Preparatory Prayer, Finish Strong

The Lord has impressed this writer with a couple thoughts that need to stick with him in the days ahead:

1. Finish Strong
2. Preparatory Prayer

Starting with item 2 above, we need to get out ahead of the events of our day with preparatory prayer. The Lord explains things to me in military terms because thats the way my brain processes things. Preparatory prayer is like sending out reconnaissance teams ahead of you so you do not get ambushed by events.

Preparatory prayer is like shelling an objective with artillery before sending in the ground troops so we minimize casualties. Preparatory prayer is like using a radio to order in more supplies before you need them.

The Lord has impressed this writer that we need to get out ahead of events with our prayers. This writer has prayed for example, that his family will not die of radioactivity. This writer has prayed that should the Lord tarry, he will not die a violent death from earthquakes, floods, tsunami, etc. This writer has offered preparatory prayer for peace and quietness. Get out ahead of events, PRAY. This writer is seeing daily answers to prayer. The testimony of this writer is this:

The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.-James 5:16

Not that this writer is anything but God's Words are true. PRAY without ceasing. Take action, any action with the strength you have left today. The Lord knows we are weak, but dont give up. Fight the exhaustion and tiredness and confusion and everything else that hinders. Don't give up.

All of this^^ brings us to point 1 above-finish strong. How we finish strong is by prayer and the Word of God. Pray for the things you need. Pray anticipatory prayers. Do not wait for events to happen to you, through your prayer, you happen to events. Lay the groundwork of your future through preparatory prayer. Ask for what you need. Seek, knock, ask. We do not have because we do not ask.

Lean on the Lord. Try to wear Him out :-). Lift up a river of prayer to the throne room. Let all the angels be amazed at the river of prayer that never seems to stop coming up from the earth from your location. Impress the Lord with your persistence and faith. Remember, the Lord can be impressed:

Luke 7:1When He had completed all His discourse in the hearing of the people, He went to Capernaum.
2And a centurion’s slave, who was highly regarded by him, was sick and about to die. 3When he heard about Jesus, he sent some Jewish elders asking Him to come and save the life of his slave. 4When they came to Jesus, they earnestly implored Him, saying, “He is worthy for You to grant this to him; 5for he loves our nation and it was he who built us our synagogue.” 6Now Jesus started on His way with them; and when He was not far from the house, the centurion sent friends, saying to Him, “Lord, do not trouble Yourself further, for I am not worthy for You to come under my roof; 7for this reason I did not even consider myself worthy to come to You, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed. 8“For I also am a man placed under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, ‘Go!’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come!’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this!’ and he does it.” 9Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled at him, and turned and said to the crowd that was following Him, “I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such great faith.” 10When those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the slave in good health.

Let us finish strong. Let us run the race with persistence and perseverance and faith and love. Let us above all else pray and stay in the Word of God. Let us encourage one another as we are told to in the Word:

1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other
up, just as in fact you are doing.

These are the things this writer hears the Lord God saying today. Grace and peace

The Removal of Restraint

2 Thess 2 Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things? 6And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way.

This writer believes the Lord shared something with him yesterday. That is, restraint is progressively being lifted. The Lord often works progressively. He reveals His truth in the bible progressively. He changes lives progressively, and now it appears that the removal of restraint is occurring progressively.

What would a progressive removal of restraint do to and for the world. What it would do to the world is expose the world to what is coming. You can think of this as a foretaste of whats to come. This is also a great act of mercy. The Lord is not throwing people straight into the fire of tribulation, rather the world is being given a taste of what "the" tribulation is going to be like in advance. Those who are watching and take notice, are thus given time to change their hearts and minds beforehand. Have you ever heard the phrase "forewarned is forearmed?" Also those who overpower to escape as we read in Luke 21:36 may not take part in the tribulation as a result of the mercy being shown today.

The change of heart written of above is what is being done for the world. Every ounce of mercy and grace the Lord can show, He is showing to this world right now, today. The blind, deaf and dumb might look around and say "this is mercy?" To which this writer would say "yes, it is." Those who do not have eyes to see have not seen bad yet. They believe that "recovery" is right around the corner. They do not believe that any of the unfolding tragedies in the world have caused this world to permanently 'turn the corner' of no way back. The world as people knew it just a few years ago, is gone forever.

How can this writer say the old world is gone forever? Events like what is taking place in Japan are permanent change of state events. You dont just sweep tons of radioactive dust back under a doormat somewhere and get on with life as usual. No, change is taking place. In the case of Japan, it is destructive change and that change is evidence of the removal of restraint.

This writer believes that what has happened in Japan is largely manmade, earthquake, tsunami, nuclear plant failure and all. Thing is, what man has done, was allowed. That is, enough restraint was lifted that this was permitted to happen. Whether your view is that the earthquake and resulting events were manmade or not, it was allowed to happen. Our Lord with his perfect sight into the future, knows exactly what the results of this disaster mean for mankind. Unfortunately many too many people have their heads permanently buried in the sand. This writer is amazed at how unfazed humanity is at event after event striking this world like an iron rod, and they plod on through life as though everything is fine and "this too shall pass." Newsflash for these people, the half-life of Plutonium is such that people will "pass" before the plutonium does so no, everything is not business as usual.

