destruction of the temple.  The temple-decidedly Jewish (not Church centric).  Verse 15-the abomination, where?  The temple, decidedly Jewish (not Church centric).  What are the final 7 years called?  The time of Jacob's trouble-decidedly Jewish (not Church centric).  What are we witnessing this very day?  The transition out of the Gentile cycle into the Jewish cycle as evidenced by among other things the return to prominence of the Shemitah and Jubilee.

Do we see this reflected in the book of Revelation?  You bet we do.  Revelation has 22 chapters.  The church is specifically mentioned by name in Rev 2-3 then it is specifically mentioned no more.

 By the time we reach chapter 7 of 22 chapters the Lord is calling out entirely, completely, wholly Jewish members and tribes.  Again the wave or cycle shifts from Gentile to Jew.

Will there be Christians participating in the time of Jacob's trouble?  Sure but it was not meant for them.  We have the entire New Testament that includes the Words of our Lord Jesus Himself along with all the apostles and nowhere in there do we read about "the time of the Church's trouble?"  No?  Why not?  Because the entire Church age has been the time of the Church's trouble starting with Christians being fed to lions to all the martyr's and saints of Christ being subjected to the most vile treatment known to man up to the present day persecution of Christians throughout the world in every country of the world including America.

We were told to pray for escape because there is an escape from what is coming.

Luke 21:34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

We were given Noah and Lot as examples:

Luke 17:26And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Did Noah escape all that was about to happen to him?  Yes
Did Lot escape all that was about to happen to him?  Yes

(And they both did it with their families by the way)

So too we are told to pray for escape.  Those who preach and teach that there is no escape from all that is coming are probably right concerning themselves, but not us.  They preach that somebody has to be in the tribulation to convert others etc.  What better people to do it than those who preach it!  (this is just my opinion) but what is not opinion is the Lord blesses and rewards people according to their faith and/or belief.  What we believe or do not believe matters!

Matt 8:13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.


The time of transition is upon us, it is right at the door.  Starting this year the economy will begin its final descent into oblivion.  What will arise out of the economic ashes will be a system that includes the mark of the beast to be able to buy or sell anything.

We have a hope based on the New Testament promise of Old Testament fact.  Noah and Lot escaped all of what was about to happen to them.  Let us pray as obedient children in accordance with the command given to us by our Lord through the Holy Spirit:

36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Noah, Escape, Rapture, Door

Long ago I stopped trying to debate those who believe something else about the rapture of the Church.  If someone's faith tells them they will be here during the tribulation period, who am I to argue with them.  That same faith they have in being here during the time of Jacob's trouble may ensure that they do indeed stay here.  As they believe so they receive.

This post is not for those people.  We should have one overriding desire, to know the truth.  What does the Word say and what does our faith say?  Two different people can read the same verse of scripture and walk away with two different meanings as we have seen over and over again with the rapture.  What we believe matters.

Matt 8:13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that moment.

What does the Word say?

Psalm 27

1The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

2When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came on me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

3Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

4One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.

5For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up on a rock.

I see language like this throughout the Word of God.  What is He telling us?  He is a real shelter.  We do not have to spritualize any language here.  He said it, He meant it.

What happened with Noah?  In the time of trouble was he hidden away?  Yes, just like Psalm 27 says.

What else do we know about Noah?  He is directly connected to the unknown day and unknown hour:

Matt 24:36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

We should pay particular attention to this:

38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Which refers to this:

Genesis 6:11In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 12And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. 13In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

What are we being told?  The very day it began to rain, Noah went into the ark.  That is the way it happened back then, and that is the way it will happen again.  We know with absolute certainty, not some man's opinion but God's Word tells us it will happen this way again:

38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

We are given the same angle on the Word by Luke here:

Luke 21:34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Contrasting all the protests I hear from people who cry day and night that we must take the tribulation on the chin and endure all its horrors, I see alot of escapism in the Word of God.

Pray for escape?  That is precisely what our Lord told us to do.

Like who?  Like Noah, Noah is the example given.

Hide?  Yes, that is what the Lord told us here:

5For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up on a rock.

