Why should subjects of the kingdom of God be getting involved in the kingdom affairs of this world ie-politics? The prince of this world is satan and the governments of this world belong to him. There are all these people claiming to be christians who say that they want to "take back" governments for God, but is that what God told them to do or what some man decided to do?
John 18:36Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place."
Our kingdom is not of this world. The people of this world will fight their own fights and politik their own politics, those are not issues for us. Our duty rather is to:
Matthew 6:33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
The people of this world chase after and are interested in things of this world, we as aliens and strangers here, should be seeking the advancement of our Father's kingdom which is not of this world.