The removal of restraint we see happening progressively before us is a great act of mercy. The tribulation itself will be a great act of mercy. The Lord will bring hell to earth instead of men to hell to try mankind in a fire so hot that any who can be saved, will be saved through the fire. Remember the rich man and Lazarus. The rich man begged Lazarus to tell people that hell was real so they would believe and not go there. The tribulation that is coming to earth will prove how real hell can be without people having to actually go there. That is mercy. An an eternity in heaven as the result of a finite time of trouble on earth is mercy multiplied by mercy.

The Lord has impressed this writer with a theme for today. That is, "finish strong." If there are two words that this writer believes the Lord has for us today, they are: finish strong. World events and the inner witness tell this writer that time is short. This writer plans to live the next 6 months as if they will be the churches last 6 months on earth. This fall the feast of trumpets has RAPTURE written all over it. Am I predicting anything? No. What if the Lord does not come back for us tomorrow or this fall? Easy, I keep patiently waiting for Him. Despite the foolishness that affects many "other tribbers" belief that we will "take the mark of the beast" or "not believe anymore" if the Lord tarries, we will continue to watch regardless of what happens. Why? Because thats what the Lord commanded us to do. How hard is that to understand?

If the tribulation starts and we are all still here, that means what? It means we continue to watch for the Lord as were commanded to. We can stop watching for the Lord when we are face to face with Him. Anyone who stops watching before that is a fool. The Lord called them fools, not me. The foolish virgins did not bring enough oil to have light. Without light you cannot see. If you cannot see you cannot watch. The Lord calls the foolish virgins fools for this thinking. No need to watch now they thought. They were wrong.

Conclusion

It does appear that we are living in the last days. The Lord appears to be progressively lifting restraint on the evil of our age so it can come out of the closet. The purpose of this progressive lifting instead of an all at once offensive of evil is to bring in those soul that can be brought in before hell does appear on earth.

There is an escape coming, thats a fact. Escape was promised, escape will be delivered. Those who wake up before the tribulation starts, may overpower to escape (Luke 21:36).

The Lord has impressed this writer with the words "finish strong." Those words have alot of meaning to this writer. Over and over again the Lord portrayed our life experience as a race. Let us finish the race with endurance and perseverance. Let us pray for all the brothers, our friends and family and ourselves that we will be given the wisdom and strength to both know the will and mind of the Lord and do His will.

The Rapture Solution

A brother has written a book that has been out for some time now which details:

1. Why the post-tribulation rapture cannot be true
2. Proves why the pre-tribulation rapture is true
3. Explains double references in the bible that harmonize different views on the rapture.<-as promised an explanation on double references in the bible. He explains it better than I can.

Result? A rock solid case for the pre-tribulation rapture. http://www.rapturesolution.com/index.htm

The major problem I see with the "Rapture Solution" is that the author appears to be so bent on reconciliation with the post-trib believers that he fails to point out the most glaring problem with their position. What is their major problem? They are not watching.....They are not watching now, and they refuse to watch at any time before the tribulation despite the fact that they know the Lord commands them to watch now. Did the Lord give the "other tribbers" the option to not watch now? No, He did not.

We who believe have been commanded to watch, but they refuse to do it and the author of the rapture solution does not think that will be a problem. This writer thinks he is absolutely wrong. What does Jesus say about those who "will not watch?" What is the reward for willful disobedience? Will people who do not believe, still receive? The foolish virgins were not ready, they were not watching (no preparatory oil= no lamp lit=cannot watch..no light) did they get to go in to the marriage feast? No, they did not. Other than completely omitting and glossing over this glaring problem with the "other tribbers" I think the author of the Rapture Solution did a fine job with the book.

I find it very hard to hold hands with someone who willfully disobeys the command to look for (now) one of the most exciting events in world history...the return of the Lord Jesus. While we are electric inside expecting our Lord to appear any moment, they are stuck like a broken record saying "anti-christ, abomination, tribulation....anti-christ, abomination, tribulation...anti-christ, abomination, tribulation." While it is true that those things are coming, they are not what we were told to be watching for. We are the bride of Christ. What are we to be looking for? The Bridegroom...

That said, give it a read. The author makes many good points.

3/27/2011

What is the Lord saying to us today? That is the question on this writer's mind. If you wonder why this writer does not post more, its because he is waiting on the Lord. You and I do not need more opinions of men, what we need is the voice of the Lord. This writer does not want to blow his own hot air back at himself, what good does that serve?

So what is the Lord saying to us today? Japan is in the midst of nuclear meltdown, the entire face of the middle east has been overturned in 3 months and its not finished yet, gas prices at close to $4 per gallon, floods all over, food prices rising etc. With this kind of world news, it would be nice to hear what the Lord has to say about it all don't you think?

In spite of all thats going on in the world, the Lord has been quiet. This writer believes that it is possible that the quiet from the Lord could be part of the "final exam" testing before we are called home to be with the Lord forever. When all hell is breaking loose on earth, and the Lords voice becomes quiet, do we still believe? Will we hang onto the Word of God in spite of the earths turmoil and our God who watches in apparent silence to test us?

The Lord has been relatively silent with this writer compared to how He has dealt with this servant in the past. The Lord has not stopped answering prayers. In fact, the answers to prayer are rolling in like a river. All this adds up to a faithful, loving God doing exactly what He said He would do in His Word. The church is being tested right now. The church has been tested for thousands of years. The church has no need of 7 years of testing during the time of Jacob's trouble. All this is further proof of the reality of the escape from all/harpazo return of the bridegroom for His bride.