A Door:

Gen 7:16And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.

Keys?   Keys go into doors...

Rev 3:7And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

8I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
Noah went through an open door and the Lord shut him into the ark.  As it was, so it will be again.  A door will be open and no man can shut it (who shut the door of the Ark?  The Lord shut it)

Rev 4:1After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter

What is the bottom line?

What is coming will be like the days of Noah.  It was business as usual right up to the very day that Noah entered the ark and it began to rain.  We are seeing this around us today.  Yes, we see the storm clouds on the horizon, they appear to be directly overhead.  Does this match what the Lord said would happen according to the days of Noah?  It matches exactly. 

There was a door in the ark, there will be a door open in heaven.  What are doors used for?  People go through them.  This fact alone sorely vexes the pre-wrath and post-trib rapture believers.  How can they account for the doors in Rev 3 and 4?  It is an undeniable fact that people move through doors that is their stated purpose and yet we read nothing from the antagonists to explain to us who is moving through these doors?

It is not enough to speculate who is moving through the doors open in heaven.  The Bible has to prove it.  In Rev 3 and 4 there are doors open in heaven.  In Rev 5, there are "24" elders who have this testimony:

and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Can people out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation=24?
The key word there is "every."

Every kindred?  Yea, thats more than 24
Every tongue? Yea, thats more than 24
Every people?  Yea, thats more than 24
Every nation?  Yea, thats more than 24

A door was open in heaven in Rev 3 and Rev 4, then in Rev 5 we have a group of people from every kindred, tongue, people and nation in heaven.  In Rev 4 we read that these men have white rainment and crowns of gold.  Crowns?  Yes, that means they have been judged already.

 1 Peter 5:4 And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive ... And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

 Revelation 3:11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so ... I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown

 Again, what is the point?  Someone is escaping something if there are men with crowns on their head in Rev 4, period.  How did they get into heaven and judged before the entirety of the tribulation starts if we all have to suffer through the tribulation?  If I can find just one example of where their theory (pre-wrath, post-trib) is wrong then it calls the entire theory into question.

The 24 elders in heaven in Rev 4-5 with crowns on their head did not and will not go through the tribulation from Rev 6 onward.  Why not?  How did they escape?  How does this fit into the theories of no escape, no hiding, no place of refuge we hear day and night from those who preach themselves into the tribulation?

Why should we say no to debate?  Because we are all about to find out who is right.  Events will prove out exactly that the Lord meant every Word of what He said.

What if I have it all wrong and there is no pre-trib rapture?  My faith is in Christ, I soldier on.  That's it. 

What if the pre-wrath and post-trib folks are wrong and there is a pre-trib rapture?  They might have a real problem.  If they receive according to their belief (and we know the Lord respects faith and belief) then they could end up in the tribulation when they could have escaped.

As a people we must know our God.  Noah escaped the flood, Israel escaped from Egypt, Israel will escape again:

Revelation 12:6 The woman fled into the wilderness to a place ... The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by  God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.

So how exactly do these ^^ people get to escape the horrors of the tribulation but all the rest of us are supposed to suck it up and take it on the chin (according to the antagonists)?

This is the difference between what God says and what men say.  Is there an escape?  Yes.  Are we told to pray for it?  Yes.  Will Christians be on earth during the tribulation?  Yes. 

Will all Christians who ever lived be on earth during the tribulation? NO.  That is a ridiculous question because Christians will die out of this world as we always have right up to the day of the tribulation beginning.  There is an escape we are told to pray for.  That escape is an escape from "all that is about to happen."  Let your faith decide for you what "all that is about to happen" means.

There are people preaching and teaching and raging until the veins pop out in their neck that there is no escape from the tribulation. 

Who are the most likely candidates for Christians populating the tribulation?  These people ^^.

As it was, so it will be again.  We were told to pray for escape from all that is about to happen.  I propose we do exactly that:

36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

If the Lord told us to pray for escape and there are legions of people doing the exact opposite (not praying for escape and actively teaching there is no escape), what will become of them?  It is a question worth pondering.

