The Church by any other name is not the church

Who gave anyone the authority to call a group of believers by any name other than the name that has already been given to the church? No man has been given authority to label any group of believers by any name, have they? Those true believers in the Jesus Christ of the bible are one body, one church. The moment any person names a group of people by any name, if they come up with a statement of faith etc, they have separated themselves from the one true body of Christ which is the church. Our ‘statement of faith’ is everything written in the bible, that's it. No man or woman has been given the biblical authority to call any group of believers anything but ‘the church’ or ‘the body of Christ’ because that’s what the bible says true believers are. Anyone calling themselves a Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Catholic, Mormon, Calvinist, church of God, faith tabernacle, abc bible church etc etc etc is part of something different apart from the one true church, THE CHURCH, which is the body of Christ.

Jesus Greater Than Moses 1Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess. 2He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all God's house. 3Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. 4For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything. 5Moses was faithful as a servant in all God's house, testifying to what would be said in the future. 6But Christ is faithful as a son over God's house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast.

GOD'S HOUSE IS NOT A BUILDING ..WE ARE GOD'S HOUSE
Building monuments and empires for the glorification of man (idolatry)- Who ever told any man to build a building for the church to assemble in? if a group of believers feels that they must have a building to meet in, fine, there is no instruction against this however, what happens the moment “bills” start rolling in to sustain this building? Now somebody needs money and lots of it. Money is not evil, but the pursuit of money is the root of all kinds of evil. What start happening, men pervert the gospel in all kinds of different ways to keep believers under guilt, under the law, and generally under pressure to give.