If we are indeed being tested today, then lets pray for strength to pass the test placed before us. We were promised that we would never be left or forsaken:

Hebrews 13:5

... Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have,
for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Speaking of the escape from all/harpazo, the Lord brought something to this writer's attention recently about Rev 3:10:

Rev 3:10 Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

Have you ever wondered what it meant to "keep the word of My perseverance" as our Lord says in Rev 3:10? What does that mean? Looking this passage up in the lexicon yields some interesting results. What that literally says in the Greek is "because you have watched over/guarded my word with perseverance...."

The word that so many bible translations tell us is "keep"
ἐτήρησαςetērēsas

literally means to watch over, or guard.

So what the Lord is literally saying is since you watched over and guarded my Word, you will be kept from the hour of trial thats coming on the entire world. We are "watchmen." We are "guardians" or guards. In fact, instead of the CEO style religious corporatists that call themselves "pastors" in todays churches, "pastors" which are really supposed to be shepherds, that guard both the Word and the sheep. What did shepherds do? They fed (literally) and guarded the sheep. Guard the sheep from what? From attack. Are the sheep under attack today? From every possible angle possible they are under attack, and who is letting the attacks in the front door? The corporate christianity CEO's that call themselves "pastors" today.

Why did these church CEO's pick one of the least defined Words in the bible (pastor: a word used ONE TIME in the New Testament) as their mantle? Why else, so they could define it themselves.....You can find this topic (on "pastors") covered in detail in articles listed on the right hand side of this blog.

Next topic? Double meanings in the bible. This cannot be covered in detail right now but the Lord has confirmed absolutely the double meanings laced throughout the bible that confirm that the bible was written by God, and again prove many points written about here over the years. For example. Shepherds are supposed to feed the sheep. That is both a literal command, and it has a spiritual meaning. Do today's "pastors" literally "feed the sheep" or are the sheep literally feeding the pastors? If the sheep are literally feeding the pastors but the pastors are not literally feeding the sheep then isnt there something wrong with that picture?

One of many proofs for double meanings in the bible that has been discussed in previous posts here is this:

Job 11:6
... that he would show you the secrets of wisdom! For true wisdom has two sides. Know
therefore that God exacts of you less than your iniquity deserves.

What is "true wisdom?" Wisdom that comes from the Lord. This is another stamp of authenticity that our Lord puts on His Word. There are multiple meanings, all of which are true that interlock throughout the bible. As you look deeply at some of the apparent contradictions in the bible, you will see with diligent study that you weren't looking hard enough to solve the Lord's riddles. Multiple meanings that all have to "fit" within the greater context are the answer.

I don't have time to go in detail on this right now, we'll do that later. None of this means that brother D has gone off the deep end here, and no there are no individual special interpretations. All this means is that the bible is a deep treasure with "God stamps" all over it proving that it is what He said it is: the Word of God.

More later...grace and peace

Recent Thoughts

Today 3/19/2011 there will be what's called a "supermoon." This is a special moon event the details of which you can look up on google. Jesus said there will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. We just pointed to the moon, the sun is supposed to be on a solar maximum right now and its been strangely quiet for years now. That leaves us with stars. There is an incoming brown dwarf star that some say is a planet called nibiru, also known as the destroyer. That destroyer has been written of by every ancient civilization we know of.

When the Lord said there will be signs, I hope you don't think there will be some large billboard up saying "look at me, I'm a sign from the Lord!" In order to see a sign, you first have to be looking in that signs direction. In other words you have to be watching in that direction. What did the Lord tell us to do when we saw all the things He told us about coming to pass? Look up, He said:

Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

If you look up, literally, what will you be looking at? The sun, moon and stars. Pay attention. Watch where the Lord told us to watch. Expect the Lord's return every day.

This world is experiencing some tough times. Never give up. Keep the faith. Do not let mankind or the devil or his angels or demons take your crown.

Come back to the Word of God as often as possible. Pray always. Do what you can in these things even if you think you are doing them imperfectly. Something is better than nothing. Continue to act as long as you have breath. Never, ever, ever, ever give up. Use your talents (matt 25) expecting your Lord to come back and settle accounts with you. He knows we are weak, but He expects something however little instead of nothing. Remember what happened to the servant who "buried" his talent.

Be encouraged. Keep your mind on mercy, compassion, and peace in these evil days where violence and filth is everywhere. We were not appointed to the wrath and judgement and vengeance that the wicked are going to have poured out on them soon. Remember the stories of Noah and Lot. What happened with them is what will happen with us, in some form or fashion, thats what the Lord promised us.

An entire nation was just wiped off the map in a sense (Japan). We haven't seen that fully play out yet, but there is a lesson there for us. In one day, Japan's future forever changed. Those of us who are watching should take this to heart. Which of the Japanese woke up on 3/11/2011 and knew that it would be their last day?

If there is one thing that resonates with this writer today, its these two words "don't quit." Inch your way forward every day that the Lord gives you. Seek His kingdom. Value the little things because the little things are the big things. Be dressed in readiness for our Lord to return. We are the bride of Christ waiting with great expectation for our Lord, Savior and Bridegroom to take us to the Fathers house.

Need some sleep....grace and peace

Japan Earthquake, Nuclear Meltdown

What is it the Lord is saying about these things today?