Time Is Short

Guess what tomorrow is?  3/20/15 and the day of the sackcloth sun/solar eclipse.  Yesterday I was almost overwhelmed with the signals all coming in at once that everything is about to turn upside down.  The stock market and the dollar both saw huge swings yesterday, there have been massive military exercises by both Russia and the United States, the weather is acting up something awful and then this morning I see this:

Things are becoming very clear, very fast.  We have done alot of waiting in the past but it appears that our waiting will be over soon.  Back a few years ago I thought that time was short but events were not anywhere close to as intense as they are today.

Putting dates and times on things has always always always led to failure, by 100% of the people who have predicted a date or time.  We can however suspect that the time is close.  We would have to be fools not to open our eyes at the signs we are seeing today.

And if what was mentioned above was not enough, I also came across this story that went almost unmentioned that related to brother Cahn's teaching about the Shemitah year.  If you dont know what the shemitah is, it can be a blessing or a curse every seven years for a nation.  For the United States it has been an economic curse/judgement every 7 years going back to the 1970's.  This fall will be another shemitah year.  This idea of 7 years is tied into everything from the shemitah, to the tribulation period (7 years) to Pharaoh's dream of 7 lean and 7 fat years.

Pharaoh dreamt of 7 cows that were fat and 7 that were lean or starving, and Joseph interpreted that dream to mean the 7 years of plenty and 7 years of famine right?  Well, this past year on the exact date of the beginning of this shemitah year (9/25) the AP reported on a cow that was born with a 7 on its head!

The only thing the Lord could do to emphasize more to us that what He said was going to happen is going to happen would be to appear physically before us and tell us the time is here.  The time is here.

Its time to make final preparations to meet our master.  Pray, clean up any junk thats hanging around in your life, prepare to meet the Master.  Could we have more time left?  History tells us that nothing will happen for as long as we live, but the signs all around us beg to differ.

A Time of Prosperity

According to what the Lord tells us, this writer believes "the snare" will come at a time of prosperity:

Luke 21:34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be weighed down with carousing, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36Watch therefore, and pray always, that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

What did the Lord warn us about to avoid the snare?
1. Carousing
2. Drunkenness
3. The cares of this life

What did He not warn us would weigh our hearts down?
1. Grinding poverty
2. Being hunted down by the anti-christ
3. Global economic meltdown
4. etc etc

Do you think if the anti-christ was hunting you down every day to take your head off, that might weigh your heart down a little bit?  Uh...yea.  No warning of that though.  What do carousing and drunkenness and the cares of this life appear to point to?  A normal time, a time of relative prosperity.  How can we arrive at this conclusion?  When people have what they want from this world, they forget the Lord

Hosea 13:6 When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were ...

When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.

According the the Word, we should be on high alert when we are living in days like today.  When do people cry out to the Lord?  When they are in trouble and oppressed

Exodus 3:7 The LORD said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my ...

... Then the LORD said, “I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters.

When do they forget the Lord?  When they have what they want from this world.

These are the days, today when our eyes should be carefully trained on the Lord.  Who knows when the Lord will show up and call us to account?

Matthew 24:44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man ...

So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

The Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.  Not the world, you...

The signs are all around us that this world is circling the drain of history and the wrath of the Lord will soon be upon it.  For years, we followed those signs here but the Lord instructed this writer to give it a break.  Why?  Long suffering and patience were not served by it.  How so?  Nobody can stay on the razors edge of preparedness all the time.  We have to find a sustainable, every day level of readiness that can be maintained until a. we die, or b. the Lord shows up.

Raising our expectations over and over only to have nothing happen over and over leads to discouragement.  The enemy loves this, it does not serve us well.  Should we pay attention to the signs all around us?  Sure, they were sent for a reason but we must temper them with longsuffering patience.  What did the Lord tell us?

Rev 3:7And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things says he that is holy, he that is true, he that has the key of David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens;

8I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.

9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

10Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

11Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that no man take your crown.

Because we have kept the word of His what?  Patience.......We are running a marathon, not a sprint.  Great is our reward if we finish the race "in Christ."  Keep the faith, expect to suffer in your patience expecting a payoff for your efforts.  The absolute best this world has to offer, money, power, sex, whatever does not even compare to a shadow of what we have waiting for us.