What is happening in the world today is not a 'Japan' issue, its a world issue. The issue is a rejection of God Almighty and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. What is happening in the world must be seen from the perspective of the kingdom of heaven. More earthquakes are coming. More massively devastating earth changes are coming. Read the book of Revelation, earthquakes are a signature judgement:

Revelation 11:13 At that very hour there was a severe earthquake ...

At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed.
Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake ...
//bible.cc/revelation/11-13.htm - 18k

Revelation 16:18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings ...

Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a
severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred ...
//bible.cc/revelation/16-18.htm - 18k

Revelation 6:12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a ...

I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. ... I watched as
the Lamb broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. ...

When people see earthquakes, they should look up. There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars. On March 11, the exact date of the earthquake, a comet labeled 2000 P9 was at its closest point to the earth. The effect of this comet and the alignment of the planets likely had something to do with this massive earthquake. The Lord works in and through His creation to accomplish what He desires and sometimes we get to see how He does it before it happens:

http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/sbdb.cgi?sstr=2000%20PN9;orb=1;cov=0;log=0;cad=0#orb

There is another incoming celestial body that is code named "comet" ELE-NIN, as in "extinction level event" Elenin. This incoming object is said to be more like a planet and not a comet, but we wont get into that now. Just be aware that this fall around the time of the Feast of Trumpets, we will again have a planetary alignment with a "comet" in earth's hip pocket.

What does this all mean?

It means that what the Lord our God told us thousands of years ago holds true today. This world has trouble on the way for it. Why? They reject the Lord Jesus Christ and the Father. They do not acknowledge Him and they do not obey Him, thus they have a day of awakening coming.

Where does that leave us?

Nowhere new. It leaves us at the same place it always does. A day of "floods" is coming. A day of fire and brimstone is coming. Can you say Noah and Lot? What happened to the righteous and what happened to the wicked? You know the stories....Who is the bride of Christ and who is she waiting for? Which feast days of the Lord have yet to be fulfilled? Who are we supposed to be watching for? Will the righteous share in the calamities sent for the wicked?

Is there a difference between the historical church, who never did see the day the time of Jacob's trouble/Tribulation begin and those who will choose to believe after the judgement/wrath of God fall? Generations of Christians have lived and died on this earth and the closest thing they experienced to "tribulation" was the tribulations of the day to day life on this evil earth. The church, right up to this very day has not experienced THE tribulation, but they have experienced some worldly tribulation.

Is there a difference between the way the Lord treated and dealt with Israel before Christ came to this earth and the way Christians are dealth with now that Jesus is back in heaven? Obviously..of course there is a huge difference. Is that proof that all believers are not treated the same way by God? Yes. Will the believers who have been faithful and obedient right up to the time that the tribulation/time of Jacob's trouble begins be treated the same way that believers who only believe after having a rod on their back? I don't know, ask Noah, ask Lot.

Do you think that as people were treading water outside the ark, about to die some of them might have thought twice and repented? Maybe? What about Lot, do you think maybe while the scorching fire was falling maybe one person thought better of their wicked deeds? We do not know the answer to those questions, but we do know this: Noah and Lot were physically removed from the tribulation of their day. Noah experienced a world wide destruction like the one about to befall the world and where did Noah go? HIGH ABOVE THE EARTH...

Genesis 7:17

For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters
increased they lifted the ark high above the earth

Jesus said that just exactly as it was in the days of Noah and Lot, so shall it be when He returns for us. In the days of Noah, Noah was lifted high above the earth to be spared the destruction of his day. Why did Noah have to be lifted up? Because everywhere below was being destroyed...makes alot of sense when we read Rev 3:10:

Rev 3:10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth

There is an hour of trial coming upon the whole world, and we are to be kept from it. How will we be kept from a "whole world" trial? How was Noah kept from it? He was lifted high above the earth. Again, the Lord gave us the context of Noah and Lot to figure out what is about to happen in our day. The scoffers and naysayers cannot keep their explanations within the context of Noah and Lot because if they do, their manmade fables and satanic lies fall apart...quickly. However it is that you are making sense of the return of Jesus Christ, it MUST be within the context of the stories of Noah and Lot. If you have a pet theory or doctrine, and it does not fit perfectly within the context of the stories of Noah and Lot, then your theory of doctrine is wrong...end of story.

We also know for a fact that we are the bride of Christ. We have been told repeatedly to be watching for our Bridegroom, the Lord Jesus to come back for us. We were warned not to give in to drunkeness to the point of vomiting and the anxieties of life as we watch:

Luke 21:34“Be on guard, so that your hearts will not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day will not come on you suddenly like a trap; 35for it will come upon all those who dwell on the face of all the earth. 36“But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may overpower to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Today there are many many anxieties and worries of life in this world. We were specifically warned not to be overanxious about them. Why? An escape is available...a bridegroom is coming back for His bride.

Things are getting worse by the day here on earth. We should not be surprise by this. The scoffers and haters are coming out of the woodwork now to deny and attack anything that hints at Christianity and an escape. We were told to be watching for our Lord to return. That's a simple task isn't it? Watch...now, not later, now. Be faithful, be obedient, be patient. The Lord understands completely what is happening in the world. He will not be caught off guard by any event. Since our Lord is a great Intelligence Officer and Commander in Chief in the heavens, we as soldiers must always be looking to Him for our daily and hourly and minute by minute marching orders.