1 Cor 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Confirming The Escape From All

I will just leave out the word rapture so there is no argument whatsoever about what we are talking about.  What has the Lord told us to do and promised us?

He told us to pray for this:

Luke 21:34“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. 35For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

Now, we know there are many in the world who tell us there is no escape and we should not pray for it.  They directly contradict the Lord's own command on and promise.  We recently saw confirmation that the Lord will keep His Word to keep our foot from being snared and now we confirm it from a different angle.

Those who argue against the Lord's Word in Luke 21:34-36 tell us that somehow we deserve or 'need' to go through the snare, and the trials and tribulation stored up in the days to come.  The problem is, for every reason they give there is a counter reason what this will not happen.  Take this for example:

Prov 11:8The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked comes in his stead.

This is the Word of the Lord ^^ here.  Not my opinion or speculation.  So let me ask a simple question.  The elders seated in heaven who are redeemed and rewarded men (Rev 4.4) from every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; (Rev 5:9).


Did they escape all that was about to happen in the book of Revelation?  We see these redeemed and rewarded men in heaven from every tongue tribe and nation before any of the seals have been opened, did they escape all?  They most certainly did.  Were they 'delivered out of trouble' and the wicked left knee deep in it instead?  Yes.

Some would say "ok but that is just the 24 elders, not the rest of us."  They fail to solve the math problem presented in in Rev 5.9.  Math problem?  Yea, let's do some simple addition:

How many kindreds are there on earth right now?
How many different languages are there on earth right now?
How many different peoples are there on earth right now?
How many different nations are there on earth right now?

Go ahead and add up whatever numbers you get from the questions above and you tell me if the answer is greater than 24......

As a final nail in the coffin of the arguments we hear, when we read the Words of the Lord to the churches in Rev 2-3, do we see any language whatsoever of the righteous 'needing' to perfect their righteousness or having to be in the tribulation to 'witness to the wicked/lost' or any of the other litany of reasons given by the deniers? No, we don't see anything remotely close to that.  What we do read is there is a church that will be kept from the hour of trial, and its the same church that sees an open door, and that same open door is seen in Rev 4.1 and that door is in heaven which proves being kept is not on earth, and further proof of not being kept on earth is a number of redeemed men in heaven from every kindred, language, people and nation in Rev 5 before any of the seals are opened.

We don't have to be creative, we just have to read the Word like a 4th grader would, simple and straightforward.  Escape all, open door in heaven, redeemed and rewarded men in heaven, then all hell breaks loose.

Comet ISON: Red Team Analysis

Red teaming in the military and intelligence world is looking at a situation from the enemy's point of view.  Since we are looking at enemy produced material, it must be heavily discounted.

We know for a fact that the enemy has a goal of misinforming us through heavy doses of disinformation.  That said, look at this video and an associated website:

What can we make of this?  The enemy troops believe their 'messiah' is coming and ISON is the sign of his coming.

We saw similar material come out surrounding ELENIN so we will not make the same mistake twice.  Why even present this if we are to heavily discount it?  The signs of the appearance of anti-Christ are everywhere although we are not looking for him.  We are looking for the appearance of Jesus Christ.

2 Thess 2:7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. If the appearance of the anti-Christ is soon, the blessed hope must be right at the door.

I know there are many in the world who violently oppose the idea of an escape from all (Luke 21:36) rapture.  These people believe that somehow they are positioned better than we are to deal with the horrors of the tribulation.  If my faith is in Jesus Christ, and I believe that it is His power that sustains me from day to day now, how exactly would that change if I was in error regarding the timing of the rapture?  Would I blame the Lord for my error in judgement?  The same faith that gets the believer in Christ through today would also get them through each day of the tribulation (if we were intended to go through it).

As I see how the end time landscape is developing I understand in greater detail how much faith each individual will need to get through each day.  It is going to take miracle level faith to survive each day.  Why?  No food, no water, an anti-Christ government, an anti-Christ hateful population, the mark of the beast, war, plague, and natural destruction that defies comprehension.  How will anyone survive such an ordeal?  It will take divine power and faith unknown to most in this generation.

The Lord performs miracles today, this brother can testify to that fact.  Over and over and over again the Lord has proven Himself to this nobody so that I can testify to you.  The Lord meant what He said.  His power has not diminished.  His promises are still in effect but who believes enough to receive on those promises?  This nobody who writes to you is the least of the brothers who are in Christ.  Anything and everything done for this nobody can and will be done for you.  Question is, what do you have the faith for?  We receive according to our belief.  That is a Biblical proven fact.

Matthew 8:13 

Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that moment

Or let me ask you if non-believers will inherit the kingdom of heaven?  If they do not believe the promises of salvation will they receive it?  You be the judge.  Likewise, those who have no faith for an escape from all, as it is clearly written in Luke 21:36, will they receive on the promise they have argued against for years?  I am just asking, you decide?  What we believe matters, which is why the enemy desperately tries to destroy our faith in the promises.  The Lord delivers on His promises.....

A key question I have for anyone who questions when the rapture will take place is why the Lord chose to put that word "all" in there.  It is terribly vexing for those who tell us there is no escape from what is coming.  Notice the Lord puts this statement at the end of Luke 21.  What did the Lord explain to us in Luke 21?  The entire tribulation period?  Yea.  And after explaining all of it what did He say?  Pray that you may be counted worthy to escape ALL of it.  I didn't put the words in there HE did.  I dd not put that statement at the end, HE did.  I am amazed at how many people fail to take the Lord at His Word.

We all go through trials and tribulations in this life but not THE tribulation.  The tribulation/time of JACOB's trouble is a time that millions and millions and millions of Christians who have died in Christ will NEVER go through because they died before it happened.  And yet somehow, we the end time Church are destined for it?  Come on now, please help me understand how the majority of the Church who has died in Christ did not have to endure "the" tribulation, but we do?  Show me in the Bible where the end time Church has to prove we are "worthy" but all those who have died in Christ before us did not.  The argument is nonsense.

More Evidence of the Approach of the Destroyer

These space rocks are coming from somewhere, and they just keep coming.  Read Revelation 8, we are certain there are many more flaming rocks headed toward earth.

Here is some evidence you may not have thought about:  Fukushima.  According to this article the entire Pacific Ocean will be radioactively poisoned in 6 years (its already been over 2 years) so less than 4 years till complete contamination.  How is this evidence for the approach of the destroyer?

Have you ever wondered why the governments of the world have not insisted on intervening in the Fukushima disaster?  The Japanese have turned away offers of Russian assistance but why have we (the U.S.) and other governments not insisted by force that Japan will accept international help?  The United States and Russia and China all know that Fukushima is polluting the entire planet, so why would they sit back and allow Japan to falter?

The only reasonable explanation is they know an extinction level event is coming, that would undo any fix made to Fukushima.  They know that when the pole shift occurs many other reactors will melt down as well.  Think really hard about it.  There is one and only one reasonable explanation for allowing the worst nuclear disaster in world history to spread radioactive death unabated.

In less than 4 years the entire Pacific will be radioactive, all of it.  What does that mean for shipping and transportation?  All the ships that travel the Pacific will be contaminated and who will want to sail ships in the Pacific if they float on a pool of radioactive water?  What happens to seafood?  Who will want to eat any of it from any ocean once the Pacific is glowing like a light bulb?  Think about the implications and you will understand what the powers that be already understand, the clock is ticking.  They know the destroyer is inbound and what they have failed to do regarding Fukushima is proof positive of it.

If you want an idea of how short time really is look at that nuclear disaster in Japan that is already the world's problem.  One particle of hot material the size of a pin head, if you ingest it, will put you in your grave decades ahead of time.  Time is indeed short and the indicators are everywhere.

If the Lord does not come soon, there will be no souls left to play out the end time drama we know is ahead of us.