Keep the faith, dont let anyone take your crown. Patiently endure the suffering you bear today. Watch for our bridegroom to come back for us and call us up with a shout. Every Word written in the bible can be trusted. Let the Spirit of Jesus Christ lead you and guide you into His truth.

Current Events

If you are wondering why this writer has not posted anything about the ongoing disaster in Japan, its because this writer is waiting on the Lord for an answer. This writer has asked the Lord what His perspective is on what is going on. Now we wait for an answer. You and I do not need more opinions from mankind about whats going on. We need words from God Almighty. Your brother in waiting...

Pre-Tribulation Proof

The evidence in the bible for the pre-tribulation harpazo/escape from all is overwhelming.

This morning I was re-reading Luke 17 and this part of it stands out to me like a neon sign:

Luke 17:29but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.

It is so easy to lose sight of the critical details in the bible that point specifically to what the Lord is trying tell us. What was the driver that set in motion the destruction of Sodom? What was the sign to the wicked in Sodom that destruction was about to take place? The answer to both was Lot leaving Sodom. "On the day that Lot went out from Sodom" is how the Lord coaches His Word to us so we will understand completely what He is trying to tell us.

We know that an event is coming again that will be just like the days of Lot and Noah. On this future day we know that the day the righteous physically leave the place of destruction, then destruction will fall.

We don't have to get creative with our interpretation of this event like the pre-wrath and post-trib teachers do. They have to spiritualize the Word of God in an attempt to make it say something that it does not say. They have to make pieces fit into the puzzle in places where the pieces clearly do not fit. We do not have those problems. We know from the one sentence we have here in Luke 17:29 that:

1. The righteous are physically, bodily leaving the place of destruction
2. We know that the destruction will not fall before the righteous are physically removed
3. We know that in the days of Lot, one city was burned to the ground. It was only one city so Lot had plenty of room in the earth to escape from that one city's destruction. In Noah's day, the destruction was global so there was only one direction Noah could go (physically) to escape the destruction, and that was up. He had to rise up above the earth to escape the world wide destruction. That is biblical fact. We know that the destruction that is coming will also be global in scale. Because that destruction will be global, there will be no place on the face of the earth to escape from it, so once again somehow we must go "up" to escape this destruction. One of many vexing questions to the pre-wrath and post-trib teachers is this: how exactly is it that we will go "up" to escape this coming global destruction?

Being "kept" on the face of the earth is the only explanation the "other tribbers" can give us, but once again they have to deny the face value of the Word of God to arrive at their faulty conclusions. For us to be "kept" (greek "ek" in Rev 3:10) on the face of this earth during a time of global destruction would be the equivalent of Lot being "kept" in the midst of Sodom while fire was raining down on it. Is that how we read the story of Lot? No, it is not. The idea is a laughable absurdity. Again in the story of Noah, for Noah to be "kept" on the face of the earth during a global destruction would have meant he would have been floating along IN the waters of the flood, not above them:

Genesis 7:17

For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters
increased they lifted the ark high above the earth.

Where was the escape from the global destruction in Noah's day? It was HIGH ABOVE THE EARTH. No need for literary creativity here. No need to spiritualize the Word of God here. The "other tribbers" are sorely vexed to explain to us the pre-tribulation believers how exactly it is that this time we will be "kept" high above the earth without the harpazo.

We have already demonstrated that somewhere "up" is the only direction to go during a time of global destruction. Also remember that the Lord used the stories of Noah and Lot as our context for understanding what is going to happen. If someones interpretation strays from the context of the stories of Noah and Lot, their theories default to non-sense.

What have we learned from this little detail in Luke 17:29? We know for a fact that the coming destruction is set in motion by the departure of the righteous. No fancy interpretation skills needed to arrive at this conclusion. That conclusion comes from a straightforward, literal childlike reading of the Word of God.

We also know that we are the bride of Christ waiting for the return of our Bridegroom. We also know that the fall feast days are the only feast days waiting for prophetic fulfillment. We also know that we have been commanded to watch for our Lord's return, not the tribulation, not the anti-christ, not anything else written in the pages of Revelation. We have been ordered to watch for the return of Jesus Christ. Anyone telling you some other story today is preaching a "different gospel" from the one we have been taught in the pages of scripture and they should therefore be summarily dismissed.

The gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ. Part of that good news is that He is coming back for us. We are to encourage each other with these Words. We are to comfort one another with these Words. The Lord Himself gave us the words "comfort" and "harpazo" in the same passage of scripture:

1 Thess 4:17Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 18Therefore comfort one another with these words.

Comfort and the harpazo go hand in hand. That is in extreme juxtaposition with the doctrine of demons taught as the "pre-wrath" and post-tribulational escape from nothing we hear so much about today. This writer finds no comfort whatsoever from contemplating which way the anti-christ is going to sever my head from my body in the days ahead. The doctrine of demons pre-wrath and post-trib teachings tell you that probable death is what awaits you. Does that comfort you? You connect the dots.

There is an escape from all coming. Our bridegroom is coming back for His bride. The fall feasts will be prophetically fulfilled. There is an event that will provide great hope and comfort today for those who have faith in the Words written about it. This writer is not the author who told you to be comforted by the thought of the harpazo, JESUS is that author. Be comforted, be encouraged, be hopeful, be pure and holy. Be a wise virgin who has extra oil for her lamps, prepared to watch for her bridegroom for however long He takes to appear.

These are the thoughts this writer has been impressed with today.