And the signals just keep coming in.  Sounds from the heavens, major earthquakes, wars and rumors of wars, next week is the Feast of Trumpets/Rosh Hashanah, comet ISON is inbound, lunar tetrad and solar eclipses on the Lord's feast days and after that or in that general time from 2015?  Some other large destructive celestial body should be making its presence known.

Times and dates are the things no man can get right, only the Lord knows exactly when things will happen.  The appearance of so many signs around us should have us on high alert.  The Lord told us to be watching at all times and ready.  Ready for what?  His appearance.  No, not the 'second coming' but His appearance in the clouds and the sounding of the trumpet that calls us home, also known as the blessed hope.

What if the Lord calls us all home next week during the feast of trumpets?  How wonderful would that be?  Is it possible?  Oh yes.  That is why year after year we remember the Lord's promise that an escape from all that is about to happen is available to those found worthy of it (Luke 21:36).

36 Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.

Football, War, Rapture, Tribulation

If you study professional football players, you know they are some of the best athletes in the world. They work very hard in the off season to prepare for the games during the season. One of the things almost all of them will tell you is, there's no way to simulate exactly the intensity of the "real game." You can scrimmage, you can play off season games, but when the time for the real games comes, there's just nothing that compares with that intensity.

The same thing goes for soldiers. The best of the best, special forces, delta force, seals, all of them will tell you that regardless how hard you train, how grueling the regimen, there's nothing that can truly prepare you for real war. When real bullets are flying at your head by someone who really wants to kill you, you know the difference and its huge.

This brings us to the rapture/escape from all. There are scoffers in the world today who tell us there is no rapture. They tell us there is no escape, or they tell us that we will take most of the time of Jacob's trouble on the chin, and maybe we'll miss out on a tiny bit of the tribulation. These scoffers tell us that we who believe the bible literally are putting people at a disadvantage because they won't be ready for the tribulation when it comes. Here's a newsflash for these scoffers:

The people best prepared and positioned to face the tribulation are the least likely to ever see it.

Just like the football player and the soldier described above, we know that the coming time of testing will be more intense than anything the world has ever seen...EVER. What are these scoffers doing that "prepares" them better than us? Stocking up food? Digging a hole in the ground somewhere? There's only one preparation for the tribulation and that is faith and total belief in Jesus Christ today..PERIOD.

Guess who is looking for their master to return today? Those praying for the escape from all, which by the way is not a "cult" idea, its written clearly in Luke 21:36. Pray for the escape, if people cannot fathom words written so clearly and laid out so plainly how do they ever expect to understand the real mysteries of God. Mystery, is that what I said? Yea, the scoffer cannot grasp the plain meaning of praying for an escape from all, how can they ever hope to grasp the deeper things, the mysteries of God? Which mysteries? How about this one:

1 Cor 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed

The scoffer tells us that "rapture" isn't written anywhere in the bible. My answer? So what? 1 Cor 15:51-52 is written in the bible, call that event whatever you want, next objection please?

Back to this statement:

The people best prepared and positioned to face the tribulation are the least likely to ever see it.

Who are these people who are best prepared to face the tribulation? They are those who are "in Christ" today, who live for their master day in and day out, who seek to please him, and most importantly are watching for his return today. What's going to happen to all these servants who willfully disobey the command to be watching and ready TODAY for the Lord's return? Do you think things are going to go well for them?

The faith to overcome the obstacles of life today, is the same faith required in the coming days to face the tribulation. Our source for everything is Jesus Christ, that counts for today and everyday in the future, so...remind me again how the scoffers of escaping from all hold a superior position to ours?

I remember debating a pre-wrath guy one time and I asked him a couple very simple questions that he could not answer:

1. Why do you refuse to pray to escape all that's about to happen as you have been commanded to by our Lord?

and

2. Why do you willfully disobey the command to WATCH for our Lord's return today and everyday?

His only response was "you need to read my book." So let me understand this, I need to read an entire book "(written by men) in order to understand why the bible does'nt really say what it appears to clearly say? Notice that no counterbalancing scriptures were referenced by this guy, his suggestion was for me to read his book so I could understand what God "really" says. Uhhh, no thanks. ( I actually did read it, but after all that work found zero to convince me that the Word of God reads any differently than plainly stated. There is an escape from all coming, that's a fact. We are commanded to pray for it, that's a fact. We are told to watch, TODAY, over and over again, that's a fact, and these facts lay waste to the arguments made by men that take entire books to make, and end up flat on their face in the end.

There are no good arguments against watching and being ready for our Lord's appearance today, NONE. This one point alone is enough to demolish legions of scoffers and detractor's arguments and doctrines. The next time you debate a scoffer, pin them down on the two questions listed above 1. are you praying for the escape? no? why not? 2. are you watching today? no? why not? When they tell you that you need to read a book (other than the bible) to understand what the bible clearly says, dismiss them and their arguments.

Why I stopped debating

The Lord showed me something interesting about one of his experiences. Remember when the devil tempted Jesus in the desert? What did Jesus do? He replied with the word of God, but here's the part that applies to us today, he CUTOFF the debate. Can you imagine if Jesus would have allowed satan to go on and on and on out in the desert? There would have been no new testament written because the devil would still be spamming Jesus with ridiculous and contradictory arguments to this very day!

I spent my time answering the same things from different people over and over again. The truth is out there, I have answered the questions for myself and the scoffers, but they are'nt listening. They ask not to receive an answer, but to justify their own positions, so on and on it goes with no end till the world ends. I have willingness to repeat myself over and over again, what I do not have is time. I have been sent to warn people, and to remind people of what has already been written in plain language in the bible. To that end, the critic can search this blog and the pages of others who are wiser than myself for answers if they really want them (but the don't).

Jesus did not entertain Satan's accusations and bible twisting endlessly and I no longer suffer endless debates that go nowhere anymore. Time is the most precious commidity today, not money or anything else. If satan or his servants can pin you down in an endless debate cycle, your time to do what the Lord would have you do goes down the drain, thats a victory for the enemy. Jesus cut satan off, you should too. I spend time on my knees in the morning, if/when I need correcting the God who created eternity is more than able to jerk my chain. He's done it before, I know he is more than able..

Those of us who believe that an escape from all is coming, because the word of God tells us to pray for it, have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain from our positioning in this struggle. If we were wrong about the rapture/escape it does'nt matter. Our resource tomorrow is our resource today, Jesus Christ period.

If, however, the scoffer, the mid-pre-wrath, post trib, and no rapture at all believers are wrong, they are positioned terribly. We have nothing to lose, they have ALOT to lose. If we must indeed pray for the escape and be watching today in order to be part of the escape, then these scoffers bought themselves tickets into the tribulation when it did'nt have to be that way. As you believe it will happen, that's how it will be done unto you..thats what Jesus told the centurion, the man with the greatest faith Jesus had met up till that day.

Those who believe there is no escape are correct up to a point. There will be no escape for them...

Faith, belief, prayer, these are the things on my heart today. Only the Lord really knows what today and tomorrow hold for us, but he has not left us blind, we have his word. The scoffers and accusers will not be around on judgement day for your accounting to the Lord. You will answer for you, they will answer for themselves. What you believe shapes your destiny. How much faith do you have and what are you using it for? Faith that is not applied is like money buried in the ground collecting no interest. Remember the parable of the talents?

Return to the fundamentals of the faith. Forget everything men ever taught you about Jesus and the kingdom of heaven, pick up your bibles and fall in love with him anew today. Men can study till blue in the face, but if they do not really know the Son of God they will get no closer to the truth than when they started. Knowledge of the Holy One is the beginning of wisdom and understanding. There are many in this world today who do not know him, don't bother arguing with them:

Matt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Putting Today in Context

With all the things going on in the world today, we can find comfort in knowing what the future holds. We don't have to guess like everyone else. Our Father tells us the end from the beginning. What has our Father told us to expect next?