A Complete Dismantling of the "Pre-Wrath" Rapture Doctrine

If you knew nothing else about the "pre-wrath" rapture but that they teach willful disobedience, you know enough to reject it outright. The pre-wrath teachers teach you that there is no reason to watch for the Lord's return today. That fact, in and of itself kills the "pre-wrath" rapture idea, it is dead on arrival. The Lord stressed repeatedly, watch, watch WATCH for my return. The pre-wrath teacher is given no leave anywhere to begin watching whenever they feel like it, or when their doctrine prescribes for them to start watching. When a person in authority gives you a command with no preconditions, like "watch" that means now, not tomorrow, not the next day, not a mid-trib, not near the end of the trib, not post-trib...NOW. The pre-wrath teachers and preachers do not watch now and they teach others that it is foolishness to do so.

So, at best the pre-wrath doctrine teaches willful disobedience, they know they were commanded to watch...now, and they refuse to do so. At worst, the pre-wrath doctrine teaches believers to commit the unpardonable sin. What is the unpardonable sin? Its attributing the acts of the Holy Spirit to Satan (Mark 3, Matt 12). How do the pre-wrath teachers commit the unpardonable sin? They teach the "wrath of Satan" doctrine, attributing the opening and operation of the seals in Rev 6 to Satan. Remember, no one in heaven, on earth or below the earth was found worthy to open the seals except Christ alone. And yet the pre-wrath teachers tell us that the seals are "Satan's wrath?" Nowhere in the bible will you find a single shred of evidence that links Satan full of wrath and the opening of the seals...nowhere, period.

As if that were not enough, we know for a fact that in seals 1-4 the riders of the horses were empowered, by the Lord (who opened the Seals? ONE was found worthy..). The first 4 seals include at a minimum 1.5 Billion people being put to death by sword, famine, plague and the beasts of the earth. Here, again, not only do the per-wrath teachers attribute the impact of these seals to the working of Satan, the compound their sin by denying the Lord's purpose in opening the seals. They tell us that seals 1-5 are not the Lord's wrath. Really? Not His wrath? Please, I challenge any pre-wrath teacher to find a single scripture in the bible to prove that the death, famine and plague we find in seals 2,3,4 are not the Lord's wrath. I can tell you that they cannot produce a single scripture, not one. 2-3 witnesses to verify truth in the bible right? Where are their witnesses? They have not one....

There are witnesses however that prove that death, famine and plague ARE the Lord's wrath:

Ezekiel 6:11“‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Strike your hands together and stamp your feet and cry out “Alas!” because of all the wicked and detestable practices of the house of Israel, for they will fall by the sword, famine and plague. 12He that is far away will die of the plague, and he that is near will fall by the sword, and he that survives and is spared will die of famine. So will I spend my wrath upon them.

Job 19:29 you should fear the sword yourselves; for wrath will bring punishment by the sword, and then you will know that there is judgment."

Ezekiel 14:19

"Or if I send a plague into that land and pour out my wrath upon it
through bloodshed, killing its men and their animals,

Please, lets let the bible interpret the bible shall we? And let the witnesses that the pre-wrath teachers do not have come forth to defend them from the biblical witnesses that come forth to accuse them!

The bible clearly states that the sword, the plague and famine ARE the wrath of God, and without witnesses what would the pre-wrath teachers have us believe 1.5 BILLION people dead at the hand of the Lord is exactly? If its not His wrath, then what is it? A friendly conversation? A slight nudge? A tap on the shoulder and a kind whisper in the ear? 1.5 BILLION DEAD....let it sink in.....let the willfull disobedience and the unpardonable sin they commit sink in...

and we have not finished yet..

Last night the Lord asked me a question about the "pre-wrath" teachers claim that the wrath of God does not start until seal 6 found in Revelation 6. He asked me:

who said this? (Rev 6)--->16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Did Jesus say "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb?" NO, He did not.

Did any of the prophets say "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb?" NO, they did not.

Did any of the apostles say " "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb?" NO, they did not.

Did any member of the church from highest to the lowest say "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb?" NO, they did not.

Then who DID say "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb?" The unbeliever, the Christ rejecting man are those who are exclaiming that the wrath of the Lamb is upon them. And the pre-wrath teacher is trying to convince us that the words of those who have rejected Christ can be relied on to explain God's plan to us? That assertion is ridiculous and many many illustrations from the bible stand in testimony against it. For example:

Satan quoted the bible by verse to Jesus during the temptation in the desert. Are we to use Satan's words as a benchmark to interpret what the Lord's message to us is during the temptation? No, that would be ridiculous, just as the pre-wrath explanation that the words of Christ rejecting men hiding in caves from the face of the Lord can explain to us what the Lord's message to us is in Revelation or anywhere else in the bible.

How about the parable of the foolish rich man in Luke 12:16-21? The foolish rich man spoke from his mouth all kinds of wonderful plans for himself. Are we to take the foolish rich man's words as fact to explain to ourselves the Lord's Word anywhere else in the bible? Again, that thought is ridiculous. Those who are hiding in the rocks from the face of the Lord are fools, so explain to me why exactly we should take their word as though it was the Word of God that the wrath of God starts then? WHO said the wrath of God was upon them?????? Would you say that the Christ rejecting fools in the caves misjudged our Lord's plan just a bit? <--That would be the understatement of the ages.....And according to the pre-wrath teachers, preachers, and believers we are to base our understanding of the book of Revelation on the words of Christ rejecting fools hiding in caves? Really? That's what they are trying to sell you....That idea is at the very heart of their doctrine. A doctrine that has more holes in it than swiss cheese.