Looking at the book of revelation, it appears this is the sequence for the beginning of the end:

Rev 1,2,3 Jesus speaking to the churches-----------GET RIGHT AND STAY RIGHT
Rev 4 A door open in heaven, come up here-------THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH
Rev 5 A FEW....REDEEMED MEN IN HEAVEN from every tribe tongue and nation, AND a SLAIN BODY in heaven-----see Luke 21:37---rapture rapture rapture written all over it
Rev 6 Jesus (not satan) opens the SEALS and the tribulation horrors are unleashed

There are those who say that today is just like 'bad times' in years past, and we'll 'get through this' like we always have in the past. At least, thats what they are hoping for. I would argue that today is NOTHING LIKE the bad times of yesteryear, and WE AINT SEEN NOTHING YET for 'bad times.' Even the most optimistic of the financial prognosticators on TV are now acknowledging that we are now in a mess that wont be over anytime soon. Again, financially speaking, there have NEVER been CDS-credit default swaps, derivatives and the other casino style financial instruments that now exist to threaten the entire world financial system. It will take a MIRACLE to prevent total, absolute financial COLLAPSE in this world in the near future, that is..over the next 12 months or so.

What will happen if the entire world financial system collapses? CHAOS
Men in positions of power in todays world believe in ORDER OUT OF CHAOS. That order will be instituted by the man of sin, also known as the anti-christ.

So....without having to get into any complex hypothesizing, we can see the very real, very possible, very IN YOUR FACE tribulation world. Its right there, not down the road, RIGHT THERE in front of YOU. Theres no question in my mind that our Lord, who IS IN CHARGE, can extend or shorten the timeline to match his will so its impossible to nail down anything. The bible tells us if we dont watch, he will show up, come upon us 'like a thief' but if we ARE watching, it should not be like that. Can't you see it coming?

With 1000 point drops in a day for the stock market, things could get very ugly in a matter of days...any day now. Something else to note about these last days we are living in today is how naturally things seem to flow together. When you read the bible, there are many dramatic events in there that would make you think 'hmmm, surely if people see THAT happen, they'll know that GOD did it.' Not so fast....the world and the devil are actively spinning/lieing events to explain them away as anything BUT bible prophesy being fulfilled. So standing here on earth, things look like bad days on earth, but not necessarily END TIMES bad days. You have to be WATCHING to see whats really going on.

The next event to happen is the pre-tribulation rapture of A FEW true believers who are left on this earth. There are many on earth today who call themselves christians but are carrying ALOT of baggage and probably will not make it out. Only half the virgins in Matt 25 were READY when the bridegroom showed up. From what I've seen throughout the bible, the numbers are much fewer than half. It's always a REMNANT that is spared. The masses never seem to 'get it'....ever. Things have become so volatile now, that any day now things can flip upside down, just like that..BANG, in one day. The two most proximate events are RAPTURE and WAR. The WAR piece includes the anti-christ being revealed and the peace treaty made with Israel, which is how the world should KNOW that the anti-christ is among them. That's also the event that starts the 7 year clock to Jesus return on the mount of olives.

We don't have to guess what the future holds, we already know. Rev 1-3 is Jesus speaking to the churches, telling them where they stand and what they need to do to be RIGHT STANDING with him. Righteousness is right standing. What is the Spirit saying to the churches TODAY? Read Rev 2-3. Thats where we are today. Thats where we will stay until Jesus flips the page over to Rev 4, OPENS THE DOOR IN HEAVEN AND SAYS.............COME UP HERE.

The message to you today is not a new one, its an old one: REPENT for the kingdom of heaven is near. If you are "in Christ" the kingdom of heaven is INSIDE YOU. He is the vine, you are a branch. "IN the vine" you are saved. If you are a branch that the Father CUTS OFF and throws into the fire......well, you figure out what that means (John 15). Time is short, keep the faith, be strong. The Lord is with us and in us, of whom should we be afraid?

Who Are We to Deserve This?

Having then a great high priest, who hath passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we have not a high priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but one that hath been in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace to help us in time of need.

Think about this for a moment, we are granted access to the throne of the Creator of the Universe.....think about it................How honored would people feel if they were granted access to the president or prime minister of a country? And who are they compared to the Creator of all things? How blessed are we who believe and obey, to have a High Priest like the Son of God, who loves us. It strains the mind to grasp it. Time is short, be watching, be ready-brother D