The doctrine of devils known as the pre-wrath rapture now stands exposed, and destroyed. But why stop destroying their doctrine while it is a flaming wreck, lets shoot for their doctrine in ashes.

So far, we have laid out the facts that at a minimum, the pre-wrath teacher and believer choose to wilfully disobey the Lord's command to watch now, today for His return. At the worst, those who attribute the working of the Holy Spirit to Satan are guilty of the unpardonable sin. In addition, their centerpiece argument that the wrath of God begins at seal 6 has been completely debunked by the question: "who is saying that the wrath of God has come?" Jesus did not say that, those who reject Jesus said that....

According to the pre-wrath rapture advocates, the church escapes what, 10% of the horrors of Revelation? 15%? 20%? How much of the Lords initiated pain on this world are they telling us we will have to dodge in the days ahead and does it fit with what Jesus tells us in Matt 24 and Luke 17? Did Noah experience any physical tribulation during his escape into the ark? Any? No, none, thats a 100% escape, which also means Noah escaped ALL....How about Lot, how many fiery embers landed on Lot? None, again, thats a 100% escape, which also means Lot ecaped ALL. The pre-wrath teachers tell us that we the beloved bride of Christ are going to go through a hell on earth delivered by our Lords own hands. That's a great way to start out an eternal union isn't it? Isn't that how all bride and groom start their lifelong relationship? The bride does everything she can to win the heart of the groom and in return the groom submits the bride to hell on earth and then they get married?. Again, that is what the pre-wrath crowd is selling you...... Is that what Noah and Lot experienced? How much hell on earth did Noah endure before Noah entered the ark? Zero. How much hell on earth did Lot endure as he was walking out of Sodom? Zero. As it was in the days of Noah and Lot, so too shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man. What part of "escape all" don't these people understand? What does Luke 21:34-36 say? It says pray that you may be counted worthy to escape ALL of what's about to happen. All? Yes, all. What does all mean? How silly do we have to get with these questions to break through the satanic denial leveled against the pre-flood, pre-tribulation, pre-fire and brimstone, pre-wrath, pre-vengeance, pre-judgement rapture/escape from all?

The pre-wrath rapture has been sunk by multiple gaping holes below the waterline of their arguments. How do they defend their willful disobedience and satanic denial of the Lord's purpose in opening the seals? They deny these things the same way the Christ rejecting men hiding themselves in the caves denied that the war, the death, the famine, the plague were all judgements on a disobedient Christ rejecting world and it is only when their last lie and denial, their hidden caves are falling in on their heads that they will finally acknowledge that Jesus is Lord, and their lies and denials are at an end.

The Bride of Christ

There are many ways that the pre-wrath and post-trib arguments are demolished. One of those many ways is understanding the Jewish wedding customs. Have you ever noticed that the "other tribbers" never want to discuss the rapture/escape from all in the context of the Jewish wedding customs? Why not? They don't do it because the Jewish wedding custom has "Pre-tribulational rapture" written all over it.

If you are in Christ today, you should be watching. Watching for what? Watching for Jesus Christ the bridegroom to come back for us, the bride. Watching today for Jesus is non-sense to the "pre-wrath" and post-trib believers. They will argue with the veins popping out of their foreheads and blue in the face that there is nooooo reason to watch for Jesus today because all kinds of things have to happen first before Jesus can come back for us. They are wrong. Dead wrong.

We are told to watch, repeatedly. When the bridegroom goes back to His Father's house, as Jesus has done, the bride is to start preparing for her married life (1 year) then she is to watch for the unexpected/surprise/"secret" return of the bridegroom just as we are now watching for the unexpected/surprise/"secret" rapture/escape from all as we leave this earth and go to the Father's house where a place has been prepared for us.

Do you think its a coincidence that the Jewish bride is hidden away in the bridal chamber for 7 days after arrival at the Father's house? Not a chance. 7 days, as in a week, as in Daniel's 70th week, as in 7 years of the time of Jacob's trouble, as in the Church is not mentioned through the entire book of Revelation after Revelation 3 kind of hidden.

The church is specifically mentioned...by name in Revelation 2-3. Then the church is purposefully not mentioned again until the end of the book of Revelation. That is not coincidence, and no, the Lord is not using code words for the church throughout the book of Revelation, why should He? He mentioned them by name in Revelation 2-3, why the need to call the church anything but the church after Revelation 3? The church is not mentioned by name after Revelation 3 because she is hidden in her bridal chamber.

Jesus said that we should be watching. We are the bride of Christ, what should we be watching for? For the bridegroom. If we are hidden away in the bridal chamber for 7 years while the time of Jacob's trouble is unfolding on earth, would that be consistent with us being commanded to pray for the escape from all that is coming on the earth in Luke 21:34-36? Yes, that would be consistent. Would being hidden away in the bridal chamber also be consistent with the promise to be kept from the hour of trial that is coming on all the earth? Yes, that too would be consistent. Would being hidden for 7 years in the bridal chamber be consistent with not being destined for wrath as we are told in 1 Thes 5:9? Yes, that too would be consistent.

Would being taken before the 7 years of Jacob's trouble be consistent with "Wherefore comfort one another with these words."-1 Thes 4:18 immediately after the rapture/harpazo/escape is explained to us? Yes, that too would be consistent. The Lord does not write confusion or non-sense. We are human beings that He created, do you think He understands how we think and act? Yes, He does understand us, and when He writes to us about the harpazo "catching away" rapture escape, He does so because it makes sense to us that not having to go through the time of Jacob's trouble, as we see the world about to enter it, is a comfort to us.

It is utter rubbish, complete non-sense to tell someone that they are about to go through hell on earth, and oh by the way, sometime around the end of it you'll be pulled out of it, so be comforted by that thought.....that kind of reasoning is utter trash, complete non-sense because it makes no sense to any human except those that may be mentally deranged or demon possessed.

If you are "in Christ" today, you should be very very encouraged. We have not been told to watch for the anti-christ, we have been told to watch for Jesus Christ, our bridegroom and savior. We would do well to format the Jewish wedding custom onto our brains. Jesus explained His return to us in terms of a wedding, bride and bridegroom for a reason. The truth about the Lord's return is in plain sight, but so many people refuse to take it at face value because they are determined that they will take part in the time of Jacob's trouble. Who are we to argue with them? If they believe that there is no reason to watch for the return of Jesus today, who is our bridegroom, who are we to argue with them? Those who have no revelation of being the bride of Christ, likely are not the bride of Christ. How could they be? Can you imagine a Jewish bride taking part in all the preparatory parts of the wedding custom then forgetting to watch for the Bridegroom afterwards? That defies all sound reasoning:

Jeremiah 2:32

Does a maiden forget her jewelry, a bride her wedding ornaments? Yet my people have
forgotten me, days without number. ... Does a bride hide her wedding dress?

We were told to watch:

Matt 25 tells us all about the bridegroom coming. We are told about the wise and foolish virgins. The foolish virgins brought no oil with their lamps. Oil is necessary for light and light is necessary to watch. The foolish virgins were not prepared to watch for Jesus to return for them. There are many people today, many who call themselves Christians who are not watching for the Lord's return today. They are the foolish virgins, prominent among them are the pre-wrath and post-trib teachers, but there are many others.

The wise virgins take Jesus, the bridegroom at His word. He commanded us to watch, so we are watching, today and everyday. We who are the bride of Christ, have been through the arrangement and preparation phases of the wedding ceremony. We are not confused about who we are, or what is next. After the arrangement and the preparation comes the fetching of the bride.

Those of us who are watching what is happening in the world see precursors of Revelation 6 written all over it. War, death, famine, signs in the sun moon and stars., movement of the earth's crust, its all there. FEMA just ordered 1 billion dollars worth of freeze dried food, the elite of this world have looted the economies of the world on purpose, knowing that people would riot, but also knowing that something is coming that will make the rioting dissapear. There are comets incoming to close orbits of the earth right now. There have been recent discoveries of large magnetic fields in space that NASA calls "fluff" because according to their faulty science, it shoud'nt be there. A large new planet has been discovered in the outer reaches of our solar system and its headed our way. Why don't you hear about this from the propaganda press? Because they want to you to work until the last second then drop dead in place while they hide themselves in the rocks and caves they have dug for themselves to hide from the wrath of the Lamb.

Should you fear any of this ^^? Not if you are the bride of Christ. Everything that is coming is wrath, vengeance and judgement for the world, not the bride. The church has been through many tribulations on this earth. The vast majority of the church has lived and died in the past, only this last generation is seeing the fulfillment of the book of Revelation. If the vast majority of the church was tested and tried in the tribulations of life apart from the tribulation, does it make any sense that we, the last generation would be tried and tested differently? Where can anyone find in the bible that all of our forefathers in the faith would be tried and tested differently than this last generation of the church? You won't find it anywhere in the bible. We will have tribulation in this life, we were told that, and all of us have experienced that. Nowhere in the bible will you find that we who are just as much the church as our brothers who passed before us are to be tried and tested differently because we belong to the church at the end of the age. The church ages are all listed in Rev 2-3. Do you see the abomination that causes desolation, seals or trumpets or vials anywhere in there? I don't. What I do see is a faithful weak church and an apostate church at the end of the age. The faithful patient weak church is promised to be kept from the testing and trial coming on the entire world. Is that consistent with everything else we've discussed about the pre-tribulation, pre-flood, pre-time of Jacob's trouble rapture/harpazo/escape? YES

The Word of God is like a puzzle. There are many puzzle pieces that must fit together to form the picture that the Lord intended for us to see. Many of todays preachers and teachers are attempting to force in pieces where they do not belong, therefore they get a royal mess instead of the royal message.

These things were written today as a message of comfort and encouragement. We are the bride of Christ, that is a fact. Jesus is the bridegroom, that is a fact. Jesus explained His return for us in terms of a wedding, and He was Jewish so that means it was explained in terms of a Jewish wedding ceremony. If Jesus explained His return this way, that is how we should seek our understanding. The next step of the wedding is for Jesus to come back for us and take us to the Father's house. As we see the seals of Rev 6 being prepared to open, we should rejoice that we will be hidden away from them. Jesus opened the seals, the book came from the Father's hand. The wrath that is released from those seals is the wrath of the Lamb and we have not been appointed to it.

Lift your head up and look up because we see "all these things" beginning to happen...our redemption draws nigh.

Luke 21:28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and ...

... So when all these things begin to happen, stand and
look up, for your salvation is near!"
